We were amazed at the kind compassionate staff at Royal Vista, we had to take our sweet boxer in the day after Christmas for what turned out to be a ruptured mass on her spleen, it was a heartbreaking day for us. The staff at Royal Vista went out of their way on a day they were clearly very busy to give us all the time and compassion we needed in that situation. Dr. McCarthy handled the situation amazingly and helped ease the pain of the situation. They follow up card with a personal message from Dr. McCarthy was such a kind gesture. We are truly thankful we found this place in our moment of need.

My Mom and I called before heading out there. Not once did the receptionist say that there was only one Dr on duty. If this was the case then we wouldn't have gone. So we waited almost 3 hour's and then on top of that We were not informed about all the waiting period until after the nurse or employee came out and told us that there was still 1 dog ahead of us

We took our cat in after hours as an emergency visit. The staff was amazing. They were very honest about what treatment options they suggested and did not try to convince us to go the most expensive route. Turned out she only needed the least expensive treatment. I'm so thankful the staff was honest. I've been to other vet offices where I've spent a fortune, probably unnecessarily. Thanks Royal Vista!

When my dog collapsed from an undetected mass bursting late at night, I called two local 24hr clinics and just by the way the receptionist handled my initial call I know Royal Vista would be where I brought her that night. I could not be more grateful to Royal Vista for the kindness, compassion, honesty, and understanding they showed me in what was one of the most difficult and stressful nights of my life. If you need an emergency vet in the area, this is the place you want to go. The follow up call, compassion, and card they sent after the fact meant the world to me as well. Thank you, Royal Vista, I cannot recommend you enough!

Our girl had to have both ACLs, TPLO surgery done. We were extremely pleased with the entire team at Royal Vista and Dr. Hazenfield took such great care of our girl. We feel so fortunate to have found the team to help our girl. The professionalism and care they take for your pet is second to none. We would highly recommend the team at Royal Vista. While we hope not to have to return, if we ever need orthopedic care in the future for our dogs, we will call on Royal Vista.

I got referred here by my vet for a surgery and I had the consultation today with Dr. Tarvin went really well she explained EVERYTHING to me and was very Patient with me and all my questions I really do believe that Dr. Tarvin and her great staff are going to take care of my dog the best they absolutely can I wish I found you guys sooner worth the hour drive extremely happy with today

This place has the kindest staff and takes great care of your pet, no matter what the issue. They have re-attached and reconstructed my dog's tongue after an attack, gently put down our sweet old dog, and quickly fit in our sick cat for an ultrasound on the same day I called - all for VERY reasonable prices. Their services are fairly priced and the people there are always so nice. When you call you always get to speak to an actual person who takes the time to listen to you. Really appreciate this place and team!!

I called and told them what was happening to our pup as we rushed to find an er. They said get him here and we're ready and waiting at the door, as we pulled up they pulled him out and started cpr. He was gone before we got there, I think, but they still did everything they could to try. They were absolutely amazing during a horrifically sad event.

My Husband went in to this location because our 11 month puppy hasn't been eating and has Nausea and diarrhea we scheduled to do an alterasound and was not informed that he could not eat for at least 9 to 8hrs. took him in For them to let us know he has to much food in his stomach to find anything wrong and charged us 275 dollars an hour drive asking us remake the appointment and pay additional 275 to do the test again!!! Unbelievable! like I have another 275 laying around! Worst experince ever! my dog still isn't feeling well he's getting skinnier and laying around all day he's Miserable and I got no help/no answers from these people! Never going back!!!

Everyone that I spoke to in the last 2 days has been amazing. My 5 month old puppy, Matilda, ended up needing emergency surgery that lasted almost 3 hours. Throughout surgery I received phone calls from the techs about what was going on, making sure I was aware of any new developments and progress. After surgery I received a picture and very sweet text about recovery. Matilda spent the night and got to come home today all due to the amazing care and efficiency of the staff here. They are amazing! They explained everything is great detail and even took the time to ask if I (not even my dog) needed anything from them during the process!

I just wanted to write a quick review for Royal Vista. Unexpectedly, we found out that our dog was going to need surgery for his ACL. Everyone that we called used a traveling vet and the wait time was going to be months. We were given Royal Vista's info and when we called, they were able to get him in within a few days. The experience from day 1 was exceptional! The office staff were super professional. Booking, transfer of records and pre-op stuff was all seamless and handled efficiently by the staff. Dr. Tarvin was outstanding to work with. We felt like everyone took amazing care of our dog, and we even got a sweet text message from the staff while he was spending the night for monitoring. All of our follow up appointments were excellent and our sweet boy has healed perfectly. I really cant thank Royal Vista enough for such a great experience!

I have used them twice now. They are great! I own bullies and have not always had the best experience with vets but they have always made us feel comfortable. They are reasonably priced for the ER side. I love that the vet goes over everything and answers any questions! I will certainly be using them more often!

Amazing care at an amazing price! Don't schedule surgery for your dog before talking to the surgeon at this facility. We drove from Longmont for all our dog's appointments and it was 100% worth it. The local surgeons wanted a lot more money and I didnt feel as comfortable with them as I did here. Great friendly staff on top of it all! Added a picture of our dog 8 weeks after surgery right after coming out of her final checkup. Thank you!

Sadly our 3 month old kitten fractured his ankle and they were so wonderful and understanding of our budget and really had his best interest at heart. Hopefully he will heal great and really appreciate the care he received!

We are so grateful for Dr. Hazenfield and the entire team at RVVS! They took great care of our dog Charlie Brown, removing a large cancerous growth on his elbow. Just brought him home today and am filled with relief and gratitude. The entire team was friendly and helpful, answering my many questions and helping us feel as confident and at ease as possible.

Yesterday I woke up to my dog of 17 years not being able to walk, I thought for some crazy reason royal vista was open 24/7????(They are not). Anyways we got there at 7:50 am and they didn’t open till 9am. The assistant BROOKE pulled up about 8:20. We asked her if we needed an appt she said no! She said Let me go get my stuff and she will be right out to make sure my Baby is stable. Brooke I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care you gave my baby during a rough time! They never seemed to remember my dog. The tech kept calling my male dog "she" even as he was dying in front of my eyes. While he was being put down and we were trying to say our goodbyes, we were interrupted to talk about billing. I just wanted to say goodbye to my dog and they just kept talking. I've been to a hospital before, I have seen oxygen tanks and monitors. It wasn't absolutely terrible service, but I feel like if you can't figure out what is wrong with someone's dog, maybe don't charge the same amount as other people. Maybe they're numb to all of the sad things they've seen, but I wouldn't call them sympathetic given how everything happened.

This place is both wonderful AND affordable!! No one wants to have to sacrifice the care of their furbaby because of cost. I was quite honestly terrified that we wouldn't be able to afford to have our dog's eye taken care of at an emergency vet, especially not on a holiday weekend. I don't mean to sound callous, because I love my animals, I just can't afford thousands in vet bills, and I was terrified we would be looking at that. Not only is every member of their staff kind, and genuinely amazing at what they do, the over all cost was only a couple hundred dollars. I cannot stress enough how truly great they are here, affordability aside. Thank you guys for taking such wonderful care of our pupper!!!

We have had to bring two dogs here in emergency situations. This place is top notch!! We have terrible experiences with the emergency animal hospital in our town. We will always make the drive to Royal Vista. They care about the animals not about making a buck. I’m so incredibly grateful for this facility. Dr. McCarthy was so kind and considerate.

No one WANTS to visit the emergency vet, but Dr. McCarthy and the team at Royal Vista made our visit as smooth and enjoyable as they could. We were so appreciative of how quickly they saw our dog after an allergic reaction and we loved that they kept us posted on what steps they were taking, how much time to expect, and her general demeanor. Thank you for excellent treatment!

Our Boxer Jax was very sick and not doing well. He need a Vet ASAP and asked Windsor FB page for help. Called a couple veterans but they weren’t taking new patients and one referred me to Royal vet Hospital. They got him in right away. Unfortunately we had to make a difficult decision yesterday and put our Jax to rest. This was not an easy thing to do! Dr wells and his staff took very good care of Jax and I both threw this horrible time.

We have been to this clinic twice now, once for an ultrasound and the second for an emergency visit. I am most impressed by this clinic. The staff and doctors are amazing. Even during COVID and using curbside service they have been amazing. Yesterday during the emergency visit, they kept us apprised of how our dog was doing. While they were very busy they still managed to see our dog. I am completely grateful for their caring attitude and dedication to taking care of my dog. It was such a relief to have a clinic provide such a amazing care.

Came for an emergency vet visit and was recommended this location by our regular vet. Staff was great. Vet was reasonable about the plan. They tell you charges up front. They touch base daily if your pet has to stay overnight (did have to to initiate the call both times because they are busy and didn't call at the expected time). Don't forget that this place is an emergency vet clinic, so sometimes you may have to wait if other people's pets have more serious injuries. This has become our go to place if we ever need an emergency vet again.

The Royal Vista Vet specialists were recommended to me by my primary vet in Greeley. ---when I got there other customers waiting for their animals to be cared for told me their vets in denver, boulder, and longment had recommended royal vista for surgeries and emergency care. ---everybody drove some distance to get to royal vista because their reputation is great.--- Dr McCarthy saw my dog who had sudden anemia, dangerously low RBC. the diagnosis and analysis by royal vista was thorough and intelligent and empathetic. we could have done our blood transfusion at royal vista but they were closing for the night, and so we decided to go on to CSU in order to get overnight supervision for our blood transfusion. ---but Royal vista diagnosed everything perfectly and we did not have to wait. we were treated with utmost urgency and care. my dog is doing better now! but if we hadnt gone to royal vista my best friend might not have made it

Got our dog in on a Sunday morning when another emergency vet wouldn't see us because he "wasn't in their system". Very quick, very calm and helpful. Not overpriced for emergency visit. Thank you.
