We have a shy dog who takes a while to warm up to people. The patience and planning Mulnix put in to ensure our dog had a positive experience was phenomenal. Dr. Gaffney spent two 30 minute sessions getting to know our dog, literally on the floor with her, so that she could get her vaccines and annual exam stress-free. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

I recently moved to Fort Collins and was looking for a new vet. I randomly picked one off of google maps and it ended up being Mulnix animal clinic. I’ve been a few times now and the consistent thing that I’ve noticed is the quality of service. Dr.Gaffney goes out of her way to make your pets as comfortable as possible. She’s warm with the animals and a genuine pleasure to work with. There are a lot of of vet clinics in between where I live and Mulnix. However, because the service has been so great, I don’t mind driving across town just because of the level of quality that I’ve come to expect from Mulnix. Honestly, I can’t sing my praises enough about Dr.Gaffney or the vet techs who work there. I’ll be recommending Mulnix to everyone.

Most professional and honest vet I've EVER dealt with. My cat had injured her tail. When I brought her in for an inspection, they told me it might be broken, and would require x-rays and maybe amputation. They were very clear about what to expect, including cost. During the follow-up visit, they were able to determine that neither x-rays or amputation would be needed after all. I was very impressed with how honest they were about the situation, telling me not to spend money I didn't need to. They didn't even end up charging me for the follow up! The whole staff were EXCELLENT at handling my cat, who is extremely difficult. Overall, their compassion, expertise, and professional honesty have earned my trust. I will keep coming back.

After bad experiences with two veterinaries, I found Mulnix Animal Clinic. I have rescue dogs with a not-so-good past. Dr. Gaffney and her staff are so great with these dogs to help them feel safe while doing exams and vaccinations. From the phone to the in-office visit I feel respected and confident my pets will receive the best of care even though the dogs are not easy to interact with. One dog weighed almost as much the vet tech, and she was so wonderful when it almost sat on her. I would recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone looking for a professional and personal involvement from their vet office.

I absolutely love Mulnix Animal Clinic. They are professional, kind, and take the best care of my dog. Stevie loves going there and has had nothing but good experiences with their staff. Billing is clear and concise, and the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and caring.

After an exhaustive search and a very strong referral, I found the Mulnix Animal Clinic. I remain grateful. I have two geriatric, needy, spoiled, much-loved dogs. Dr. Gaffney is consistently patient, kind and responsive to my concerns, and provides thoughtful responses to oh so many questions each and every time. Her staff is great, helpful and patient too. Dogs are my favorite beings. I am so glad they have Dr. Gaffney and the Mulnix Clinic on which to rely.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Mulnix. Dr. Gaffney is so personable and knows all 3 of my dogs names and asks about all of them even when I just bring in one. I have a very anxious dog and my last vet would not take the time to calm her down and Dr. Gaffney takes the time to gain her trust. Mulnix is out of my way because I live in Loveland but I will continue to make the trip to get the great service and love each staff member shows my dogs!

Mulnix Animal Clinic has been our "go to" clinic for several years, starting when Dr. John Mulnix was alive. His clinic and staff were always caring and thoughtful, and we completely depended on them for our entire family of dogs and cats. The clinic and staff are carrying on Dr. Mulnix legacy and we could not ask for anyone better to take care of our beloved animals!

Had a great experience at Mulnix. Highly recommend Dr. Gaffney. However, I feel like the techs shouldn't call themselves "nurses". The techs are still great though.

It took me a while to find a vet that listened to my special needs kitty. That's what they do here. Loving and helpful.

What happened to their customer service?? I have been a customer here for a couple of years now and it has never been anything short of excellent service until the last few weeks. First I call roughly 6 weeks ago to set an appointment for one of my pups. Get everything scheduled. Roughly weeks back I get a call from one of the vet techs and his first line is "are you interested in still being our customer?"....i would hope we have a visit scheduled in just a few weeks. Granted we moved and did not list a change of address with them, still not a great line to lead off with. 2 weeks ago I get a another call asking about if we are going to schedule a visit.....its been set for a month or more. 4 days ago I get another asking to verify my visit and reason, its all fine. 1 day ago I get another call, I missed this one. Day of appointment. I show up 5 minutes before as requested. Call 6 times, before my call goes through. Told someone will come out and get my pup in a couple of minutes after I tell them I am sitting on the hood of my car on front of the vet. Watch a male vet tech walk out right after that....and 20 yards away to a coffee shop. Then walk all the way back in to the vet. I get another call...same person as before. Asking to verify the reason for my visit and then go over a check list of my dog health. And ask where I am!!!! I have done this already!! Finally 25 minutes after the appointment that I made over six weeks ago was supposed to start someone comes out and gets my dog. Now let's what else happens. Up to this point all of my negative experiences have been with one tech. The same one who called multiple times to verify/set up an appointment that was already verified and set. The same one who I spoke to this morning and then forgot about me. Oh and also during this time I started getting spam texts from someone posing as mulnix with information about my dogs. I reported that as well, mulnix immediately jumped on the sitatuion and started handling it. Probably because I didn't speak to the person I have been having endless problems with.

They are a professional, caring clinic. We had to euthanize a loved cat, and they were kind, caring, and have us all the time we needed for the transition. I highly recommend this vet practice.

My dog got really sick after they gave him two shots. I talked two another vet and they told me they would have never gave him the two shots at the same time. The reason is because my dog only weighs 5 lbs. I thought I was going to loose my dog. He was so sick.

I cannot say enough incredible things about Dr. Gaffney at Mulnix Animal Clinic. My fur baby Bailey tore her cruciate ligament and she has been the most supportive veterinarian I have ever had. She treats her clients like family and is truly invested in Bailey's wellbeing.

They are the most caring Veterinary Clinic I have ever gone to. They actually care about your pets health and any issues that may arise. Two thumbs up to this crew, I love,love,love this place.

Took my dog here to get his sutures removed because we couldn't get in to see his regular vet. Would definitely recommend this place. Staff is friendly, patient (my dog is touchy and kind of special needs), and overall pretty amazing. I can't say that I'm very trusting of other people when it comes to my dog but these guys are really good. Would definitely have them see him again.

Dr. Thomas and Dr. Gaffney are highly skilled, and compassionate veterinarians. They and the office staff and vet technicians are always helpful and positive. I've been taking my dogs to Mulnix Animal Clinic for many years and have always felt my "boys" get the very best care.
