Some of the staff are very much on the ball when it comes to caring for your pet. There are however younger people there who do not care nor know what they are doing

These guys really helped me out in a pinch. Their prices are great, employees are friendly and really seem to love animals and the vet was was very informative, straightforward, friendly and took the time to answer all of our many questions. Great experience!

DR. CRAIG by far the best Veterinarian for our family. He took the time to explain in detail what we needed for are elderly Yorkie. Thankful, grateful & blessed.

They would not accept a prescription from my own vet back home so that I could get my dog some prescription dog food I found a place down the roadways that didn't have a problem with it they just filled out the paperwork and went ahead and sold me the dog food. So I wasn't too happy with the Lebanon animal hospital.

Dr Craig was fabulous. They all love animals and they are very friendly.

I really can’t say enough great things about Lebanon Animal Hospital. I’ve taken our dog to a couple of different locations in town and Mount Juliet and the doctors and staff here are far and away so much more caring and compassionate and have always been available to take care of any issue our dog has. Probably not the cheapest out there, but I’d rather pay a premium for effective and thorough care.

Told us one price it was another when we got there. They took care of Mickey's gash and that was ultimately what was important. She's our baby and nothing matters in the end but her health.

first of all curb side only. Second of all the Vet said she would come out and show me the X-rays...NEVER DID!. Said she would call will the Radiology report...NEVER DID!. I will never take my pets to them again.

This animal hospital is a great place to get pet care. The service is quick and professional. They even gave me a call the day after an appointment to see that my puppy was doing OK from her shots. The doctor talks to you at each visit and answers any questions. I also appreciate that they give a sheet listing every thing that will happen at an appointment and how much everything will cost so there aren't any surprises. I use their care credit to make payments if I dont have the money upfront as well. Overall great job.

Every staff member is kind and attentive. They even have my anxious dog excited to see them.

Kept me very informed while utilizing curb side service. I had a concerns after returning home, the Dentist returned my called promptly to discuss them. ????????????????

I waited an hour and a half in my car waiting for my scheduled appt. I realize that sometimes things happen, but when I arrive and call to let them know I have arrived, they could at least forewarn me that they are behind. Then at least I can reschedule or prepare to wait. Not fair to leave people hanging. My dog does not like car rides anyway, so now I have wasted a chunk of my day. I don' t like sharing the dog run to fill the time time since it is small and I don't want to expose my dog to other potentially sick animals. I now have to reschedule and hope for no other delays. I had a fill in appt once when my dog was sick, but got placed in between appts. Waiting an hour plus for that visit seemed more appropriate but still not fun. At least work with us as we all have to adjust these days.

Caring, compassionate, they worked within my budget and didn't "guilt" me for not being able to afford everything. Will definitely use them from now on.

If it wasn’t for this vet and their on call hours I fear my bunny/rabbit would’ve been doomed. She had a bad reaction to a spay job, and everywhere was closed for christmas. NO ONE could see rabbits, the only e-vet that could was in Knoxville and the roads were closed by the ice. Melinda Morency gave me a call in about 30 minutes after contacting their afterhours line, and practically made my bunny a-ok by explaining to me what to do. She has bad GI stasis and was not pooping. She had me go to the store, get proper medicine that had all the right ingredients over the counter. Told me what to do, and my bunny has improved immensely. I would 100% recommend them, especially if you have a exotic that NO e-vets can see. Literally a Christmas Miracle for me. Do not Hesitate. Thank you so much Dr. Morency, I can’t thank you enough.

Dr Wesson is great with her animal patients. She gets on the floor to be level and play first with my small dog to calm her and she gives her peanut butter while doing procedures to keep her distracted. She is also very knowledgeable.

The doctor and staff went above and beyond to keep us safe from COVID-19 by coming out to our vehicle several times and bringing us the information we needed for our dog’s care. Even in blistering temperatures, they all wore smiles. Great experience!

I was very disappointed in their compassion for the family of our precious 16 year old dog who we had to put down. They refused to let more than just 1 person come in. I only asked for 2 people to be there and would wear mask. We went else where that cared.

Very caring staff. They came in after hours to take care of my injured kitty. I trust them to take good care of my fur family.

Doctors and staff very good with pets. They are friendly and upfront with treatment options and costs. They do not try to guilt you into treatments that you don't want or can't afford.
