The cost of having a dog euthanized at Boston Road animal hospital was over $400. Sharon will do it for 1/10th of the price. Awesome savings when times are tight! The only reason I’m leaving a 1 star review is because parking was less than ideal. Her prices won’t be beat but rest assured your pet will be! ????????

Bubble's has never looked so nice and she is relaxed going and when we pick her up. We always get an appointment quickly as well. We love the staff!

We have been bringing our dogs to Sharon for 20 years. We've had both long and short haired breeds that have always come home beautifully groomed and happy. Sharon is always accomidating, friendly and professional. As a bonus, her prices can't be beat! We will continue bringing our dogs to Sharon as long as she's in the grooming business.

My dog Heidi and I love Lotte's! We go about every 3-4 weeks to get Heidi's nails clipped and dremeled. (her nails grow so fast) She loves to have her nails cut by Sharon. She just stands there and lets her do what ever she needs to and just stands there for the duration. Thanks Sharon!

We took our dog a poodle mix for the first time here. The dog was cut exactly how we wanted and she was beautiful! She was done in 2 hours ~~~not 4 hours like a lot of places. She came home in a good mood . The charge was more reasonable too.l

2nd generation been grooming all of her life. Very capable. Good knowledgeable and knows every dog as they come in door, interacts very well with dogs treats like her own assistance are kind and soft spoken with dogs. Does super meticulous detail job attention to detail.

Chip looks Great, she did an awesome job. Priced Right. Best grooming he has had. Last place said they would call when ready, 7 hours later still waited for the call. Lotte right on point 2 hours. Chip will be back again. Thanks for his experience.

Sharon and i talked about Jack being cut i believe in my heart it was an accident. He is doing great on antibiotics and pain meds. She has been doing Jack for 2 yrs and we have always been pleased. Look at the whole situation before you judge someone. This was an accident and Sharon and i have talked all is fine a nice place to go too.

Staff is knowledgeable about dog breeds, diverse dog haircuts/styles and best bath types for fur texture. Excellent service!!! Reasonably accommodative times and dates for all Pups!!!

Owner beat a dog to death with a hairbrush a few years ago and just murdered another persons fur baby recently don't bring your pets to these abusive people

She beats dogs over the head. More than one dog has died in her care. If you want your dog dead in a box come here. You were warned.

I used to bring my Bichon there a few years ago. He would come home and sit in his bed for three days straight. He wouldn’t eat, his eyes were always blood shot, and his ears were always irritated as if someone ripped the hair out very harshly. A friend’s dog just died and the owner didn’t even call to let them know what happened. When the dogs owner came to get their female dog..the groomer came running out saying the dog had a seziure and to go to Boston road animal hospital. The dogs owner frantically drove to Boston road animal hospital to find the groomers husband sitting in a truck with the deceased dog in a box.

Many of these "bad" reviews are completely fake and made up. I have taken three of my shih tzus to Lottes for years and she is the best and really very reasonably priced for a dog groomer. Also my sister has a cocker spaniel who her previous groomer had to sedate the dog and muzzle it to groom it. Lottes did the grooming, no problem, and does a beautiful job. My other sister had a golden retriever and the groomer also did an awesome job. These bad reviews come from a woman who brought her sick shih tzu in to be groomed. You should never bring a sick dog to get groomed. It was 13 and died. Not the groomer's fault. And the comments about hundreds of dogs dying at Lottes is a big fat lie. The owner is a wonderful person. Her mother started the business. And now her business is being unfairly demonized by an owner who should never have brought in a sick dog and blame the groomer when it dies. It's always sad to see our fur babies pass, but that is part of being a pet owner. Please don't believe these vicious people. It is very clear that they made up names and keep posting these fake reviews. Very sad. Lottes is not only the best groomer but also the best prices. Try Lottes and meet the owner, you won't regret it.

The “fake reviews” are people making their own comments or judgements after hearing about my dog who passed in her care. Myself and my family were the owners of that Shih Tzu. I posted something on Facebook because I would like the public to know at least what happened that day, as we never found a cause of death because my dogs body was frozen for too long. I never told anyone to slander her name or blow things out of proportion. I stated the factual incident that happened that day. MY DOG WAS NOT SICK. As I stated in my post, we have NEVER had to bring our dog to any doctor and she never had any issues. Completely healthy. That was what was so alarming. Yes, she was 12, older, but completely healthy. Even our animal hospital said it was alarming. How can you bring your dog in and then they’re dead? And the owner gave us multiple different versions of what happened, clearly trying to make up a story that sounded believable. She’s killed a dog in the past and that is confirmed and she admitted it. But her story she gave to the first family of the dog that passed was the exact same story she gave to us. Coincidence?? So do not make a statement that my dog passing or any of that day being a lie. You can choose to take your dog there or somewhere else. Just be careful and be aware of your pets behavior. But it’s better for the public to be aware.

I have been coming to Lottie’s for almost 20 years. My mother would bring her dog there too. There is no other place I would go to have my dog groomed. She’s very professional, and knows what she is doing. You can just tell that this is her passion. I’ve been reading some of these horrible reviews and it makes me sad when people write reviews that affects someone’s livelihood, when they have no idea what they’re talking about. Unfortunately, older dogs sometimes pass away due to the stress of getting groomed. This happens at EVERY dog groomers. Please do a little research before posting. I will continue to bring all my dogs to Lottie’s and will recommend this place to anyone that has dogs!

I've been going to Lottie with my animals for over 10 years and so has it my daughter they are terrific they do a good job very good to the dogs I have no complaints they are very professional I've sat there and watch them and then sometimes I don't and I don't have any regrets leaving my dog there when I he's there to have a haircut I have all the confidence in the world with them so if anybody says anything different they don't know what they're talking about sometimes dogs do get nervous but it's not their fault my dog gets nervous going to the vet even my daughter's dog but it's not the Vets fault it's just the dog keep doing the good job you do Lottie

I have been going to Lotties for 7 yrs.I have 5 dogs.2 are resues and have been badly abused.They are scared around most people.They all love Sharon.Do not believe everything you read..we should all know that.you can not fool a dog people!!They know if u like them and are genuine or not.My dogs love Sharon and are happy to see her every time we go there.
