They never finished the job so to speak my dogs came home and I’d notice long spots, nails not done, extremely uneven spots etc. do not recommend.

This was the first time getting our husky border collie professionally groomed, so I wasn’t sure what all to expect. She looks beautiful!!! Super fluffy, soft, and smells good. I’m very happy we decided to come here.

Amazing grooming at great prices

Totally satisfied with groomer, however wait time is too long when pup is dropped off. Given a specific time and upon arrival, advised my pup would be ready 2-3 hours and that there was two dogs ahead of him for bathing.

This is the first time I've been to this groomer. The employee that groomed my dog did a good job and she was a sweet girl. Both before and after the appointment the receptionist was impolite, arrogant, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I was told when I came to pick up my dog that credit cards are not accepted! There was no information anywhere about credit cards not being accepted. The owner was reached by phone and agreed to take my credit card if I paid an additional fee, which of course I paid. Did I mention the price quote was $65 and the final cost was $120.

We have been taking our Maltipoo to Kitty for 10 years for her grooming needs. Kitty is absolutely the best groomer for our dogs. We have never experienced a bad cut and she has been very professional. We trust her completely. Our pup is now experiencing stage 4 heart failure and is in the end of her life. Kitty has been very gentle, understanding and patient while grooming her. We recently got a new puppy, a golden retriever, and Kitty recently did her first grooming. We have no complaints!

My 2 dogs were there on July 22nd, 2021 for a grooming & they both got kennel cough from them allowing other dogs to roam free in the office. She said she was going to take care of my vet bill that I gave her today (July 30th, 2021) after seeing the vet & then I got a call back from the Mountainwood Pet Hospital that she will not take care of the bill after all. I am beyond unhappy with Kitty Gallegos... Please be careful if you do go there. I don't want your pets to get sick like mine are now. I have to give them meds 2x daily now. My Bossie (border collie/Australian Shepard) girl is super uncomfortable with the coughing & puking nonstop. 1200 West Ash Street Ste C, Windsor, CO Also while I was there to pick up my 2 pups, she was grooming a smaller white pup & she was Mean as Hell to that pup :( I was sad seeing her doing that to that poor guy/gal.

Skipper always looks so grand after his grooming. You can tell they take great care of your pet. Skipper actually enjoys going for his grooming. When he needs just a sprucing up, Kitty tries very hard getting him in for an appointment! As an older dog she always inquires about his health! The 25 min drive for the appointment is so worth it! Thank you Kitty!

We took our dog Sadie in to be groomed. When we picked her up she was absolutely frantic. The groomer said everything went well but she did not like the nail trimming. When we got home we found severe signs of strangulation or force trauma to her left eye. The entire upper half of the white of her eye was filled with blood. We then noticed puncture marks on her tongue from her mouth being forced shut. A couple of days later we found two severe 1” clipper cuts in her arm pit. We genuinely feel like our dog was physically abused at this facility. This is the only review I have ever written on google and I am doing it because I believe that the groomer responsible should be let go immediately. Absolutely horrible expierence.

I know my double-coated dog is a challenge, and Kitty’s always does a great job at a reasonable price. Thank you for always taking such good care of Tango!!

My 15 yr old mini poodle looks absolutely adorable and the staff has been very friendly. I loved being able to email for an appointment and getting a prompt response!

It was an excellent, and my first, experience here. Dropoff and pickup time were right on time. Groomer was exceptionally nice.

This was Sophie's first time at Kitty's and only her second time to the groomers. They did a wonderful job with her, she smells great, her nails are wonderful and she looks so cute in her little bandanna. Spa days are tough, since she is now home napping on the couch! We will definitely be using Kitty's again!

This place is amazing! I have a very large uncooperative dog and they have the magic touch. My dog has been "fired" from a few groomers due to his behavior, but these guys had no issue taking him on. This is the best he has ever been groomed. Not to mention he was in a great mood when he got home which meant he wasn't stressed to the max like he was with his previous groomers. Thank you guys so much for your professionalism and quality of work. I would recommend to anyone.

Did a great job on my very matted lhasa (had not been groomed since Covid). He returned clean-cut, uninjured (those mats were close to the skin), and un-traumatized. We will be back.

My timid dog did great here. They handled her gently and she came back happy! Definitely would recommend. Appreciate the COVID precautions they take, as well.

Kitty's Dog Spa was amazing to Miss Yankee (cat). Andrew did an excellent job with her and I couldn't be happier. I'm so glad I found them. I thought Miss Yankee would be upset with me and she wasn't. She has been her happy self. I recommend them for your kittys. Thank you so much!

We were able to get in within a week… Both of our dogs. Thought it would be good to take the big brother with the new puppy… Her first time in. She seem to have a great experience. Both dogs were greeted with pets and snuggles. We were asked how we wanted them cut and that is exactly what we got…! When you walk in the business is clean and smells nice… And Boone is there to say hello!

Always a happy face welcoming me a my pup in. Always do good job for my puppy. Listens to what I want and don't want. Very happy with Kitty's and would recommend them highly.

This was my 1st experience bringing my 2 dogs to be groomed by Kitty and I immediately scheduled my next appointment when picking them up. We all know how our animals are part of our family and leaving them can be hard so I encourage anyone that has any doubts do not hesitate to bring their animals in...you WILL be back again, just like I will for the foreseeable future????

When I entered the facility, I was impressed with the cleanliness and was greeted promptly. They worked with my scared puppy and was able to get him groomed. He smelled great! My only complaint would be that the cost was a little high.

I was really pleased they got me in so quick considering it's the holidays... but the main groomer (possibly the owner) could’ve been a bit more nice. She was rude, snippy and wanted to charge me extra to manually run my card when it wasn’t my fault her card reader froze,, not to mention I’m usually a big tipper and new in the area, looking for a regular groomer for my dogs but what really took the cake was seeing how impatient and rough she was with a dog she was currently grooming as I was leaving ...no thanks .. but rest of the staff was very nice and personable . Oh btw , My dogs paws are still bleeding

Kitty has been AMAZING!!! My girl has anxiety when it comes to grooming, and new people. Kitty makes special arrangements for us, and I’m allowed to stay and keep my girl calm. I’ve personally witnessed Kitty with other dogs while I’m there, and she is very kind and gentle. Kitty has been our best groomer by far and has so much knowledge. Highly recommend!!
