They have always been so willing to quick trim our dogs nails even at the end of there busy day.I am sure it's cheaper then anyone and town.We really appreciate them.

Nail trims are my pups least favorite thing and she has the tendency to get snippy and sometime even a little aggressive. So now it’s her and my worst fear. I have had anxiety about this for weeks but knew it needed to be done. The lady who helped me today was fantastic. She was kind and patient with my very nervous dog. She coached me through it and was fantastic with my pup. I was very grateful for her expertise and patience with us today. I will definitely be back

My pup tends to get defensive around strangers, especially when I am not there to calm her. However, she is always in a great mood when I pick her up from her salon days. That is all the proof I need to show how great the team is.

Great group of people working here and they never disappoint. They have groomed our Ridge Back and Shih Tzu mixes and the drop in nail trims are very convenient.

I love their $5 walk-in nail trim! We've taken our large breed dog to them once for grooming too, and it was pretty decent. The only thing that could've been improved upon is the brushing out of her coat. She still had quite a lot of shedding happening.

Great place to get your dogs nails trimmed and use their self-service bath. They provide all your need- shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. It really is a great option, and the cost is so reasonable. Highly recommended...

They burnt my dog so bad with their clippers I had to take him to the emergency vet Because he was in so much pain he could not walk. All they did was apologize and say that they would mark him for having sensitive skin.

Didnt like that there were no stairs for the dogs to get in tubs, no drying station. People were nice but not overly helpful.

Have been using Hot Rod for many years! They are spot on with my grooming request and are as nice as nice can be. Would strongly recommend them.

We have always loved the groomer and still like the groomer with the tattoos who has always been great to the dogs. Lately there are a couple of groomers who are rude and unfriendly and I have felt uncomfortable leaving the dogs. Yesterday they were busy smoking outside leaving the helpful sweet groomer to handle everything on her own. Hoping you can find some better help.

Terrible. Over 4 hrs to cut and shampoo my miniature poodle. I went to the shop after three hours and was told it would be at least another hour because they're so busy with walk-ins. To prove her point , when I was waiting at the counter to pay and get my dog, she came out and clipped another dogs nails and took her money before ever waiting on me. Overpriced and rude. I will never inconvenience this joint again.

They're always booked solid, but they are great when you can get in!

Took my pup to get her nails clipped and self-serve bath. The ladies were awesome. Bath was quick and easy. And the clipped her nails efficiently! Will definitely go back!????
