Our experiences at Steamboat Veterinary Hospital have always been excellent. They have taken care of our horses and dogs for 15 years and even during tough times they have handled every situation professionally and with compassion and friendship.

We have been coming to Steamboat Vet for a number of years and always feel like we get the best care! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the Docs are top-notch, never making us feel rushed through an appointment. They are very thorough at the appointment and with the follow-up. Thank you Steamboat Vet!

I brought all 3 dogs in to get vaccinations. Incredible experience. I was a little overwhelmed with 3 dogs but they made it much more manageable and made me not feel like I was an inconvenience. We won’t even look anywhere else. Such a great experience.

We take both our dogs there and the service and staff are fantastic!

I was very disappointed with my last interactions with Steamboat Vet. After being a customer for 8 years I was surprised in the quality of care when my pet needed semi-emergency care vs. the typical check up care. Dr. Gotchey was very rude and demeaning and did not explain what steps were needed and missed important details in the care of my pet. There was no clear communication with the front desk staff and I did not feel that this was the quality of care that I had seen in the past. I was over charged, labs were duplicated, and medication was missed. When I explained that I might take my business elsewhere he and other staff did not care. I am finding another vet and would caution anyone to go to this clinic as the staff does not seem to care about it's clients or pets as they had in the past.

Dr Nate and Dr Gotchey and the rest of the staff are and have been wonderful to work with not just for routine care but emergency and senior pet care.

This is the best veterinary practice in Steamboat. Dr. Myring is so companionate and great to explain things.

The doctors and staff at Steamboat Veterinary Hospital are world class! Our dogs enjoy their visits there and we appreciate the great care.

Dr. Nate did an awesome job with Mojo. She came in to get spayed and he fixed her hernia at the same time. 10/10**

Dr Meyring and the entire staff are fantastic. They treat your animals like their own. You go in for one thing but they take care of all 15 questions you have. They are fast and efficient. Fair price (especially considering we're in Steamboat). Would never go anywhere else!

You all always take great care of both of our 4 legged kids.

The front desk staff is always very kind and helpful! My dog is difficult to work with because she is very skittish and scared of strangers. Her vet Natalia, is always so kind, patient and knowledgeable! I know my pup is in good hands everytime I visit.

You guys have always provided great care and take great care of animals big and small. We will be back, but hopefully not too soon ????

Dr. Gotchey is the man! What a tremendous guy and so helpful. He saw our dog as a referral for a procedure we were not aware they were not set up to do......not a worry! He called on another clinic and got us another appointment.....and the procedure was done......THAT DAY!!! Our family is tremendously grateful and are amazed by your kindness and generosity. You went way out of your way when it was not at all necessary. A real model of what the world really needs now. So many, many thanks and we will surely pass the word along and model ourselves and kids after you.

Dr. Gotchy is amazing! He has saved me thousands of dollars and endless stress by finding the cause of my dog's issues. I've been going here for years and would highly recommend!

I love working with Steamboat Veterinary Hospital. We have been seeing Dr Nate for years and love his patience and expertise. The front desk is always so very kind and all team members make us feel well taken care of.

Care comes first for Dr. Gotchey and Lee Meyring. I have been taking Gunnary my GSD to them for years not and can't think of trusting anyone better! The entire staff is nice and knowledgeable and always makes sure you are good to go.

I also appreciate the time allotted to answer my questions and involve me in the dialog about my dog's health as well as the post-visit phone calls to follow up. Friendly staff, knowledgeable veterinarian, extremely fair price. My pup is quite a big baby... the vet and vet tech were very patient and sweet with him when he got a bit nervous while they were administering shots. Thank you for taking great care of Ham!
