What I'm most impressed about this place is how it's been a week since my dog's grooming appointment, and she still smells wonderful. Great spot to get your four-legged friend a grooming sesh!

Local well stocked store, we walked in for a gentle leader, had choice of 3 types, added dog snacks, a funny sticker and paw balm. Easy to shop at this fun store for pets.

So disappointed in service at wages today. Been waiting MONTHS for a special size harness. Stopped today to see if harness had arrived. Had bought another harness in hope it would fit, nope still too big. So harness finally here but they would not exchange or take return on harness I bought because it had been more than 15 days. I had waited months for harness. So now I have a harness that is too big and not the one that fits

I came here because I needed a jacket for my dog. They had exactly what I was looking for and helped me get the right size. This is a fun store to visit with your dog. They have all kinds of stuff.

Such an awesome little pet shop!

My dog is scared to walk into here, but I love the care and kindness the people put into their grooming services. They are the only ones I trust to keep his dagger-like nails in check. We also love their selection of toys, harnesses, and treats, and so does our little doggo.

I took my dog to Wagz today to get groomed. She was seeing Jasmine and it didn’t go well. From the start, Jasmine was very rude and unfriendly. I was told my dog would be done in an hour and a half (I was having her hair shaved bc it was matted and long, as well as having her ears cleaned and nails trimmed). In addition, I was asked if my dog moved a lot, and if she didn’t then she would remove a fee that Wagz has that charges for if your dog moves during the grooming process. Fast forward an hour and a half and I receive a call from Jasmine saying that she didn’t finish grooming Harley as she found 2 fleas on her (the owners told her as well to just stop in the middle of grooming, saying it goes against their policy). I already treated Harley for fleas this week and sprayed my house with treatment. The fleas on her were either dead or dying, which Jasmine later acknowledged while on the phone with my mom. I was charged $30 for just shaving her body, which was done horribly. Her body is uneven lengths and covered in mats on her neck still. My dog looks sad and I now have to pay for another grooming appointment at a different venue this week. Jasmine has done this before with my parents teacup schnauzer saying that she wouldn’t shave her bc she seemed scared of the razor, but still charged a grooming fee. I lived in Fort Collins from 1998-2011 and my dog loved coming here. I moved to Miami in 2012 but still stop back in here on every visit to surprise my dog with a special treat!

Wagz has great treats for dogs and cats! Well organize with lots of unique items.

I truly love this store, I get all of my dogs food, treats, and toys here and have had a generally good experience.

This place is wonderful! They have many things for all different types of chewers, and good knowledge about dogs. They're always very helpful and we love them.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff; ideal location; so great to be able to be in lovely Old Town to do all my errands, including buying pet treats!

I just took our bernese mountain dog here for grooming. The groomer did a great job. Our dog came back clean and fluffy and everyone was very nice to her. The price was reasonable, especially considering how much trimming and brushing they had to do. I would definitely recommend!

A bit pricy, not always a lot of options unless you are in the "trend" of dog owners...I love the staff but honestly it's a bit of a niche store with a target on boutique dogs/cats.

The groomers are soooooo patient. My dog has always hated getting her nails trimmed, but Wagz changed that. The groomer turned on the dremel and held the machine against her leg so she could get used to the sound and vibrations before they even touched her paws. No one else has ever done that for my dog. It made the experience so much less traumatizing for her and I knew this was the only spot I would ever take my dog to ever again.

A great collection of products for all your furry friends. Good food from babies to seniors. A lot of local makers as well.

I’ve always loved wagz for their cute retail section but today was my first grooming experience there and now I’ll never go anywhere else! Zerica groomed my scruffy little shih tzu/terrier mix and did a fantastic job. I know he can be a little difficult to groom but Zerica was so sweet and patient with him and he seemed much happier than he usually is when I pick him up from a grooming appointment. The girl working the front register was really nice and helpful as well. Thanks for taking such good care of my little guy!

Other places in town which are cheaper. Also, keep political views to yourself because families like mine don't care what you think and will take our business elsewhere.

They have the best treats!

This place is amazing. Need more? It took two and a half weeks to get an appointment. For good reason, they're the best. This is the place to take your pet. Hannah, Jessica, and Hunter are the MOST amazing people. Jessica helped me fit a harness to my Sheltie (like, she moved the straps around and everything to get the perfect fit). They were done in less time than stated with the cut/ and I told them to do what they recommended. And Suzy Q turned out like a new puppy. They were the utmost of courteous to my puppy dog. Don't bother with anywhere else. This. Is. Thee. Place. They have an impressive selection of pet toys, and treats, and even dog puzzles as-well. Despite Amazon, they have a BETTER selection and knowledge. Trust me, I know. I have Amazon Prime, blah blah blah...this place is better. Blah blah blah, don't believe me? Okay, hey that's cool..whatevs DOG. You're loss. This place is a MUST go for anyone who loves their dawg, and wants them to be taken care of by the best. One last pitch?....They're affordable. I was expecting $50 more than was charged. So, I spent it there. The only thing that could have been better: I wanted to purchase a personalized doggie tag. Which they have. But they didn't have the colour I wanted....that's it folks. I'm picky about my colours. So take my advice, my dog's advice, and the reviews advice and just go here. I haven't had as much fun shopping for someone in months. And mid pandemic, you owe it to yourself, and your puppy doggie. Edit: took my puppy back here again. She got treated excellently the second time. No complaints!
