Really helpful staff and decent prices. Only the best for the furry family members.

The staff are always sweet and patient with my dogs, and the price of the wellness plans can't be beat. I've compared prices for dentals, my 65lb boy would cost between $350-500 pretty much anywhere else. With the wellness plan, my boy gets his dental, twice yearly bloodwork, exams, and all his shots for that price in a year.

This Fort Collins location is simply amazing!! I called this morning desperate to get my little dog in who hurt her leg on Thanksgiving day (of all days) and they managed to squeeze her in and were so kind to us! We couldn't have been more grateful!! We know our little Bitsy is in good hands!!

Did not appreciate all the upsells they try to guilt you into after they told me teeth cleaning was included free under my plan.

The staff at Banfield are always amazing. They are professional and friendly. I have a large rambuncious 75 pound puppy. He was slightly out of control. They took it completely in stride. The doctor's always call me to go over the details of my pet's visit And see if I have any concerns. I have subscribed to the puppy wellness plan As I did for my previous 2 dogs. It is very incompesing and covers so much.. It also reduces the cost of many procedures such as nuetering, spaying, et cetera. I highly recommend checking in to their pet wellness plans. It has certainly saved me money.

AFFORDABLE!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I made a last minute appointment at 3:30am this morning (when I got off work), I was extremely lucky they had an opening! When I went in I was met by the friendliest girl with short pastel pink hair, she was very kind, informative, and even though busy kept me in the loop of how things would go after check in. My poor little chihuahua had a stitch from his neutering pop open so obviously I was exhausted, stressed, and tbh trying not to freak out! The visit went super smoothly and fast, they explained everything about care to me very understandably and eased my mind completely. I couldn't have taken him to a better vet!

I do not like dropping my dog off and not having any contact with the veterinarian except for a phone call. I have 3 dogs on the program so I pay over $100 a month and I still cannot get all three dogs in at the same time too see an actual veterinarian with me in the room. As soon as I get off this annual plan I'm done with Banfield. Also I never get to see the same veterinarian and the one today asked me which leg it was on one of my dogs that they had thought had a torn ACL!!! The vet asked me because she said it wasn't clear from what the last vet wrote down! Add to that the fact that my dog did not need an operation because there is no more limping. I feel that they try to push medications and surgeries that are unnecessary. I used to be banfield's biggest fan ...not anymore.

Every time I call this vet they don’t pick up the phone unless you call multiple times in a row. When I finally do get them to pick up the phone they are short, talking fast AF boi! They act like it’s an inconvenience to call them! Trying to do my due diligence as a foster/host but honestly they way they treat human beings on the phone, I would never bring one of my animals here ???????? Thumbs way down for customer service experience. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because they [eventually] answered one of my two questions.

Always feel comfortable taking Maxwell here, he is Chihuahua mix and very temperamental. But, they always manage to get his checkups or shots taken care of. And they keep us aware of any potential problems that may arise.

Overall Banfield is a good value. They definitely need one or two more clinics in Fort Collins. It has gotten too busy here for just one clinic (like everything else here ????).

The vet techs are always so happy here, my pups love coming in to see them! Drop off is quick and easy, very little contact during covid-19 procedures but their services are still excellent

The staff is amazing. I am hoping to be able to join my pup on her visits sooner than later, but they are making the best of it. The pet plans are great as well.

Can you tell me I was quoted 149.00 just to see my dog, x-rays cost me 500.00. I'll ever go back.

Have been working with them for a long time. Recently they are too busy to care properly for our pets. Canceling our wellness plans looking for new vet.

All of our pets have been placed on wellness plans through Banfield and we are happy that they are well cared for on these plans. Our dog Lucy was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer by Dr. Khamsi. It was a tough appointment for us but Dr. Khamsi went above and beyond and called us after hours and did countless hours of research outside of work for us in order to ensure the best possible outcome for our dog, while also listening to our needs. Dr. Khamsi gave us hope and throughout the remainder of Lucy's care Dr. Khamsi was there for us. We can't thank her and the rest of the staff there for their compassion and everything else they did for us during a very difficult time for us. Thank you.

Almost all our pets have used 3 of the department's here at Petsmart, the store, the grooming salon, AND as this photo shows - my precious Maltese girly girl, Lady Lambchop, or as her friends call her, "Lamby".The beautiful smile on her face was after her twice annual comprehensive health exam. Isn't she one happy yuppy puppy ?!?!

My optimum wellness plan renewed in July of last year, about a week before they diagnosed my Berner with lymphoma and gave him a few months at the most. I am stuck paying for the full year of services (50$ a month) despite my pet passing about a month in. To me, that is just evil. To make matters worse, I still receive email reminders about vaccinations and promotions for different services they offer, I even received a call from them trying to sell me services like 3 months after my dog had passed, thanks for reminding me, NOT. This place will recommend all sorts of treatments for your pets that are completely unnecessary, and imo, unhealthy (teeth cleanings). To top this off, every time you have to bring your pet in, it’s some sort of drop off appointment and your dog is waiting there for the better part of a day, in a cage, for something that would otherwise take 30 minutes. Take you’re pets elsewhere people, I will never bring another pet here.

Banfield Pet Hospital's wellness plan is a must have for pet owners. $40 a month and you get so much great preventative care. Surprisingly, this includes an annual teeth cleaning. I have paid $250 and higher for this service alone at other vet clinics. The team here is always friendly and professional. They remember you and your pet and seem to genuinely care about your animals health and well being.

The numb 1 job of a Vet should be to give education, not to shame. We typically do not Vaccinate our dogs. Instead of providing the education on why vaccines could be important they shamed my wife for even asking. Not only will we be finding a new vet but I will be coming in to question what practice it is to shame others for there choices. You are supposed to be the ones we trust. Shame on you for extremely poor practice and people skills

Every time I’ve visited this pet hospital they have been friendly and accommodating. Their website is easy to use and self explanatory. Great place to take your sick pup to make them feel better!
