I have known Priscilla since 1997 as she made house calls for reptiles (my ball point python, Oscar) and she has also seen my cats and dogs as I have gone through life with furry children. I literally have not known a veterinarian like Dr. Dressen, she not only knows and feels the emotions of furry ones but she really cares and spends the time discussing issues or resolutions with you about your pet! Her holistic and classically trained medical approach is amazing and so beyond respected. She used to have her own clinic years and years ago and now practices out of her home (which my pets love as they are NEVER nervous to see her) but if you need further care, she ALWAYS directs you in the right path. For example, we see Dr. Dressen for pretty much everything unless we need surgical care and then she steered us towards Dr. Schramm at Paws and Claws (who is amazing as well). But if you really need a healer, contact Priscilla, she is hands down the animal whisperer of Northern Colorado!

I really enjoyed our first visit. She is a knowledgeable vet and and I enjoyed our time with her getting to know our new puppy. I was at ease knowing she wasn't going to be pushing prescriptions on us as he grows.

Dr Dressen is incredible to work with! She spends so much time with you and your pet and truly gets to know you. She has a very gentle approach and is completely respectful of your pet and takes their comfort into consideration. Our cat enjoys seeing her and that says a lot. She seems to just intuitively know exactly what our cat needs. She is very reasonably priced and will never make you feel pressured to spend money. She is very open minded and is very encouraging of using natural alternatives, but is honest when medication is necessary. She is extremely knowledgeable and is one of the few vets that keeps up on nutrition research and alternative medicine for animals. I trust her 100% with my pet's health.
