This location usually has everything in-stock, is not extremely busy, and the employees are very helpful.

I bought a trailer here, and had immediate issues with it. We are preparing for a trip and needed a fix ASAP. I called and Korie was super helpful to resolve the problem, she was also great through the sale. Later that afternoon I noticed the other wheel also had an issue - I called again and Tiffany was awesome at finding something in store that we could swap out. I really appreciate the help from these two and recognize that they went above and beyond to help us last minute.

Rude staff. Very short and not helpful. Just wanted to buy a roof rack. Staff member was clearly irritated I was even asking. Asked if I could order one and they said good luck.

The store itself is a typical Tractor Supply Store, kept pretty well stocked and very clean. The customer service is great unless it's in the evening time and you need propane, they seem to always be out or it's broken they say. But then in the morning its full and working... evening crews are full of excuses to not fill propane. .

I have to concur with the other customers about the propane situation yesterday night I went over it was still daylight and the lady did not only tell me that they didn't have propane she said that they don't do it after dark and to me I was able to see a good hundred yards down the roadIf I think the little things like tending to propane builds the little customers into big ones I used to work harder lumber sales commercial sales and that's how what I found

After asking for help twice and being smarted off to, I took my $500.00 and spent it at another store. Ugly cashiers and no help!

Normally I’m a big fan, but since COVID started, they’ve kind of been rude. I have been using their curbside service and every time they act like it is a huge imposition to bring things to the car. Very rude and very snotty!

Great service, nice and very knowledgeable female employees (always a big plus for a guy) and a surprisingly wide selection of merchandise. A little bit of everything. I visited Home Depot, Ace Hardware and Lowe's looking for an electric chainsaw. On the verge of giving up and ordering from Amazon, I stopped bu Tractor Supply and in their small chainsaw section... They had just what the doctor ordered. A powerful electric with a 14 amp motor and a 18 inch bar. Outstanding.

Bought pellets to keep rabbits out of my yard. When I opened it up the seal was broken and it was only half full! Was this a return and stuck on the shelf by mistake?

Got a tree there and it died within a few weeks and they would not replace it.Will not buy and plants from them again

This place can be great if they happen to have what you need in stock, the variety and restocking of items is weak though.

Helpful and friendly staff will guide you to your needed items. This was the case for me when I was sent there by our tree service to find a special tree root killer that would work for us. I'm glad I didn't have to spend hours looking for it at many stores but could walk in and quickly buy it.

They always have what I need.

We will always shop at this store when ever possible! Tim was amazing we had found a miss marked item and he honored it no questions asked! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store and what would fit our needs best at the best price. His wonderful customer service has made us customers for life!

I can find products here that I can't find at other farm and ranch stores. Always have more than one associate ask if I need help! Pleasant, courteous people. Good sales.

While the selection is good, the prices are higher than others in the area for similar items. We had a poor experience at this location when trying to buy a larger propane tank. My husband asked for assistance loading the larger tank into our truck as he had back issues from an accident. The mature female salesperson told him no and said he could lift it, he was young despite his explaining why he couldn't. She wouldn't budge and being in a pinch we ended up purchasing multiple smaller tanks which cost more.

Good prices. Good selection. I'll be back.

Stopped by this location on 8/29 after work. I usually shop at the Greeley store but they were out of stock on an item that I needed. The good is that Fort Collins had the item I was looking for. The bad is that the 2 girls working the front when I came in were so busy chatting, they did not greet or even look up at me. I could have lived with that, but when came up to check out, one of the girls hurriedly turned her back to me. They continued their conversation while ringing me up. Sorry to interrupt social hour. I will stick with the Greeley store.

Found best prices on senior horse grain, bird seed and dog toys and treats! Always friendly and helpful!
