Raintree Animal Hospital Fort Collins, Wyoming

Vets weren’t rushed to find out what was wrong with my dog and sent her home and didn’t plan to see her for 3 weeks and she ended up passing away 2 weeks after seeing the vet even though I called multiple times and expressed concerns that something bigger was wrong. All they did was send me home with a sick dog and $1000 medical bill. I will never forgive the ladies who answer the phone though as I called to tell them to stop sending me reminders of dog who had passed and all they said when I said that my dog has passed was “Alright, thank you, bye”. Disgusting behavior and I will never EVER come back or recommend this vet to anyone. They just added to the trauma my family and I had to endure and I hope they contact me to APOLOGIZE.

This is genuinely the worst veterinarian I have ever been to. Their communication is next level terrible. For 2 weeks I have been trying to get them to approve my 2 dog’s prescriptions through chewy. Every time I called, they had no idea what I was talking about and were extremely confused. They also got my dogs medical information incorrect and tried to tell me they were overdue for something that they were very clearly not overdue for. I finally gave up on trying to get them to approve the chewy prescription and asked to just fill it directly through them. I was explicitly told on the phone it would be filled for both of my dogs. Sure enough, I arrive to fill the prescription and it’s only for 1 of my 2 dogs and they can’t fill it for the other. If this was the case, I just wish they would have used the simple skill of communication to let me know they could only fill it for one dog so I didn’t drive all the way across town. A complete disorganized mess. Also, for every appointment I did have here, they were at least 30 minutes late with no respect for mine or anyone else’s time. There are so many vets in this town, choose somewhere else!

They take the BEST care of my pets. I am very picky about my fur kids, and have been a client for more than 30 years. Always available and eager to assist.

Best vet I have ever had! I would recommend them to everyone. When I had to put my 13 year old cat down they made it as smooth as it could be. I told my doctor I wasn’t good on money and she was very honest with me on my options and what was probably going on with him. Instead of having me pay for the cancer screening which I couldn’t afford the treatment. I decided to medicate him to be comfortable until it got worse. Then Christmas came around they sent out the sweetest cards saying they have complimentary Christmas ornaments for every pet that passed and I could come get it. Then when I got another kitten and brought him in I had to be with a different doctor but she knew me, not just my file but me as a person. Their kitten package is also gonna save me a lot of money and I’m getting such high quality of care!

We absolutely love Raintree - they always take such good care of our animals! Whether it's just a small check up or more in depth care, they do a phenomenal job! It's a big peace of mind knowing their staff care so much about their patients and ypu can definitely see it in their work! Highly recommend them for all your pet care needs!!

I connected with Raintree regarding an ear-infection study. As it turned out, my dog wasn't eligible, but he was treated for the issues he did have. I was impressed by the caring, friendly staff, and by the lovely facility.

They were so sweet and gave me a Christmas ornament for my deceased dog. I really appreciated it especially around the holidays when you miss your furry friend.

Raintree is amazing! Great docs,techs, hours and services. My cat also has kidney failure and they told me about a clinical trial for her. She qualified and was part of that for a year and a half and the results were great. Anytime something comes up, they are responsive, client-focused and talk honestly about options. Can’t recommend them enough!

Everyone at Raintree is so incredibly helpful, I would have been lost without them in the whole EU pet health certificate process. Special shout out to Stephanie and Erin who did so much research on my behalf to make sure that everything was in order, they went above and beyond! In general, my Prudence loves to come visit her friends at Raintree, everyone is very kind and loving to my fur baby!

We moved to town 6 months ago and our rescue baby had a medical emergency. We panicked and were terrified because our dogs just had their annual visits right before we moved. We had no vet nor a clue of where to go. A dog mom’s worst nightmare. Over a year ago, we had bad experiences in Texas where one of our dogs almost passed due to negligence and improper care. Now this place Rain Tree- just WOW ????. Now mind you, I am a Karen dog parent. I know, I’m sorry. But our family does not just have 3 dogs but 3 legal ESA’s and my health is directly connected to the well being of my dogs. So in this topic, I’m very hard to impress. I have never felt that my dog was more safe, cared for, or loved by any other place and team. They were there every step of the way and were just as sincerely worried as we were. I was absolutely blown away and it put me to tears. Turns out, our Ellie ate a squeaky toy heart and had a dangerous obstruction. Because of this team, our Ellie can keep squeaking on, but without the added snack. Thank you Rain Tree, for saving my Ellie.

This clinic is the best. They're super thorough, they're reliable, they'll answer any questions you have right off the bat. They are super gentle with your animals--I know this because I was in the room when they examined my very nervous cat. They're also able to schedule you really quickly, within a few days generally. Overall they're really good, I understand that they are a little higher priced than other clinics that you might see, but they are so good with your animals, and the quality of care you get, you won't regret taking your animals here!

Great place and people. We get the liver treats for our girl and she loves them. The veterinarians are very transparent and honest here. The prices are also comparable to others in the area.

They treat boss like a king, prices are not that expensive

I have always taken my pets to Rain tree Animal Hospital. And they do a lot of exotic animals as well, check em out.

We absolutely LOVE Raintree, they are so good with our nervous big dogs. They get on the floor and do an exam without causing our dogs stress. I will say however, they are not cheap, definitely more expensive than other places. However we won't switch because they are just the BEST. Forever a fan.

Very gentle, kind, and thorough!

New to the area and picked based on reviews. Got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Staff was very nice and attentive. First time we did not come home from the vet and have our cat get sick. They even called to check on Nikki the next day. And it was somewhat of a check up visit. We are glad to have found them!

Rain tree has seen all of my animals (including my bearded dragon) since I moved here just a year ago. My partner and I adore them and so do our dogs! The doctors and staff are kind and patient with two of our dogs that are very nervous, and our more laid back lab LOVES them. We will be sad to leave when I am done with school- it is hard to find a vet like this :)

I brought Neko in for a checkup and the staff was amazing! Dr. Arnold was knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely return for future visits.

I take all three of my animals to Raintree and I have had nothing but fantastic experiences here.

The wonderful staff were able to fit my rat into the schedule on a Saturday. Very professional, caring, and knowledgeable!

I took my turtle Jon in for a beak and claw trim. And the vet (also named John) was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Really appreciate the special care, because Jon is a precious part of my family for 25 years!

My dog ate a bunch of bad stuff out of the garbage like avocado onion and blondie bars so I was really worried. They were able to help me abate my stress and I would recommend anyone call them/use them if they need a pet hospital! A++

I’ve been going to Raintree for over 10 years. I’ve had two cats cross the Rainbow Bridge with them. And they helped save Lil’ Jackie from her imminent demise. And, in knowing that. I would put any of my animals under the care of Dr. Jon Arnold DVM of Raintree Animal Hospital. His staff are friendly, personable and outgoing. They make the client and patient feel at ease. And the office manager Stephanie is awesome to work with. Thanks again Raintree with helping me through the good times (and not so good) times with my four legged critters. You guys & gals Rock it….

Everyone has been super great helping me take care of my darling ol' gal (well she's not that old but we won't tell her). Especially when Beverly got sick, I had records seamlessly transferred to Raintree Animal Hospital and they got in contact with me the very next day to check in. The techs have been enormously helpful in educating me on how to take care of my dog, and reducing anxiety in me as well. I moved out here not too long ago and I am just amazed at how much Raintree Animal Hospital has done for me and Bev.
