A new vet for us. They were very gentle with our senior dog. Very pleased with how they treated us and the extraction quote was not a bad deal either!

They seem to genuinely care about animals here and they've "fixed" all of my dog's GI tract issues etc.

Always a great experience. Fair prices, easy to schedule appts, and friendly staff. I always know my dogs will be taken care of there.

Not appointments for 5 days and he is already a patient. I do not think they care about animals just $$$

I had to make an appointment for shots for our puppy. The person who took the call asked all of the appropriate questions. Then reviewed the information with me to make sure that our pup would be receiving the shots etc.that he needed.

Been my vet since 2007 when I got my first great dane. She had health problems and was on an expensive medication, almost 200 bucks a month. Dr Schramm was comped four bottles of this medication by a pharmaceutical rep at a conference. He could have sold them to me and I would have never known that'd he'd gotten them for free. He gave them to me gratis rather then make 800 bucks for free. That should give you some idea of the level of honesty and integrity here.

I recently took my red earred slider 6-12month old baby turtle water turtle here for an eye exam. They were able to provide me with eye drops that helped alleviate pain in his eye. Two days later, a large white calcium build-up formed and was hard to the touch over his eye. I called to ask for assistance and a free check-up because what they gave me, the eye-drops, has seemed to cause this. They hung up on me and refused to provide an exam for free. Luckily, the internet helped me better than the vets and I was able to remove the calcium buildup and my turtle is doing much better.

The tech Grace was very friendly and sweet to with my pup, even though it was extra hard for me since COVID regulations here do not allow the human inside. I got phone time with the vet and opportunity to ask any questions with him. Affordble shots and vaccinations. Easy to get your doggo in for an appointment in a timely manner. The staff is very explanatory and up front with costs/ necessary actions. My pup was not happy to have had shots and been poked, but I think she enjoyed meeting all the staff and getting attention from them, masked up and all!

I have been bringing my dogs here for years now, thanks to a recommendation of a Veterinarian friend of mine. Their pricing is very decent and they always welcome my dogs and I whenever we go there. Both of the Doctors there are very knowledgeable and you can tell they love their jobs and each furry family member that comes in. All of the other staff are so wonderful to work with and they are so warm and wonderful with my dogs.

Paws n Claws is a great vet with great staff. I recommend bringing any of your fur babies here in if you’re in Fort Collins. I needed a health certificate to bring my cat on a flight, and the Dr went above and beyond double checking the timeframe of the certificate and the day of the flight. And the staff is so sweet. Highly recommend!

Number one this place is great with communication. From monthly weigh ins for a puppy to more serious procedures they have worked with me and kept me in the loop every visit. Also my dog has never shown any nerves going into it leaving this place I think they treat the animals well.

We had to put our puppy to sleep with severe parvo. Most horrible situation with the breeder who didn’t protect puppy from parvo, one day after having Freddie (border collie) he got sick and very sick, 4 days later after care we had to make horrible decision to put him down and they reassured us and helped us through this process that we made the best decision and it was comforting they made the process as good as it can be!!!! Highly recommend!

I have been bringing my pet to Paws 'N Claws Veterinary Clinic since 2007. My dogs (1 from 2007-2012 and 1 from 2012 - present), have been treated like members of the staff's family, as have I. Both of my dogs, sequentially, have experienced chronic, complicated health and dietary problems. I always have been treated as a knowledgeable member of each dog's care team, and my opinions and questions always have been respected. As a result I believe that my dogs have been treated in ways that have allowed them to live as comfortably as possible. All of these elements lead to me and my dog being committed and loyal clients of this clinic.

This is actually a great place for your pet. Referred to me by a current vet pro at CSU, I went there not knowing what to expect. They were friendly, gratuitous with their information/explanations, and loving to my dog. And the best part--- I didn't have to eat Ramen for a month due to a crazy high vet bill. They're very reasonably priced.

I have been coming here since 2014. Recently my dog Wyatt was attacked by another dog. Dr West has gone above and beyond to take care of my sweet boy. Through phone calls, visits and pictures being sent for over a month and half Wyatt has healed and is back to being the same good boy. Many thanks to Paws and Claws and Dr West.

Wonderful staff, they take great care of my kitten every time we go in, they know his name, remember what he likes and doesn't like, and are easy to schedule with. The vet is incredibly friendly and easy-going, and clearly loves her patients. Only bad thing about this clinic is that the parking lot likes to hide and it's easy to miss the turn you need off Lemay on your way to an appointment.
