I highly recommend Lemay Vet Clinic. In fact, I've sent a few of my friends to the clinic. Dr. Ally and Michelle are both amazing, professional, and compassionate. It's clear they genuinely love animals and treat my pets like their own. They always explain medical conditions and treatments in a way that's easy to understand without talking down to me. I'm never rushed during appointments. Dr. Ally always takes the time to answer all of my questions with empathy. She tells me what treatments we can give my pets and makes her own suggestions. I have 3 dogs and a cat and have been taking them to see Dr. Ally for about 6-7 years. They each have specific needs, especially my 2 senior dogs. Dr. Ally recently helped my senior dog, Luna, through an Addisonian crisis. She needs treatment for the rest of her life and I am confident that Dr. Ally will enable her to have the most comfortable and happy life possible, even with her health problems. Dr. Ally helped my other senior dog, Tink, after we were in a car accident. Tink was mildly injured but still in pain. She treated Tink with some affordable laser pain relief treatments. Dr. Ally allows me to save money because she never pushes for expensive and unnecessary treatments if cheaper and effective treatments are available. I fully trust Michelle and Dr. Ally with the care of my fur babies. Tink, Luna, Zeddicus, and Totoro are in great hands.

Fantastic, the staff was loving and caring towards my doxie. The little dork just let them trim his nails and give him a shot. He tries to kill anybody at home trying to do it. I could not recomend this vet more.

What a great Veterinarian! She's not only personable to her client but even better she's beyond kind, professional and thorough with your pet. We have a bulldog and they require very specific knowledge and treatments. It was his first visit and the entire staff cared for him in a manner that exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!!

My pets and I absolutely love Dr. Ally! She is so kind and compassionate with them, and even accommodates my dog's picky standards regarding treats. (Sometimes he insists on cat treats only.) I love how practical and reasonable Dr. Ally is. When there is a problem, she makes several suggestions and makes a recommendation among those. She also provides a good balance between the pharmaceutical side of things and more natural/homeopathic remedies. I never feel rushed in our appointments like I sometimes do with my own doctors; she listens and evaluates my concerns. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!

The veterinarian is prompt in responding to my questions, doesn’t talk down to me but makes sure I understand what is best for my aging dog, and even gave me info to read on my own when I asked. I highly recommend the clinic to everyone!

I had a wonderful chat with Dr. Ally regarding my Minpin mutt. She had great advice on Covid boredom strategies, best treats, and good kennel practices. She is a pleasure to work with!

I had to rush my cat here because he stopped breathing and they performed CPR. He unfortunately did not make it. The professionalism here is truly terrible. As I was standing over my dead cat crying, saying my final goodbyes, the vet tech demanded payment. I was literally holding my wallet while this occurred. After I paid with her, another vet tech came into the room and asked me multiple times if I was sure I had paid. Why would I rush my cat to an emergency vet if I wasn't planning on paying for it? We had already been here before so they even had my contact information. We won't be back and I would not recommend to anyone unless you want your last moment with your cat to be interrupted by techs demanding money.

Upon calling to get info about switching my dog to this vet, it wasn't a great first impression. The receptionist didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered with me and was very short when responding. The rudeness was off putting. When I asked specific questions about the kind of care my dog might need, I was met with "I just can't answer that." Other clinics that I called could, so of course I'd choose to go somewhere where I know what to roughly expect financially.

She LOVES old dogs! She gave Bubbles, my old bulldog, 2 more years of comfortable life. Picture: Bubbles trying to convince my dinner to fall into her mouth.

I'm really disappointed in my latest experience with Lemay Vet Clinic. They used to do a wonderful job, but I haven't needed a vet in a couple years. This time around, I wanted to bring in my new pet and they never even got back to me. After a couple days of trying to get a hold of them - voicemail, in person, etc - I finally just went to a different vet office. This other office answered the phone right away, made a same-day appt for my pet, and have been excellent with communication!! Sorry Lemay, I had better hopes, given my good experiences with your office in the past.

Dr. Allyson was fantastic with my cat Maverick. He needed his vaccines updated and I was able to get same day appointment! Front staff was very friendly. Reasonable pricing. I will return for all my pets needs. Its nice when a Veterinarian takes their time to get to know you and your furr baby Dr Allyson is officially our doctor ????

Dr. Ally is by far the best vet I’ve ever interacted with. She goes above and beyond the make sure my cat is getting the best care possible, even if we are out of state and she can’t physically see him! She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and I have recommended her to many friends and family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Love her!

We've been taking our dogs and cats to Dr. Ally for years. She's extremely knowledgeable and always treats our pets like her own. Would highly recommend.

My dog recently had emergency surgery to remove blatter stones at the CSU vet teaching hospital. After the surgery, she was on antibiotics and we needed to see if she still had bacteria in her urine and an intern at CSU recommended that I get a urinalysis done at a local vet instead of the hospital to save money. I went to Lemay vet clinic to get the urinalysis and to talk about some fleas that I thought my dog developed during our move. The staff refused to do the urinalysis by needle (which was necessary for the urine to be sterile) and instead had her pee in a cup. They told me that she shouldn’t have fleas because “fleas don’t live in Colorado.” A couple weeks after the visit, I’d heard nothing from the vet, so I called to get the results of her urinalysis. After they told me the results, I requested they send the results back to CSU so I could continue my care there instead. I had to call three separate times to get them to send the results to CSU. I called this morning and asked if they could just email me my dog’s results. I still haven’t gotten an email. I went ahead and got a separate urinalysis done at CSU because I could never get the records of the one that Lemay Vet Clinic preformed. I’ve also since had to deal with my dogs fleas with home remedies because they refused to do anything to help. I will never go to Lemay Vet Clinic again. It was a waste of money and a waste of my time.

BEST vet ever for our 4 legged friends. Ally is SMART, kind and compassionate. That she can actually interpret Jack Russell behavior and problems that they try to hide is amazing. We have had many vets over the years (being a ranch) and having a lot of animals. I truly cannot say enough about her, her staff and her knowledge. Proud to call her our vet!

Dr. Ally and her staff are truly amazing. The time spent on our pugs and the love and affection they receive when they come to visit is like no other vet I have ever had. They are responsive, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our fur babies are happy and healthy. I can't image what our family would do without this place!!!

Called about a missing dog. They couldn't care less. The previous 12 vets I have called all took my info, not these professionals.

Been going to this vet for a couple months now and they actually care about your animals over money compared to all the cats we've been too. I

After trying multiple vets over the course of 9 years in the Fort Collins/Loveland area (and rarely going to the same one more than once), we gave Lemay Vet Clinic a shot and instantly liked Dr. Alli. She is kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. When our 9-year-old dog passed away due to cancer, Dr. Alli mourned with us and helped make the process as comfortable as possible for our sweet dog. We highly recommend Lemay Vet Clinic!

Dr Ally, Dr Little, Michelle and Louie are a great team. All are thoughtful, compassionate and provide realistic care for our four English setters. The are always willing to work with me based on my observations and try alternatives to work both short term and long term issues with the dogs. I highly recommend their clinic.
