Had to get my puppy in for an emergency visit, they found time for me and even did the blood work on site. Their advice and care got my little girl up and running in no time.

Our little dog was attacked by another dog, and we needed to find a vet the day after Thanksgiving. Many veterinary offices were closed that day. Front Range Veterinary was open, so I took Myrtle our dog over to the vet's office, and they couldn't have been any nicer. They helped us out so much that day; we really appreciate them. I would highly recommend them.

I've been going to FRVC for years and I'm very disappointed in the service I've received over the last couple of months. I went in for vaccines, an annual check-up and a nail trim in November, which was a scheduled appointment. And then proceeded to wait for over an hour. After waiting, they took my dog in the back for the exam and then the vet talked to me about the exam in the waiting room?! I then went in last week for an urgent situation, which they got us in thankfully, but no follow-up phone call and based off of my dogs diagnoses.. there were some very serious things going on with him that I feel a follow-up call should've been standard.

We have been going to this vet for over 3 years, and I for the life of me can't figure out what happened since covid. Took my 2 rescues here to get annual and blood panel since they're both relatively new to us, and my experience has been atrocious! Told the assistant that we wanted specific brands of heartworm preventative, only to get ignored and another brand shoved in a bag and only handed to us after payment. And on that note, NO RETURNS even though it was in original packaging and not what we wanted. My dog has a small growth, which I specifically wanted to be removed and not aspirated, only to have my concerns ignored and pushed toward the aspiration. Turns out to be what we thought, and their recommendation is to, guess what, REMOVE THE MASS! Before the aspiration, she was already making recommendations to do dental while my dog is getting the mass removed, to my reply was, are her teeth bad? Knowing she hadn't even looked, and that her teeth are great, I had caught this person off guard. Then looking at the website, I can't find the person that called themselves a vet on the page, and the person listed as the vet doesn't match the person we saw. Which makes sense since every other word was either um or uh. Reading through the notes, I find that my other dogs teeth are perfect with only light gingivitis, all while missing that he is missing a k9 tooth! Apparently they have a lot of new staff, and I'll just say that it shows! I'd avoid if you care for your pet, as I felt I was only money to them! Sad to say, this isn't even the end of our horrible experience, but I'm done with them and this review!

Very impressed with this vet! Despite it being a small practice, they were willing to open up a spot for me on short notice when my cat was injured. I didn't have a ton of money available but they were very upfront about the (very fair) costs, with no surprises, and talked over all the options with me without pressuring. The office was quiet and clean, the staff friendly, and they treated my cat with a lot of kindness. Highly recommend Front Range!

I always feel that the staff here really does care x about our fur babies. It's what keeps us coming back!

Thank you for treating our baby like family. You only met her on her last day, but she felt your love and we are eternally greatful. Our cat was diagnosed with a highly aggressive cancer in her jaw at another vet. We agreed with the vet that it was best to focus on her comfort. When the time came for euthenasia, that office told us they didn't have any availability for another 10 days. She was suffering greatly and it was not kind to make her wait that long. We called FRVC and they were so kind. They told us they'd make room for us whenever we decided it was time. We called the next morning to schedule the appointment and they made room for us the following day. The room we were put in was large and comfortable -a bed with a blanket on the floor with comfortable chairs to sit in, though we chose to sit on the floor around the bed. The vet and tech were so gentle, patient and kind. We were given as much time we needed before, durring and after the euthenasia. We never felt rushed. Because we paid beforehand, we were able to leave through a separate exit at our own pace when we were ready. Our fur baby is gone now, but someday when we're ready for another, we will bring them here.

Amazing staff. Made my puppy feel so happy and excited that he didn't even realize there were any shots. Perfect experience.

Staff seems fine. I brought my cat in for shots and they were great with her. However I wasn’t informed about the shots having to be EXACTLY four weeks apart. Apparently she was already overdue for her shots even though the staff scheduled me for that follow up appointment (otherwise I would have brought her in sooner). They then informed me I would have to start the shots from the beginning and pay for them again. As I was asking questions the woman on the phone was rude and very short with her answers. Not super happy with the experience and will probably switching clinics.

I've lived in Fort Collins for a few years and this has been our vet the whole. The building is clean, the people are friendly and patient (both with people and animals) and they've always been willing to answer questions outside of appointments. Every vet is spendy but I think this place is worth it. ????

In looking for a new vet, I brought my ten-year-old cat to Front Range recently and the receptionists, techs, and doctor were all the most patient, wonderful providers I’ve dealt with! Following our comprehensive health check up - through which my cat was completely at ease with them - we have had a few calls & questions (about results/dentals/etc.) and they have continued to be above-and-beyond thoughtful and patient with us. Already in love with Front Range vet clinic!

My girlfriend and I took our cat here. Considering we are in Fort Collins and there is a vet on every corner, Front Range Veterinary Clinic gave great care for a great price! They really care about your pet just as much as you.

Our first vet for our first dog, and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Friendly and knowledgeable vets and techs, reasonable prices, and just a general feeling that our dog is in good hands.

Edited to add that they also sent Oliver and I a welcome card, hand signed by the employees I worked with that day! Talk about a unicorn clinic! 110% would recommend!! I had been going to my old vet for several years and continued going there, even after moving almost 40 minutes away. I started having issues with them completing important things, like making sure my meds for my dog were ready on time. With hesitation I did some searching for somewhere closer. I found reviews of Front Range and decided to give them a shot and I am SO happy I did. The techs and receptionist were thorough, polite, and I could tell they enjoyed their jobs. Dr. Albino made me feel comfortable with her exam (not like she did a quick once over) and explained everything to me. I didn’t share this with the staff, but I’m fortunate enough to have worked in the vet field for three years. I understand the lingo and know (mostly) what’s needed and what’s usually pushed to make an extra buck. Never once did Dr. Albino or the staff push unnecessary things, such as two vaccines that weren’t needed, based on my dogs lifestyle. This alone is amazing because I’ve seen others and personally have been put in a position to fall victim to price gouging. I am happy Oliver and I found a new home! Thank you guys!

They provided exceptional service for my cat, Beau. The entire staff (front desk, vet techs, and vets) treated us professionally and kindly. A few days after our visit, I even received a sweet thank-you card by snail mail. The best veterinary clinic I've known!

We moved out of Fort Collins some 20 miles south a while ago, but we still make the drive to FRVC because we know that they have the best intentions for our pets. Finding a vet so trustworthy and kind is very difficult, if you're looking for a vet that you can rely on, day or night, you can safely go with FRVC.

Front Range was able to get me in quickly with my sick dog. They were so professional and kind and really took great care of him! After bringing him home, he was acting a bit funky, but Front Range was so willing to talk to me on the phone to help explain his behavior. They were all so helpful and we are very thankful for their care!
