Fossil Ridge is clearly an extremely caring and professional place to take your pet family members! They communicate well with old and young alike and are very upfront about what procedures are most important in order of relevance and health care needs. Pricing is given for care needed, before the actual procedures are done. They are Covid safety compliant and it's an all around amazingly good place to trust for the care of your best buddies. Great first visit as a new client. All staff was thorough and went over health plan options as well as what would occur during follow up. They even called me on a Saturday to make sure my pup was feeling ok after his vaccination shot! Fantastic customer service

Have been to a lot of Vets in this area, but Fossil Ridge is the best. Have a very sick little dog and Dr. Jill has help her and me . When it comes time to say good bye want a friend there with me to understand my pet. They shared my tears and pain in my time of loss, wow Thanks

They really care about the animals.

This place has been amazing. Jill has always taken great care of my kitties, and my dog. They never try anything that doesn't make sense. I have a cat who would be have tummy issues, vets would give her antibiotics all the time. Jill just told me try a sensitive stomach food. I did and it fixed it. I'd recommend them any day.

They got my girls in so quickly and were incredibly friendly and kind. (Grace at the front desk is always an immense pleasure to speak with!) Dr. Cahill took the time to discuss treatment over the phone since COVID prevents me from joining them in the exam room. This office genuinely cares and they show it. ❤️

Our Maya caught Kennel Cough and we called Dr. Jill on Saturday afternoon and were able to get some cough pills for her then. First thing Monday morning they followed up with me to see how she was doing and we were able to get seen with Dr. Jill before they even opened. She did the exam in the back of our SUV, given COVID-19, and provided us with antibiotics and anti inflammatory pills. She followed up to see how Maya was doing several days later and again the following week. Highly recommend Dr. Jill and her staff! They are very personable and caring for your fur baby!

Great place for your pets needs

Dr. Jill, Ashton and the crew are so friendly and caring. When my daughter's bulldog died they sent not one but two cards and still ask how my daughter is doing. They don't keep you waiting and are competent at what they do. Highly recommend!

This place is seriously a wonderful business. Not only do they care so much about the animals they take care of, but their owners too. We rescued our cat off the streets about a year ago, he was pretty sick and had a respiratory infection and bad teeth. After a few visits to other vets, we were informed he had a pretty bad dental disease, and needed to have quite a few extractions. Another vet we went to wanted about 3k, upfront. We just couldn't afford that, especially with how unfortunate and devastating most of the last year has been. We found this place because Animal Friends Alliance suggested them, as they don't do dental stuff and we called them looking for something more affordable. We immediately scheduled an appointment here, and they gave us an estimate of $800-1200 (also took my dog for some vaccine updates and they were so sweet with him). They have a lending payment option through a company called scratch pay which is what we preferred since we don't have that money upfront. Well my cat just got done with his procedure here, it went great and he is home and doing well, 11 teeth out. It was about $880, and I have a long time to pay that off (although I'm going to try to pay it way before the due date anyway). Fossil Ridge is a great place and they truly are amazing people.
