Love Come Play Stay! Our pup goes to daycare here and has the best time. After sending our fur baby to another place in town when we moved here a few years ago, she did not want to enter the building and would come home with more energy.. as if she wasn’t playing/engaging during the day. It was obvious she wasn’t comfortable there, so we switched to CPS and have no regrets. Our doggie comes home tired, has best friends (human and dog alike), and goes nuts with excited wiggles when we arrive each morning. The staff is loving, has great communication, and they send home adorable “report cards”. Another important detail for us is knowing they use positive reinforcement, which we use at home. Your fur baby will not be in better hands!

We take our dogs here to get their nails trimmed. They're so quick and professional. Our dogs love it there.

We've been bringing our dog here for 2 years for boarding, nail trims, and we also took a group training class as well. Our dog seems to really connect with the staff and is excited when we pull in the parking lot. We were really anxious to leave him for the first time, but the town and country boarding is a great fit for him and we love the add-on options for individual playtime and extra TLC. The groomer for nail trims is quick and professional. The cost for services is reasonable to us for the quality and peace of mind. We learned a lot in the training class and appreciated the positive reinforcement techniques and tools for continued training at home. If we call ahead, we know they will have great boarding availability, even around holidays. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, even at busy drop-off and pick-up times.

My boyfriend and I always take our dogs to Ashcroft when we leave town. However, Come Play Stay is quite a bit closer to us and comparable in price, so this last weekend, we dropped our dog off there. We had a terrible experience. When I dropped my dog off Saturday morning, I confirmed I would only be charged for a single day. However, when I picked my dog up on Sunday evening (during their extremely short pickup time window), the receptionist was incredibly rude, not understanding, and frankly could care less and had charged us double. Ashcroft Pet Resort is an amazing boarding place and I highly recommend going there over Come Play Stay.

We have been using the training classes here and have LOVED them. Very practical and very effective training using positive reinforcement. We have a pretty hyper puppy and have been able to effectively work with her using the training techniques we've learned. The pricing is very reasonable, we learn a significant amount from each hour long class. The trainer does a great job of answering questions and takes the time to talk with you about individual issues. Edited to add- went from 5 to 3 stars. Training has been wonderful so we were very excited to try their daycare. However, they were so rude to me when I called for details we have gone elsewhere for daycare. While the trainers here are great, my overall experience with the staff is that they are not customer friendly and are unable to assist you or answer basic questions.

On July 11th I brought both of my dogs here to be groomed. It was my puppy’s first time grooming so I fully expected him to have trouble adjusting to the new experience. Sure enough I picked him up and he had been bathed but not groomed so we paid $35 and brought him home. I expected this and had no problem with it. That being said his fur is long and black and he needed to be groomed because he is so hot in the summer heat. So I called and made another appointment to have him groomed. The lady I talked to told me she had availability on Friday the 18th. So the morning of the 18th, I got him there only to find out that none of the groomers were working that day. The lady I talked to said that they had accidentally scheduled me for Friday the 25th but told me the 18th, and she asked me if I would like to reschedule for Tuesday the 21st instead? I said yes, and this morning, the 21st, I brought him again only to be told they hadn’t rescheduled my appointment and he was still scheduled for the 25th. So two times in a row they told me I had an appointment, I drove him all the way there, have him Benadryl as recommended by my vet for his anxiety only to be told there had been a scheduling mistake. Through all of this there were no apologies, and each time bringing him was hard on him. So, I called a local competitor, Dogtopia, and got scheduled right away.

This is the only place I will take my dog when I go out of town. She loves it here and the staff love her! I can take care of business knowing she is in good hands!

My dogs love it here, they are a bit pricey but when it comes to the quality of care--you get what you pay for. They actually watch my dogs when they are being boarded and at day care. I've encountered boarding/day care places in the past that do quiet the opposite.

If you are at all uncomfortable with traditional style dog-training--the idea of dominance, choke collars etc.--check out training classes here. The trainer is high experienced and uses an approach that is much more humane and relational. And effective.

This place literally left my moms dog Tank, in a cement room with no blankets no bed and a little door that let him in and out while they were in Mexico for 5 days the beginning of July 2018! Very disappointed in the staff for leaving him like that instead of calling the person(me) they left a phone number for to get him! They will NEVER bring him back there and I have let every single person know who’s thought of bringing their pets here not too!! You guys are supposed to take care of animals not neglect them because they’re hyper! SHAME ON YOU

I've never had a bad experience here! The staff is so kind, and treat my furry family and I both well. I've only recently started using them (about two months ago), but I use them frequently! They quickly recognized my pet and I which feels great as a repeat client. The staff is kind with my pet and thurough about following the care instructions that I leave. Their prices are great too! I wouldn't want to leave my pets anywhere else!

Their boarding service is great. I am not thrilled with one billing practice however. Expect to pay for 2 full days of boarding if you drop off on Saturday and pick back up on Sunday. I wish this policy was more clear. My dog is special needs and does not board well in most kennels but she comes out tail-a-waggin' when we board here.

I love Come Play Stay! I attend doggie day care here twice a week, and my Mom doesn't let me hang out just anywhere. I get so excited on days I get to visit all my best friends! I love the staff and especially all the puppy dog supervisors who make sure I am safe, and that all the puppies are well matched and polite when we play. I have a sensitive tummy and have some special needs, and Come Play Stay staff makes sure I get my lunch on time and only have special treats that are safe for me to eat. If you want your dog to be with people who know what they're doing and truly love puppy dogs, I give Come Play Stay the 5-Star Bark!

We brought our Saint Bernard to be groomed after our regular groomer moved away. Our regular groomer recommended Come-Play-Stay. They did a fabulous job on Rocko and Rocko loved them. We utilized their boarding services a month later when we vacationed and were also pleased! Fast forward 2 more months and I called to get Rocko in for quarterly grooming appointment and was told that 1. Rocko was too big of a dog for them to handle so looking at the calendar 2. they were booked to the end of January (this was early October when I called!). Rocko is a 10.5 year old Saint Bernard with a gentle spirit and only weighs 150 pounds. Very shocked that we are getting blown off by this organization! Maybe you should advertise that you don't like all breeds. Will be taking my quarterly grooming business elsewhere.

I love Come-Play-Stay!! I have been taking my dog, Neville, here for two years and have enjoyed every part of my experience. Neville goes to daycare twice a week, stays here for boarding, does his training, and sees his vet here. The daycare staff are very polite and take care of Neville in such a loving way. They also write report cards for each day he spends in daycare so I can learn about what he did that day (what other dogs he played with, whether he needed a time out that day and for what, etc.). It is also convenient that a vet can visit with him or give him any needed shots while he is in daycare. I really enjoy the training classes Neville completed. The trainer was very professional and loving. It is also nice that the folks who take care of the dogs during daycare enforce the same training techniques we do. Lastly, the vet staff is also great. Our vet is gentle and informative, answers all of our questions, and calls us to follow up if needed. I would absolutely recommend Come-Play-Stay for anyone looking for daycare, boarding, training, or a vet!

We have been bringing our dog to Come Play Stay for approximately 1 1/2 years. He leaps out of the car to begin his play days. The staff is excellent, caring and so well-trained. This is the only place that I would trust with our golden boy!
