I’ve left a review before. We took our puppy GSD to Tri-State today. The doctors and staff are excellent! We will continue to use Troy and staff for all of our pets. The staff that checked us out today are the best. They are friendly, knowledgeable and total professionals. Thank you Tri-State for taking care of our family!

Wonderful place. I brought one of our dogs here for the first time after switching from Avenues (which is a terrible place) The office staff is friendly and helpful, prices are fair and Dr. Staples was great.

I had my 7 month old puppy spayed last Wednesday at this clinic. When I arrived to pick her up she was given no antibiotics or pain medications. 2 days after the spay she had to be rushed to an emergency vet clinic in fort collins due to a stomach infection. Since then the medications the emergency vet gave her has helped tremendously. Would not recommend this vet at all.

So happy with my experience at this vet. The reviews I read prior to going there were true and not exaggerated.

We had to put our dog down and they were very friendly and kind and caring to help us through the process. It was very hard, but they made it seem important to them. Would go back if we get another dog.

They were great. I had kind of emergency. They did look a may dog gave some medicine and need come next. My dog wouldn't take anything. I had appointment for the next day. They gave him couple different shots and did something I don't remember what it called but they put like saltine under skin witch makes a hup. It for hydration. They were just super and they give a military discount. HAVE A GREAT DAY.

I absolutely LOVE this clinic. I have been going there for years. I have one pet that requires very special treatment and they have gone out of their way to keep him healthy and pain free. Emily and Dr. Thompson are the absolute best. I can call them last minute and they always take my call and do whatever is needed to keep Maverick healthy and happy. Thank you guys for everything you do for me and my Yorkie family. You are greatly appreciated.

Been our vet for 19 years! It is obvious he loves the animals in his care. Patient and gentle with our crazy labs. He takes the time to answer all questions and no one could have be more compassionate when it was time to help us say goodbye to our beautiful dogs.

Took my dog here and they took really good care of him. Love having my furry buddy home again. He needed surgery and Tri State took care of him. Really good price and I called 4 times to see how he was doing and they were nice to me and told me how he was doing in his recovery

I waited over an hour to have my cat seen. Only for the extremely rude lady to weight my cat. Ask me how long he’s been throwing up and when I said about a week she made a rude sound and rolled her eyes. Sorry not every one can afford to take their pets to the vet right away. I’ve come here for years but, I NEVER will again.

Dr Troy is awesome the all around best vet the whole Rocky Mountain Region.

The reason for this low rating, is that ultimately any practice is only as good as the veterinarian on staff. I wished I could rated the veterinarian technician instead. She is AWESOME! Patient, kind and caring. Several follow ups from her to see how things are going. Nothing else from this clinic. Whether a doctor agrees or disagrees with your decision, there should be a follow up to see how things are going. It's a courtesy that is practically nonexistent in today's society, whether it's a doctor for self or your companion.
