We had the heartbreaking task of putting our sweet, beloved Doxie down. They were so kind, compassionate, patient and caring. The doctor explained the whole process and they gave us all the time we needed. They were wonderful and I highly recommend them.

A very caring vet clinic they take care of both of my cats and they understand if there's something wrong they don't beat around the bush but they do make a joke about one of my animals I thought it was a female the vet came in and said no it's a boy so I had to rename it I would very strongly suggest to go to cottonwood vet clinic they are a very caring vet clinic

Wife made an appointment for a check up of our kitten for 1:30. The night before we get an email reminder but it shows 11:30. Wife had already taken time off from work and with such short notice could not take more time off. Called to get it corrected, was told we could not. Just cancelled appointment. Just a helpful hint when making appointments have the person on the phone spell it out back to you, repeat it back to you numerous times and then text you that minute with the appointment details. Not sure what is so hard about making appointments and keeping them.

By far the best vet clinic I have been to. Dr. Croghan has always treated our dogs very kindly and gently and did a great job on our pugs surgeries. We plan on staying with this clinic!

Did a Csection great job but after that sent home my dog got sick which happens but they charged me again for a follow up appointment I don't think is right we seen the Vet fit five mins and charged me 75 bucks on top of the 700 I paid for the operation I really don't think that right when I was a brand new client.

The people there are extremely nice and the Vet is excellent! I would not go anywhere else,they truly care for all the pets brought in. Thank you to the whole staff!

By far the best veterinary clinic in Cheyenne. They can get you in quickly for appointments, extremely cost friendly, super knowledgeable and friendly staff. I like my dog more than I like most people and I have no second guesses about using Cottonwood for my vet needs.

So far, I thankfully have only needed basic preventative care for my two kittens. Cottonwood was recommend by several coworkers. They were accomodating to my schedule, sent text reminders of my upcoming appointments, and saw my kittens timely after we checked in.

They took good care of Enzo. They are awesome.

My husband and I are traumatized by the pit stop style of end of life care we got from this charleton vet Healy. She did not give him the relaxing med until after he was dead from the powerful end of life drug. He was in trauma and she did not allow me to hold him even though I was sitting right there and reaching out for him. She tossed him in my lap when he was gone and than gave him the relaxing drug, too LATE. She held him in the air during his passing and death throws while I sat on the floor with blanket and cushion she chose to "use". I had never met her and she did not engage us in conversation regarding choice or concerns. Her request whilel her assistant was waking him up from sleep was for money $$$$ and to sign a paper so I could not be with him. From the time they ran in the door to the time they ran out the door was 12-15 min. An outline for proper end of life care can be found on WESTERN SKIES END OF LIFE VET CARE. This was my beloved 17 year old mini Doxie service dog. I am in counseling for this. I met a different vet at office for shots and spay consult of my new puppy, some kind of front person. I have lost many dogs and this is the worst.

We have used Cottonwood for a few years now, usually Dr. Tiffany Healy. The staff there have all been great. And all of our pets like going there too. We appreciate that they have both a brick and mortar practice and they also do house calls. We’ve sadly had to use them now a few times for that house call we all hate to schedule, putting a beloved pet to sleep. I appreciate how they have been professional, compassionate and have given our family the time we needed to move through the necessary steps in this painful process. And we really appreciate that they come to the house to make it easier on the pet and their family. Would recommend!

I'm so impressed each time that I have my animals in for routine exams or when problems arise. Every time I need a quick appointment because one of my fur babies are ill or injured, they are always willing to get me in. They are professional but in a friendly manner that makes me feel very comfortable. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

We have had pets for 50 years &so happy to have found cottonwood and Dr Healey. She's a real pro, always explains and gives options. Very fair with prices. Euthanized 2 of our pets and just such a pro yet empathetic. So helpful at end of life care, options clear and helps guide when it's time to say bye. Our current lab was 7 when we found Dr Healey,and she found a bad ear infection immediately that he probably had for years and other vets didn't find. He had operation and we stay vigilant, but he lost hearing. Makes me so grateful that Dr Healey found it, but if others had, he might be having a better retirement. He's so beautiful and good,yet it's hard when they can't hear. So we will faithfully keep our furry family with Dr Healey. She's the best. But let's not forget her staff and partner! They are all top notch. Customer service is top notch. So many small courtesies are given that I can't write them all. It's such a blessing to have that care and confidence-i trust them all implicitly.

Very pet friendly excellent customer service

Our family dog was in severe pain and cottonwood vet clinic got him in fast and took good care of him. They were willing to work with us on what we could afford. I will continue to go to them for my pet needs
