La Zoetry Pet Clinic Cheyenne, Wyoming

Just moved to Cheyenne and wanted to get my dog set up with a good vet. I picked La Zoetry because of the wide variety of non surgical options to improve quality of life for animals that are having issues with pain and walking, which many pets have as they age. I also liked how they offer in home euthanasia for pets when they reach the point. Setting up the appointment was easy, in Oregon you have to wait over 3 weeks for an opening with a vet, I was able to get an appointment in less than a week. At my appointment Dr. Novak was very personable and spent a lot of time with me going over all my concerns, giving recommendations, and getting my dog up to date on vaccines. Dr. Novak even offered to let me come in to use their scale whenever they were open as I try to get my dogs weight down. I left the appointment happy my dog was in good hands. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

I’ve taken my cats to several places and it’s always a struggle because they seem to care more about dogs. I had a bad experience where I took my kitten in to a different clinic because she was sick, they sent her home and she ended up passing away. It breaks my heart because I know they could have done more for her. This vet seems to care about my cats as much as the dogs and it makes it less stressful on my cats and me overall.

The staff is helpful I love that I see raven the same doc every time she knows my boys and they know her. I love that she doesn't throw pills that will harm my baby's she finds alternative meds that are safer and they work I love knowing my boys are in the best care

We recently moved to the area and have been looking for a vet that is open to alternative medicine. The Dr. was very pleasant and informative about all options for our issues! The shop kitty Tenacity has a great story. Bless them for saving him!!

Doctor Novak is a wonderful person and so good with my dog. Her prices are also very realistic. Great care at affordable prices.

Dr. Raven Novak is a compassionate vet always seeking more knowledge to help better serve her clients.

Our family is incredibly picky about care for our dogs, and we absolutely trust Dr. Novak and her team. They go above and beyond for their clients. And our dogs are always happy to see them!

Thank you for the compassion and kindness. Your entire staff was amazing. The end of my Pudgee's life was very difficult for me. Dr. Raven is an amazing vet. She was able to make everything so peaceful and comfortable in spite of the situation. The immense compassion from all of your staff is appreciated. If I could write a no star review, I would. We had an emergency a few years ago and my dog was left bleeding in a kennel in a back room all day. The vet had just had surgery on her hand and she was waiting for one of her part time techs (who does not have a license) to come stitch my dog up. They never front-load this to me when I called before bringing her in. Then, when I had a feeling something was not right, I walked in to see my dog, and they refused to let me see her. They charged me emergency fees because she had been there so long. My dog had been attacked by another one of our dogs and they accused me of dog fighting, which was not the case. I love my dogs, and I would never do anything like that. If I had known my dog were going to be left sitting in a back room, scared and alone, I would have taken her to Frontier Vet or to Fort Collins for emergency treatment. It was so awful.

I waited an hour and still never saw a doctor. Then they said they had Xrays transferred but they didn't so I finally walked out. They wouldn't even know how to treat my baby without the Xrays. Don't go here

I decided to try a different approach on my black lab. I had to put my sweet Aussie down last July due to an auto immune disease. I don’t want to go thru or put my lab through that heartbreaking end of life. Hopefully I can help my sweet boy have better prevention. Dr. Novak was the most awesome veterinarian I have ever met. She spent so much time explaining everything about various options for my arthritic dog. Message , cbd oil for pain instead of RIMADYL. Acupuncture. I am so thrilled to have my fur baby in her expertise holistic care. I am already seeing a happy no pain doggy!

Dr. Novak is the best vet in Cheyenne. I think she saved my 12 year old kitty's life. The first vet I saw couldn't get an IV in because she was so dehydrated but Dr. Novak persisted and saved her life. We were considering euthanization but thank God Dr. Novak offered another option. She got her hydrated and medication in her for her kidney failure and got them working again with a better diet. My kitty is back to meeting me at the door when I come home every night and giving me loves on a daily basis.

I HIGHLY recommend this vet! Norman has such bad separation anxiety when I leave him that he started licking off his fur ???? I learned so much more about his breed, the food I should be giving him & essential oil‘s to help with his stress.. It’s insane how much I learned. Thankfully he’s doing so much better now! ♥️

I'm a new patient to this clinic but Dr. Novak met my expectations. She was knowledgeable in many areas and provided referrals for other services. My fiance and I are veteran dog owners (I trained dogs for years and he worked as a bather) but she still offered a few new pieces of information. She was very good with our puppy.

This practice is everything I’ve wished for but had given up on ever finding. The doctor and staff remember me and my pets when I arrive and offer affordable, realistic care in line with the life I want to provide for both my young, healthy animals (with offerings like chiropractic adjustments for wild pups and agility stars) and my older animals nearing the end of their life (by providing pain management, laser therapy, and an understanding that sometimes every veterinary intervention possible doesn’t necessarily improve quality of life). In addition to laser therapy and chiropractics, they also offer acupuncture which is amazing!

The staff are caring and attentive. You can tell they truly love working with animals. The prices are fair. They offer some alternative treatments such as laser treatments, chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture. They take a holistic approach to animal health and wellness.

Without a doubt the best clinic we've ever used. Dr. Novack is the most genuine and caring animal lover! She really understands making the pet as comfortable as possible and relaxing them as much as she can. We have 2 dogs and both loved going to her clinic. The staff is also very nice and knowledgable. Sad that we had to move because we know we will never find another clinic as loving as this one!! Seriously if you need a veteranarian the there is no better! We will miss coming here.

My cat will only go here because the vet gives her snuggles and treats.
