Always am completely satisfied! Have been coming to Pet Medical for years except for a few months that I did not have a pet.

I love Pet Medical! I've been taking my puppy there for 12 years now. Melissa in grooming is the best! Dr. Macon is very thorough. He explains everything in a way that you can understand. The staff is very polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

My cats are always given the best care whenever we come in! One of my cats, Whiskey, had an ear infection that wouldn’t go away. Dr. Deb worked with me to find a cure that was affordable and as gentle as it could be! His ears are looking much better now!! Knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent care!

I recently switched two more of my dogs to Pet Medical. They are wonderful with my dogs. They take time to make sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed. I can tell the entire staff really care.

Dr. Finnegan is extremely knowledgeable and very caring. I have been taking our two dogs to Pet Medical for the last 14 years. Since we have moved almost 3 hours away, I still drive them to their appointments with her.

The Staff and Vets at PMC are very welcoming from the moment you're at the front counter. Dr Finnegan is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. She also doesn't "sell" you treatments or stuff you don't need. I totally trust my pup to PMC. Thank you PMC for all the care you give.

Got an appointment fast, prices are decent, nice place

The staff at Pet Medical Center clearly are the best. Had to bring my dog in because she started to limp unexpectedly and wouldn't let me near her foot to check what was wrong. They were able to set up an appointment the next day. (Seeing that it was Sunday and they were closed or else I expected they would have done the same day.) They were able to diagnose the issue and prescribed antibiotics the help clear it up. It's clear that the staff really care about animals and providing the best care for yours. Definitely recommend them.

Nice people but preferred communication for them is email. Hard to get questions answered and all information through emails.

I have been bringing my 2 guinea pigs and 2 cats to PMC for three years now. Dr. Macon is awesome! He genuinely cares about the animals and will do everything he can to figure out what is wrong with your pet. The prices are also relatively affordable, and it is very nice that they have specific day of urgent care appointments. I would recommend Pet Medical Center to anyone in the area, they are truly the best!

They are amazing with my Umbrella Cockatoo Roscoe. They are so knowledgeable in every way. Dr Finnegan is the best and the rest of the office staff. Suzy in the office does a great job cutting his nails every time and is so professional. I wish they would board birds.

They are awesome girls in both vet department and grooming! Thankful I called them! Got my dog in right away!

Love Pet Medical! Sydney is an awesome groomer. She gives Kirby so much TLC when she grooms him. She will be greatly missed!!

Everyone worked with us in the best possible way, considering the COVID-19 restrictions. Thanks to the whole Pet Medical staff for adapting so well to the situation. The well-marked parking spaces and phone consultation made our visit feel both thorough and personal. Highly recommend.
