Petco is my favorite place to get food, treats, toys, beauty products and accessories for my cats, as well as gifts for family and friends according to what pets they have! I adore my new pusheen food / water / treat bowls, accessories, and toys I got for my cats. My cats LOVE their new toys and treats! After being to petco, most pet sections at nearly any other local store seem cheap, ugly, and not satisfying at all in comparison!

If there was a zero star option, I'd give it to this store. We had a tragic death of our SIX year old goldfish so I called petco to ensure they had plain old goldfish. Yup, of course. So I make the 30 mile drive to try to replace the family pet. When I arrive, I had to seek out help. I was told I needed to wait because the other associate at to go somewhere. After waiting patiently I was asked what I was feeding with the goldfish. No one! He's going to be a pet. I was then asked how big our tank is. I showed the woman the size of our bowl with my hands, that the last fish lived in comfortably for six years (and might I add, we have another goldfish, in a similar bowl that is going on 10 years!) Anyway I was told that because I am not feeding the fish to something and I don't have a 55 gallon tank it's petcos policy that I can NOT buy a fish. Mind you we are taking about 20 cent fish!! I admit I completely lost my mind....as would any mother trying to replace a family pet around Christmas time!!! So what they are saying is if I would have said I was going home to kill the fish by feeding it to something else... that is fine. But I am not allowed to take it home and care for it!? Unbelievable! She tried to upsell a beta fish, which is not at all the same! Thankfully for 3 kids in the store who witnessed my panic attack that suggested Meijer also had fish. I went there, got 3 fish who now have a loving home. If you are in West Bend.... highly recommend Meijer over Petco!!! Thanks to them the Christmas elves can deliver 3 little fish to 3 happy boys!

Online order pick up. Pick up was clunky and took longer than it should have. Not sure if the cashier was new. Someone else ended up grabbing my order for me to ease the process. Waited for 10 min for 2 items to be purchased by another patron prior to the same. Likely wont return but its the only location that had the size for my little monster's sweater.

West Bends Petco has the largest selection of any Petco I've been in recently. Kerry R was very sweet and helpful, he knew exactly what I needed. Great selection of geckos ???? if you're in the market for one of those. Definitely stopping there again next time I'm going through West bend.

Nice pets but prices are all heading up.

I wanted 3 items. One is out of stock, two is only the one bag of dry food left and, three is no dog chew toys that last more than a day!

Associates were super nice and helpful. Store was neatly organized.

Little confusion with my return. The products I have received lately that I ordered on line have been horrible. They look like they were sitting in some back room. They were used and very dusty and missing pieces. Everything I ordered came in its own separate box. Way two many boxes. Out of all the things I ordered I only kept one. I wish the clearance items at the store were better organized. It's just a big pile of different pet items all but together. Some you do not even know the price.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to tell me they were out of what I needed.

Worker we dealt with was rude when asked question and would assist in getting a fish to add to our home tank. Experience was bad enough we put all our other items for our dog and cats back. Took business elsewhere

Fabulous reptile varieties, AMAZING service!!!! Just a couple items listed online that might not be available in stores aparently? Not a big deal. The lady who talked with me about leopard geckos was AMAZING AND DESERVES A RAISE! I don't remember her name, sadly! Super nice and knowledgeable helped me so much, thanks so much!!!!

Even though they sell the small betta fish tanks they wouldn't sell me one. I asked why and they said they aren't big enough, that I should have at least a 5 gallon tank for a betta (?!?). I then asked why even have them on the shelves then and she just stuttered that they get sent them but they won't sell them. Please explain that logic to me, lol. The sad part is that my kids were heartbroken because we couldn't afford nor had the space for a 5 gallon fish tank so we left everything in our cart and left. Unbelievable.

I shop here a lot! I love Petco!
