The staff is great! Very helpful

I like this place. The workers are very helpful and are always nearby if you need them, unlike petco where you have to find them and wait to be helped. They also sell a quality product at a much lower price. I stocked my aquarium without breaking the bank.

The manager at this store is WONDERFUL! She goes above and beyond for you and most definitely your animal babies!! Returns of opened or unopened items are great too, if your animal doesn't like it or there was a problem!! I order online, pay & pick up on my way home from work and my orders are always ready within 30 minutes of placing! If they're out of an item, they will substitute with a different brand, IF YOU ALLOW IT. I do not do substitutions due to my cat having an allergy to shell fish. (Crazy, right!??!) I love this store. They have some guinea pigs, lizards, birds, reptiles and the occasional kitten to adopt too! There's grooming needs and you can bring your animal inside too! Clean store & warm, inviting friendly staff!!

This store has great products. They have fresh made dog treats and a variety of all natural dog chews. They also have some animals of adoption. You can take you pet in with you too. It is a smaller store and the aisles are a little close together. Over all it is a great store with a large selection of food, toys, and other pet supplies.

I recently bought two guppies and two snails from the store after visiting Petco because they didn’t have any. I got home and kept in mind that the snails haven’t moved since buying them. About 2 days later, they still haven’t moved and I realized I bought dead snails due to the smell they gave off. Furthermore, my already owned guppies have been exposed to the ick. I haven’t had the ick in over a year, and a day after the guppies were introduced to the aquarium, the ick hit. The service was friendly but the health of the aquatic animals are concerning…

What an awesome place. Love that they carryout packages with a smile, and also bring it out for curbside delivery. My husband and I are retired and find it difficult to load heavy bags of food for our English Lab. We have never waited over 30 seconds before an employee runs it out with a smile!

The pet wash stations are awesome and very reasonably priced

Lots of cat treats, food, toys, other cat items to choose from. Very friendly staff. Would like to see a high end cat tower offered. I would spend big bucks for that at this store.

Staff stopped what they were doing and helped me right away. The staff were friendly and happy. Was a nice atmosphere in the store, and it was quite busy.
