Didn't give my cat the cut that I wanted. We just wanted a little trim.

Had a puppy class there and the trainers are amazing!

My family has brought my 3 dogs (border collie mix & 2 small chihuahuas) to The Pooch Palace for years now and they do the best job. I never feel worried leaving my dogs there for hours, my dogs have always come home feeling happier and fresh. I love when they come home with cute little bandanas! There are so many horror stories of groomers abusing their animals and I feel 100% no fears of that happening at this establishment. The girls are so sweet and helpful. My border collie has a lot of hair and after he gets groomed he doesn’t shed heavily for like three weeks! He stays feeling clean for a good while, feels soft, and smells great. I could never do that good of a job when I used to groom him myself. They are actually able to cut my usually aggressive chihuahua and my other anxiety filled chihuahua. I don’t know how they do it! I’ve never been able to do it myself. The pooch Palace has been a blessing! ❤️ 10/10 would recommend.

They do a really good job and they are quick. Easy to get an appointment.

Over they were good. Except....my Quinn was there a long time, understandable. Still you would think they would cut all his snarls off. Not so much, won't be back..

We got a new puppy and needed she help with her energy level so bright her to Duffy daycare. They do a great job of matching did personalities and providing a variety of stimulating activities for her. Reasonable rates and you can purchase packages.

It's a busy place. I like that there is a play area in the middle that the dogs play together. The dogs aren't kept in cages while waiting for their grooming appointment.

I was able to get in with my dog last minute and the staff was amazing with our dog! We will be back again. Thank you so much!

Been taking my dogs there for grooming around 3 years now. The do a full groom on my Lhasa Apso after they trim my Min Pin's nails. When I come to pick up my Lhasa, he is roaming around the shop with all the other little dogs...not locked up in a cage! We will be customers forever!

Great place!! Our cats coat had gotten pretty matted up. Took her here to get shaved and to get soft paw claw tips put on. She looks great and is so much happier. Will definitely be going back!!

Besides my dog's vet I don't trust a lot of people or places with my dogs. After trying to cut my own dog's hair, I quickly realized that I had no idea what I was doing. Pooch Palace is an awesome place and I feel secure that my dog gets groomed here and that he looks amazing afterwards. Thank you guys sooo much!! After only two times of him being there I feel like they know him and know us!

Took our 3 Pomeranians in today for grooming and they look wonderful!! Extremely happy with Dawn and her crew. Will be back!!

Always nice . My dog is scared of getting his nails done and they have always gone out of there way to make sure he gets taken care of. Love those people
