The staff at VCA Pahle are always Nice, Helpful, and Thorough!! They have taken great care of our dogs, Mac and Molly, for 6 years!!

It's come to my attention that my review was deleted! This must be because I said how awful the treatment received was...Dr Crooks DENIED HELP to save my puppy's life because I didn't have a $2500 deposit to put down for my poor baby girl....I DON'T RECOMMEND this place to anyone for their fur babies...these people only care about the money they can squeeze out of someone, not the pet. My little Sindel died in my arms because of this place...and they failed to mention to me that they received fundraiser money for those in dire need of services who can't afford their ridiculous prices up front...so where does that money go then, if not to the animals and owners who need that help??!

We went here to schedule an appointment for our dog for a grooming. We were forced to get an influenza booster and harassed weekly by 2-5 phone calls and at least 1-2 emails weekly to submit a fecal sample result and our dog's vaccine records. We did this 3 times. It was never good enough. I am front line worker working in COVID units I was called out of my unit by a receptionist asking me when my dog's first influenza series was. Despite relaying this information to multiple secretaries multiple times we were constantly harassed. The receptionist on a friday night called my phone twice then 5 minutes later my husband's then left an email all to get the answers as needed above for an appointment that was 2 weeks away. Shame on you for taking me away from very sick patients . My dog is well taken care but your office staff really needs to learn how to communicate.

I have 3 Mainecoon and when it comes to any healthcare/emergency care; they are helpful and make it less stressful when it comes to COVID rules.

I love the vet office and trust them with the care of my dog. They care a lot about the animals and my dog does not mind going here :) I do have some feedback about a few of my recent visits. I am a little disappointed that two of my recent appointments have been made with our vet, Dr. Jewel and I show up and suddenly another vet is calling me and seeing my dog. Both times I confirmed with the office staff that my dog was seeing our vet and they said he would be seen by Dr. Jewell. I am not sure why they switch him to another doctor without asking and by the time it happens it is too late because the vet is already examining him. The other vet seems nice, but I prefer consistent care and purposely choose appointment slots so we can see our vet. I would understand if they told me I may be seen by any vet, but when I specifically schedule with a vet I just expect them to keep me on his schedule or at least let me know that my vet is not available and give me the option to reschedule or see another vet.

I brought my new cat to VCA Pahle for her initial check up, they were kind, courteous, informative and helpful. This is my first cat and they answered all of my questions and were patient with me. I had initially chosen them for the initial appoint recommended by the Humane society but we had such a great experience I will be continuing to use them for my cat’s care.

I will never take my cat"s here again. I have 6 cats so we go to vets more often. We took our cats here for awhile they seemed ok. Now they are all about the money! They don't go out of there way to help you. I took one of my older cats to there Emergency because he was in pain and limping. They never called I called them after 2 hrs. Than they told me it was a 8 hr WAIT!!!. So my cat was sitting there suffering and they never called to say hey we can't treat your cat. They were just gonna let him suffer!! I took him somewhere else and with in 2 hrs he was treated and home. This is NOT a place of CARING people.

Do not take your pet here! They do not care about your pet or their well being. All they care about is money. They will make try to make you visit them as many times as they can, EVEN WHEN THEY KNOW YOUR PET'S LIFE IS IN GEOPARDY. They do not tell you what they know right away. They will make you speculate and have you pay for as many tests and diagnoses. On my second visit in two days, I literally had to prompt them to make sure we have covered all grounds. After spending about $900 in two days, they never got back to me with the test results they promised within the next day. On the "next day", I had to take my kitten to the Emergency Hospital who were able to tell me what was wrong with my kitten. If you love your pet, do not trust this place. All they care for is money. Truly sad.

I respond to few solicitations for feedback, but the staff of VCA Pahle in West Allis deserve a BIG thumbs-up for always being very kind, knowledgeable, patient & friendly!

over priced and very rude, They told me if I don't mean by dog a surgery he didn't need that they would not release it back to me I fought for my dog back without the surgery at his fide they're just trying to have procedures done to charge every day for extraordinary unnecessary treatment

From the telephone to the dropping off, personal phone calls and detailed information you can not go wrong. I switched vet clinics and could not be more pleased with VCA. I would highly reccomend this clininc. Everyoe was kind and loving to my dog and very professional with me.

Everyone at all Pahle Animal Hospital was very comforting when we had to put our little Hernando (hamster) down. They are all so nice and caring there and not only did they get us in the same day, they are also reasonably priced. Then when I went to pick up his ashes they had it packaged so nicely with a very sweet card and also a little card with his paw prints, which I can't tell you how much I appreciated!! Thanks again!!

They truly care about you and your pet. I have no doubt if I have a health issue come up they will definitely respond quickly and get my pet in to be seen the same day if necessary. They always return calls and are very thorough in explaining everything. They take the time to make sure you understand everything and answer any questions you have. I never feel rushed when speaking with someone.

I loved the ease of making the appointment. My husband and I just adopted our kitty Whiskers in January from the Humane Society, and even though we just went over the two weeks, they still gave us the complimentary exam. They also explained everything with what they were doing for him. I also loved that when I couldn't go to the appointment, they accepted that my husband went instead. I'm glad they are caring for our cat. I'm just glad he is healthy. Would definitely recommend this hospital.

I recently took my new puppy here for a check up and shots. Dr. Jackson and the rest of the staff were so friendly! While the office currently isn't open to go into, they offer "curb side" for your pets. It's actually organized really nicely. Dr. Jackson was very knowledgeable and gave me great insight on the questions that I had. I would highly recommend!

Expensive and they are not there to care for animals, it’s all about billing as much as they can! They will repeatedly have you come back in order to keep billing you. I wouldn’t recommend them ever! Very disappointed that my dogs didn’t get the care they needed to treat their separation anxiety.

From the Secretaries at the Front Counter, to the Techs, Groomer & Doctors, every single one of them have been great! If u want your pet to be in good hands, VCA Pahle is the place to go!

First time here with new puppy. Everyone there was nice enough.

My fiancée and I had just taken in a rabbit from a home she wasn’t doing so good in. We thought it would be a good idea to get her checked to see what we could do to get her healthier. She had some rattling when breathing an we knew that wasn’t good and again we just want this bunny to get healthier and live a good life. The vet told us we were doing everything right and that besides the rattling she had a clean bill of health. The vet gave us some antibiotics to help but what we weren’t told is that if the bacteria that’s causing this rattling is a certain strain the meds could have negative effect. So we gave our healthy bunny these meds and only a few days of being on them we had awoken to a dead bunny. They only thing that had change for this bunny was the antibiotic so we start googling bunny’s and antibiotics and found some many cations online that the vet should have told us before hand.

The staff and doctors are great and demonstrate very professional service. Before coming to Pahle we brought our dog to 2 other vets. Nothing compared to how they greeted and got our dog to feel comfortable. Now when we go out dog has no worries or anxiety. Great work Pahle. Go Dr Broski!

Would never take my dog anywhere else. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and friendly service.

They are professional and polite they work hard to find out the issues your pet might be having and make suggestions of medications accordingly i wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else

The service was amazing and fast. They did a great job explaining the examination. I'm definitely going to go here again.
