I recently took my dog, Neo, there for his allergies and Dr. Centgraf was really helpful in giving me knowledge and advice about medications and things we can try to relieve them such as the food trial he is about to start. I felt like my opinion was valued into helping develop a plan to helping relieve his allergy symptoms and I look forward to continuing this new journey with him since I've never had to try a prescription diet with my dog. Thanks for your help again!

Friendly staff but wait time can get long.

I've taken my dog here a few times now and have been so impressed with the care she recieved! They are so informative with exactly what your pet needs and answer any and all questions you may have at any time of day. Also their rates are exceptional! I recommend VCA to all pet owners.

They are trying to keep everyone safe by not allowing people in. When you get there you call in and they come and get your dog. They talk to you then or exchange further info by phone. Worked out well for us. They brought her out when she was done and talked to me then. Explained what was done and what should be done in the furure. Everyone was friendly and polite. My little dog will be going back in March. Also seemed to be cheaper than last vet.????

Just wonderful. They were so nice to Juno who was quite nervous at first. They were thorough with results of check up.

Took my puppy for her first haircut. I wished them luck as she nips with those sharp baby teeth They did an excellent job. I can't say enough.

I really dislike the groomers here, I made an appointment and everything and I took my dog at the time designated for me only to be informed that all dogs are received at the same time and whoever's dog gets there first gets their haircut first so I was very frustrated because what is the need of an appointment when at the end of the day you're just taking all the dogs at one time. My dog already suffers from anxiety at the groomers so this was very frustrating considering it wasn't communicated to me when I made the appointment. The customer service wasn't the greatest as well They didn't even ask me what kind of cut I wanted or how much hair I wanted cut off from my dog. The final product was not the greatest as well I admit my dog is very difficult to deal with but the overall quality is just not there for the prices that they are charging when I could go to Petco and get a better overall service for less money and less time. Overall very frustrating experience never taking my dog here again.

I have always received the most attentive and compassionate care for my senior dog at VCA. They really do make me feel as if my dog is absolutely the most important dog on the planet!

My first visit was very pleasant. I had to wait in the car due to covid but the veterinarian and associates called me frequently to keep me updated. I am so happy I decided to go with VCA for my cat's veterinary care.

My poor little best friend had a gash in his head from playing with his brother. his whole left side of his face was swollen up. I showed up with no appointment and they got me in right away and were great! If you're in Waukesha I definitely recommend this place. My sister lives in the area and uses it and loves them.

Rude, very rude. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Took friends dog there for an appointment setup on line. Called when I got there. Very unprofessional and rude. He was in there for an hour. When I called and ask what was taking so long, all I got was attitude.

They are too slow..and I thought I had an appt with the Veternairian but after 30 mins of sitting there, she finally tells me that we are there just to draw blood! Also I have pet insurance through Progressive and the receptionist was really rude about not wanting to even see is she could work with it. Basically telling me that they do not deal with pet insurance. Really? VCA doesn’t work with insurances? I don’t think so. Plus doctor Johnson was pretty condescending on the phone with me when I told them that I homemake my dogs food. I realized the food I was making was not balanced diet but he didn’t have to be so condescending about me cooking my dogs food. I am NEVER going back there.

The staff are all very friendly & compassionate. We have been clients for over 30yrs. They treat our pets, but they also treat us. The Drs. explain everything thoroughly, even cost. The grooming staff is great too. We just wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else!
