They were very helpful around both of our animals! We have been to a few vets and this one makes us feel comfortable! They are so friendly and caring with our animals

Love them! Very caring and can't say enough about this office and staff. They have taken very great care of all of our animals and do there best to get them in right away. All the Veterinary doctors are the best but we particularly love Dr. Wing!

Our experience at this visit was not anything we have experienced at this clinic before. I do want people to give Hales Corners Vet a chance. We take all of our family pets to them. We were not comfortable with the care of our puppy. I did hear for Hales Corners Vet, shared our concerns. We all know vets charge alot of money to see our family pets to treat them and that will never change. So when we are paying these high prices we should not have a scheduled appointment and have to hang out in the exam room for over an hour waiting for the Dr to finally make the entrance into the room. We felt as if our time isn't worth anything to them. This was on a work night which screwed up our evening. I do have a follow up appointment coming up. I will update my review following that appointment.

They always take time to answer questions. I never feel rushed. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable

Beyond helpful when you really need them

Been taking ir dogs here for 3 years. Great staff. Update: still a fabulous vet! Just went in for a check up with my one dog. Very polite staff and vet doc!

This is a great vet clinic. Dr. Wing, Dr. Ben-Zikri and staff are amazing.

I appreciate the outstanding organization and communication from the front desk. The veterinary staff is so patient and compassionate when dealing with health challenges and end of life issues. I'm thankful for all of the staff at Hales Corners Veterinary Clinic and would highly recommend them!

Great place to take your pets it has a small town feel in the city

When we adopted our puppy about seven months ago, the veterinarian in our neighborhood was so full that they would not have been able to see us for several months, but we needed to get our dogs vaccinations in order. My sister-in-law suggested Hales corners veterinary clinic, and I am so glad that we decided to take our puppy there. Now I would never go anywhere else. I trust the veterinarians. They are true professionals who really care about the animals they treat, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Whereas many dogs are afraid to go to the vet, my dog is happy to go. I am really happy with this vet and suggest them highly.

I absolutely love Hales Corners Veterinary clinic, every single person that works there is super nice, I love every single vet there as well. Every time I walk in they’re always smiling and greet us right away. All in all the best vet place I’ve been too. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I brought in Bailey for her shots. The vet tech was so sweet. Giving her treats and toys even though she was so scared and didn’t touch them. I just want you to know. We got home and she is now playing with the toys. Thank you for being so kind to my cat ☺️

We have always received excellent care for our dogs at Hales Corners Veterinary Clinic. The staff are very kind, professional and responsive to our requests. They do their best to fit us in with urgent needs and follow up after the visit to see how our dog is doing. I also appreciate their expanded hours for after work care. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

The best veterinarians and a caring staff. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Put a cast on my dog improperly. Ended up having to put the dog down. Mind you the dog had a cast on for 6 weeks prior to them no problem. they put one on and in the space of 2 weeks had to put dog down because the cast cut into the dog .Made seem like it was our fault. Arent they the vets with the experience and know how? And then charged me $371.00 to put dog down! I wouldn't take a gold fish to this place!

They are more expensive then other vets in the area. I had an issue with my dog after getting him fixed at the humane society and when I called to get him scheduled to get looked at, they took forever to get back to me. They didn’t inform me that once I started him on heart worm medication, I would have to get a yearly test that’s costs over 60 dollars, when you can get it for 40-50 dollars at other vets in the area.

Amazing staff, excellent prices for fantastic care. Prescription medications also very reasonably priced. I love their later evening hours for working individuals.

Dr. Jumes and the whole Hales Corners Veterinary team made my family and my new puppy feel so welcome from the time we stepped into the door until our appointment was done. Our little puppy Stella loved everything about her appointment and about Dr. Jumes. I would recommend Hales Corners Veterinary Clinic to anyone who’s looking for a friendly, hometown vet clinic to take their furry friends to.

Had to get my dog in sooner rather than later and they were great. Got me in that day and are taking good care of my best buddy!

Super friendly and easy to work with!

Staff is always friendly,patient and professional with our 2 golden retrievers. They go above and beyond answering all our questions and following up on immunizations medication,etc. We are extremely happy with the service we have received,especislly after transferring to this clinic from another local vet. We especially love the care and compassion Dr. Wing has provided to our puppy over the past 8 months! We recommend Hales corners vet highly. And the hours are very compatible with work schedules!

My 12 year old cat, Breck, and I visited Dr. Wing and vet tech Marissa. They took the time to listen to my concerns and gave options for treatment that worked for me and Breck. The clinic then phoned to follow up on her progress 2 weeks later. Breck is feeling much better and SO AM I. FANTASTIC STAFF Thank You !!

I would highly recommend Hales Corners Vet Clinic! Our puppy needed to be seen due to not being able to walk on one of his legs and they got us in that same day with no issues. Everyone that was super friendly and you could clearly see their love for animals! I would recommend anyone bringing their animals here!

Hails corners veterinary has very friendly staff and they are good at what they do I have a big female Akita named Deja and she not so fond of trips to the vet well not here they made her feel safe and content and I had no problems.They diagnose the issue explained very thoroughly and how we would manage it and get her better and now a week later she’s doing amazing this is definitely our new veterinary clinic and I strongly advise you to use them if you were looking for a new vet.

Super helpful, highly intelligent, I'm a lifelong customer!

It was my first time taking my dog here. Very clean facility, and the staff were very welcoming. The staff was great with my nervous dog, and helped him feel comfortable by giving him lots of treats and attention.

Compassionate, thorough, expert vet care. Correctly diagnosed one of my cat's illness after two years of misdiagnosis at another clinic. Treated us with dignity and respect when it came time to say goodbye to my cat. Highly recommend. Love this clinic.

Update: July 2021 Had the pleasure of working with Dr Megan for trying to treat a life-threatening situation for our 13-year-old pup. Dr Megan and the entire team have been incredible and have followed up with us and provided a treatment strategy that helped us save her life in my opinion. The folks at Hales corners veterinary clinic have been nothing short of amazing and cannot give them a higher recommendation!! ---------- Dr. Ashley Wing and the staff here are incredible.... They left me amazed with their level of service, experience and kindness. Our pup had several concerns (mostly attributed to age), and Dr. Wing systematically went through each and every one of them. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you again!!
