They wouldn’t groom my beagle because she’s 10 yrs old, having never met the dog? Interestingly they are happy to take my money for pet vaccinations. My appointment for grooming was cancelled after making it online, no phone call to discuss the reasoning prior to my text cancellation. Interesting no where online was any disclaimer regarding a dogs age. This is a foolish policy enforced by foolish people, blanket policies as such demonstrate how unqualified they really are to handle your pets. Research how many deaths petco has had with dogs in there care, it can be found at PETA’s website. Moving forward I will give all my dogs needs to chewy and a local groomer.

The staff here is excellent,why I bother rating at all. Otherwise, the stuff they sell is all very expensive and overpriced. Not impressed with their selection of fish stuff, but staff is great

Use to like it until this last visit. Went in for my German Shepherd to get bathed and groomed. There were two people working that were afraid of him. They waited for us to leave after not doing him, making a different appointment to cancel it and told us that we would have to find someplace else to go. Do you know how hard it is to find someone who offers these services?

My Bella came loved and left ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! The intake receptionist was so interpersonal. I almost forgot that Hella was my puppy.. lol. I picked up one happy, beautiful puppy! We'll be back!

I wish I could give this location zero stars. This is by far thee worst customer interaction that I’ve encountered. I will be reaching out to corporate in regards to lack of customer service that was absolutely not provided today; from Suzie to the manager. They did an extremely poor job on our fury babies, lack of communication, concern and neither were they apologetic.

I really like this location. Its centrally located. Everything is usually in stock and the employees are very helpful with a lot of input. We were able to get a lot of great tips on our new puppy as well as great deals on a little bed, toys and treats!

Petco has a large variety of food for dogs. I was looking for natural ingredients for my puppy's food and found what I needed by the help of the staff.

Friendly staff. Although very busy place at times. If you need assistance, you'll need a bit of patience. I went in to inquire about oral hygiene products for my dog. Two of the employees recommended the products in the photos I posted. I plan to take him to the vet for a dental cleaning first though.

Only place that had my dogs harness. Kind of cluttered but worth the trip

I was double-charged...talked to the store manager about it...had to call Petco customer service...emailed them my bank statement...haven't heard back from customer service for nearly two weeks... haven't received my money...never returning.

I recently bought a six dose package of Frontline Plus for Cats. I was told that the price was 60-some dollars. When I look at my credit card today, I discovered that I had been charged $116 and change. When I called the store and pointed put the discrepancy, I was told that I had also purchased some sort of membership..in what I don't know--and that there were signs all over the store indicating this policy. Needless to say that was my last time at Petco. I guess it's "caveat emptor" at Petco.
