Dr White is great with my 3 puppies. He tells you about the different options that are available for your fur babies and He's not pushy at all and he's prices are not over the top.

This is where we take our 3 puppies. Dr White is knowledgeable, friendly and has a no nonsense attitude which i appreciate. His prices are reasonable and appointments are accurate without me waiting around. Lastly your actually there with your animal instead of some ridiculous curbside service.

This clinic was absolutely a lifesaver for us. Our GSD had to be neutered. He is very timid and uncomfortable at the vet, usually. We had a previous horrible experience at a different clinic and were frustrated when they couldn’t do the surgery. So we came here instead, and Dr. White and his staff absolutely saved us! Thanks to him and this clinic, our dog was able to have a successful surgery and a positive experience. I am so grateful for this place honestly would 10/10 recommend.

Vet was very caring giving the best care to my dog ,only charged what was necessary, very clean ,most definitely a place to bring your loving animal.

We brought our dog in for a bad bite from another dog and the Dr. Made time for us between appointments and i couldnt ask for better care or nicer people to bring my animals to. Both him and his assistant were so nice and helpful...and the cost was more than fair. My husband called into the office because our 13 year old cat swallowed a sewing needle over the weekend. It was on a Sunday and all the emergency clinics we had spoken to wanted us to come in through emergency (drive all the way out to Madison or Glendale), get x rays, do a scoping...etc, etc... all on a 13 year old cat! All I could think about was how expensive this was going to be. He hasn't been to the vet in like 10 years as he's a healthy indoor cat. My husband was able to speak with Dr White (I believe is his name?) right away on the phone and since the cat seemed in good spirits and was eating and drinking like normal he said let's wait and see if he can pass the needle. Sure enough, later that evening he did. Zero issues, the cat was no worse for wear. I would have been pretty irritated if some emergency vet wanted to do a scoping and surgery to cut my cats stomach or rectum open for no real reason. We thank you kindly for the advice and the speedy service even though we haven't seen you in 10 years! The Belus family.

Took our kitten here a few weeks ago. My husband normally takes the animals but I happened to take our kitten This time. I was extremely disturbed that they did not wash their hands before and after handling my kitten nor wear gloves when looking at my kitten ( even when touching under the tail etc.) our kitten was perfectly okay until after this vet visit and now is sneezing and coughing etc. we will now be taking our pets somewhere else.

I had to bring my cat in to have her put to sleep. The Vet gave her the injection, he rooted around inside her with the needle and took it out 4-5 times trying to give her the injection. Finally gave it to her and nothing. She was still awake!! He had to give her another injection and he still couldn’t find the right spot. It was HORRIFYING! What should have taken seconds to put her to sleep felt like 10 minutes. I felt like she was being tourtured by being stuck with a needle so many times. It was a terrible experience and I feel horrible for bringing her there. Then he has the nerve to charge me for two injections!! ????

very sad experience.My kitty needs life saving meds,and they turnned us away as a new paicent to receive the check up needed for the meds.feeling hopeless,and sad????????

I called to see if they could see my 9 month old puppy who broke her nail off a little over a week ago. I took her to the vet originally and they cleaned it up and put her on antibiotics. Last night and this morning she reopened it. They said they could see her but there would be a $114 emergency fee.... I have been to at least 5 regular vets and 3 different emergency vets over the last 5-7 years and nobody's fee is that high. That was the about the same amount I paid animal emergency to fix her nail the first time including the exam, cleaning the wound up, wrapping it, antibiotics, and pain meds. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous!!

Beware of the $51 office visit. They charged $24 on top of that because they put saline in my dogs eyes, way overcharged for medication, even a $3 prescription fee. 10 minute appointment, 45 minutes to get an invoice. Very unpleasant, unprofessional experience.

Our little Jack Russell does very well with the veterinarians at this clinic. Other places we had gone to always put a muzzle on our little guy, but the vets at this clinic never needed to use one.
