Always so helpful and will work with you if you’re tight on cash! If they don’t have appointments available they are always there to point you in the right direction. Dr. Dan is the best!

I used to love this clinic, the receptionists and techs are wonderful, but the vet has us leaving more confused them when we got there. All his answers are very inconclusive and we end up paying hundreds of dollars for something I could have googled. We will be switching to a vet with actual answers!

The clinic has upgraded from a quite small location to a larger location with more staff a few years ago. Although I have no complaints about the clinic, the small town homey feel took a hit with the larger facilities and staff. Still a wonderful, reasonable, and fully competent place to take your furry children.

Took my cat there to help him with a sore on his face. Paid about $200 for meds etc that didn't work. Brought him back within weeks to try a different approach. Paid more $.. whatever shot was given to him at that apt clearly didn't work, instead it killed him a few days later. Went here for help and got nothing.

It was my first time here and I am absolutely going to be taking my boys here. They were all super nice and sooo helpful. They really discuss a plan of action with you and all your options as well as making up an estimate that was accurate. The vet did an amazing job of explaining everything going on and showered my dog with compliments the whole time as well. I was really impressed and feel they would definitely be a very helpful vet clinic if you wanted a selection of treatment plans as well as offering advice to split up the cost of things as well too. Capone left the vet with his tail wagging and his mom very happy, which was a pleasant change from the last clinic we went to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you're looking for a new vet.

Used to love this vet. Had been going to them for years.My dog ended up needing emergency surgery and they were no help. Told me I could try another vet (it was late other vets were closed) or I had to pay in full and wouldn't even give me a week to come up with the other half. She needed the surgery within 24 hours or she'd die. For over 10 years I paid after every service the one time I needed a few days they were ready to send me home to watch my dog die. Never again will I take my animals to a place that only worries about money, since I found a new vet I also found was paying for a lot of things that were unnecessary and a waste of money.

I've been going here since I've owned pets. Great people and great prices!!!

Gentle Healer is fantastic. These people care and respect. Having tries several vets, it is easy to say that Gentle Healer is well above the competition. Excellent staff and Vets.

Good doctors and staff, you get what you pay for. They push tests, bloodwork and X rays right off the bat interms to be safe than sorry. An actual exam is next to none, but if this is what your use to then this is the place for you and your fur baby. I will not be returning here. I will be looking for a different Veterinary for my new fur babies.

Kitty was saved from petland expensively and has an ear issue right away. They got us in quickly and we had a great first visit. Very helpful and positive experience

Dr Dan and his staff are kind, knowledgeable, and professional He spends time and explains everything His staff is also so very kind and helpful I definitely do recommend him, and would not go anywhere else

The employees are always friendly, and always ready to take care of your pet in a professional manner.. one of our dogs, Cindy growls at everyone except for the employee at gentle healer, because she knows she's in good hands as well as her sisters!!

They gave my 6 year old dog puppy shots instead of the 3 years rabies shot! They also gave her the DAPP puppy shots instead of the DHPP Vaccine One week later now they want me to come back for a DHPP Vaccine going to a different vet!

I have used this vet in the past and I love their caring manner for the dogs and the level of service you receive. The 1 star rating is because every single time you call they never answer the phone!! When I call to setup an appointment or follow up on something I expect my call to be answered. Even if its hi, could you hold a moment? Obviously they don't care enough to answer the phone or get a second receptionist in to take calls because this has been going on for years; hence why I stopped using this vet. Just today I called to get pricing on something and sure enough, voicemail. Epic Fail!

They are all so kind to my family of pets . I have been taking them all to see Dr Scott for years . A very special cat of ours he took time with our family and our Aj kitty to say our good byes . Now the New staff of vets usually see my pup Bella . During this pandemic I have given her up to them with all my trust. Thank you Gentle Healer Staff !

Staff seemed great, very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how Dr. Dan gave a run down of our fur babies appointments; things he noted and suggestions to help. (Our last vet was more the "no news, is good news" type.) Prices were typical and they made it easy to order a prescription (that they don't stock at the office) through Chewy.com . I wouldn't call it a complaint, because I want everyone to remain safe during these times of COVID and completely understand the necessary precautions they're taking, but one thing I'd simply like to note, is that I wish there was a way - even during these times - for very first time clients to be allowed inside. Just from the standpoint that I don't know you, my fur babies don't know you, and you don't know us; a "personal touch" for just our very first visit would've been nice vs. a stranger just coming to the car and taking our babies into a new place (where they then got poked at and recieved shots). But, again, I get it... these current times are making a lot of things difficult and forcing difficult decisions on how to handle procedures. Guess I'm just speaking as an over-protective fur mama. ????

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I appreciate the ladies who helped remove ticks from my dog. After wrestling with her for hours you alleviated all my worries within minutes. I can't tell you enough. THANK YOU.

Great caring and professional staff.

They truly live up to their name. They have always treated our pets with the greatest care. The staff is very friendly, and they are always understanding of pet's, and even owner's, limitations.

The staff are kind and we'll educated, very friendly and reasonably priced. First time my dog met the vet "Dr. Dan" my dog was willing to roll over for a belly rub from him... If my dog trust you right away, so do I.

Dr Scott and the staff have always done a great job in keeping me informed as to what's happening with my dog and advising me on how best to treat his issues. Pricing is extremely fair and I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great care.

Worst experience ever. Asked when setting up appt for different procedure and this placed changed it. We know our dog’s needs and would have done something different. To be told by a tech how we do everything wrong for the dog was all we will take. By the way I am also a Doctor and would never let a tech tell my clients how they are lacking in behavior skills. You should have listened to us when we set up appt. shame on your clinic.
