This place and all of the staff are the cats meow. Dr. Bryn has been with us every step of the way in taking care of our babies. She's worked tirelessly to diagnose our our girl's hyperthyroidism, treat her, and get her to surgery. Afterwards, when our baby still continued to have problems, the team of doctors helped get us through the difficult process of diagnosing a terminal pancreatic tumor. Although we lost our baby girl recently to this horrible condition, they showed us so much support and love. Her brother is now in the process of interviewing new housemates. This is our forever vet and purrmanent members of our family. Special thanks to Dr.Vitale for his understanding and support.

My kitty had blood in her urine. Not only did they make room for me to bring her in, they were thorough in their explanation and plans. I was able to make an informed choice regarding the treatment plan.

I take both my dogs there. The vets are very knowledgeable and truly care for your pet's well being. They will suggest services that are needed, rather than try to upsell. Accommodating and will schedule in last minute if necessary.

Very happy with the appointment and pricing. Waited quite awhile to get the results/consult with the DVM as the reason for the loss of 1 star. The DVM was very pleasant and respectful of our dog in his waning years.

We are so grateful to Dr Vitals & all the staff at Sun Prairie Pet Clinic. From the staff that answers the phone to the ones who have hands on with the pets, they are all "top shelf" (meaning they rock!). They all adopted our sweet boy Benji, as their own seeing him week after week for his IV treatments. They even made him a special card for his 17th birthday. A few weeks later we had to let him go. The staff was very supportive & respectful during this process. Part of his treatments were during the pandemic. They came up with a safe plan to keep their doors open so Benji never missed a treatment. Now we adopted a pair of Pomeranians & of course will bring them back to the loving & caring staff at Sun Prairie Pet Clinic. Your pets are in good hands if you choose to bring them here.

Dr. Vitale and staff are beyond great. We have been a client of Sun Prairie Pet Clinic for more than 5 years. We have had 3 dogs here. The care and attention provided far exceeds any other place that we have been to throughout our dogs lives where there may be an emergency visit or urgent care visit. Dr. Vitale shows that he truly cares about your pet but also the relationship with its owners. The entire staff and Dr. Vitale go above and beyond what they need to do to ensure your best friend (pet) is happy and well cared for. You can tell their love for animals. Willing to go the extra mile. Tucker never had a problem going to visit.

This last year, I adopted my first cat Casper and started with this Clinic out of convenient location. I can not express what an AMAZING and loving place this is. From the time I adopted my little buddy from the humane society, I knew he was deaf, had very intense allergies that could lead to large skin rashes and surgery, and the person who left him behind didn't even offer a possible age for him. He didn't develop enzymes in his mouth, in which he was missing a lot of teeth. When I took him to the Sun Prairie Vet Clinic, they were so gentle to him and informative on how to give him a great life. Sadly, after six months of loving Casper, he was diagnosed with Diabetes in which I had to start giving him daily shots...This clinic walked me through how to properly inject and take care of him. Even though I did everything in my power to help Casper, he stopped eating and soon was unable to walk. It was time to say goodbye, and I was a complete mess. I called after much thought, and the Sun Prairie Pet Clinic was so kind, understanding, and reassuring. With the newly feared COVID19 arising in mid March, they were still able to get me in right away to help take Casper to a better place where he would no longer be in pain. Even with all of the new intense restrictions, and sadly the fact that I wasn't able to bring anyone with me due to there only being 10 people allowed in the building at the time because of COVID19, they still made it possible for me to come and be there with Casper during his final moments. Everyone there, every single person, was so kind, loving, and simply humane. Even with the crying, they did nothing but speak positively to me. They were so gentle with him and even wrapped him in his blanket I brought from home. They put him in a truly wonderful little coffin and allowed me to put his favorite toys in it along with a picture my son had drawn of our family so that he wouldn't miss us. I am so happy with this Clinic and recommend it to everyone. When I am ready for another friend, I will make sure to take them here. Thank you Sun Prairie Pet Clinic for treating Casper so kindly. And thank you for giving me the support I needed during that difficult time. I can't even express what it meant to me and our family.

I cannot give this place enough praise. We are a multi-cat household with some complex medical needs. SPPC has always been responsive to their needs and has even seen our cat in between appointments when none were available. We relocated and the drive to the vet is now over 30 minutes, but’s it’s very much worth it given the care our pals receive.

They have been great with my black lab even though he is quite hyper when he goes in. They are kind to him and provide excellent care while following precautions during the pandemic.

My Truffles loves the techs and looks forward going to the vet? The people are very nice and I always feel satisfied of my animals health when I leave.

Eh... The people there are nice but it's still just a dingy little pet clinic that always has the "pet clinic" funk smell.

They accommodated my appt. Day and time needs. I was referred to him from another vet as a good choice for my new rescue dog. She came from Puerto Rico by Humane Socirty International. Flown with other dogs and her pup to Milwaukee. Then someone from Madison volunteered to pick her and her puppy to Madison. He educated me on diseases that are a possibility for Idland dogs. He has several others in his practice. For now, at age 2.5 approx. She is very healthy. The prices for a vaccination and new dog exam including heartworm test and 6 month supply of heartworm was only $164. Much more reasonable than my other experiences with new dogs and other vets. NO reason, he said to run other tests at this time, and she already had rabies test and she was spade be rescue agency.

First time trying to go there. My husband got lost and when he got there late they said they wouldn't take our dog and we'd have to come back another time. Terrible!!!
