Everyone there is great and the curbside is done very efficiently! My dog even got a fleece robe and treats at his Christmas eve visit.

They kept us informed on how our pup was doing, and explained everything clearly. The staff was great.

Staff was more than accommodating in getting us in last minute to relieve our Kitty’s pain/euthanize our 18 year old baby kitty. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. Even checked in on us before the procedure to see if I was okay.

Had to call multiple times to FINALLY get a response from Heather about prescription for my pet. They love to make you feel like just another paying customer. Dr. Travis is very professional but as for the rest of the staff, not professional.

Dr. Bixler has taken excellent care of my pet rats. Thank you so much!

The cost to spay was almost double the price I was told. I knew of the addl cost for the safer spay

At 1 point they did an emergency thing to save my cat It was quite a few years ago but I'll never forget something like that.

Great team... carefully explained everything.. Educated us on how to handle the problems at home.. best vet experience ever.

Vet was very rude the day I brought my very sick cat to them, in which I later that same day had to bring my cat there to be put to sleep.... the vet was not compassionate. I don't appreciate not being able to go in with my pet either for visits.

The staff is great and really seems to care for the pets. Only complaint we have is the location makes parking pretty difficult, especially on busy days.

Yesterday my moms house was destroyed in a fire. We got one of our dogs out. The vets here took him in and made sure he was clear. They were very sweet, and let me cry and gave me the time I needed to tell them what all happened.

Friendly helpful staff. Not enough parking and long wait time.

I have been coming here for 15 years and I moved away from sheboygan but I still make the trip because they take such good of the animals and me!!!

Well not so good. I had my cat Hopper looked at 10yrs old. She was chopping up dry food real small. I thought she had a abscessed. No she didn't... Dr.Richard gave her exam and rabies and distemper shot... Well I dont believe he knew what he was doing cause a month later My cat was put down cause of liver failure. She had lost 5lbs and cat said that was not good. And asked to put a feeding teeth back ....

So caring, compassionate and patient with animals and owners!

Very kind and compassionate place to take your loved animal. Very professional. They were able to get Milo in right away. I highly recommend. Pricey but worth it.

I took my cat here to examine some breathing problems. I'm new to the area so I'm a new patient. Well my cat was in there for about 30 minutes and they come back with him and some antibiotics and that was it. They did not communicate with me whatsoever about what they thought my cat had or what the antibiotics were for. The one piece of paper I recieved only had the billing information, there was no information available about the appointment or what they did, just to get charged 100 dollars for it. That's not a fair price for the poor service and to be just left in the dark. Terrible service compared to any other vet, not to mention staff were rude and short with me on the phone and in person.

We had to bring our dog here while camping after he cut himself and needed stitches. Even on a holiday weekend, the emergency line connected us to a doctor right away and within 20 minutes our dog was being treated. Doctor Travis was very kind, professional, and quick. Not being from the area, with an injured dog, we were so relieved to have a place that was willing to help us.

Went for an appointment for a prevalent issue, was given medicine with minimal explanations if I even fully needed it. Generally lackluster visit.

I got my cat in very fast and they took great care of him. They answered all my questions and called whenever they needed to do anything to him. Drop off and pick up was fast and they went over discharge very thoroughly. Thanks to the wonderful staff for taking of Jack!!!

They are either understaffed or just not doing things correct. 2 visits now in one month led to me waiting for 80 min. For simple check up…….

Precious was in and out very fast. She was upset about going to a new veterinarian, but they made her feel at ease in no time. She loves her new doctor!

I’ve been going to Sheboygan Animal Hospital for 30 plus years. I have always received fast, thorough, compassionate care. Just recently my cat needed to be seen & they got him in same day. I highly recommend.
