The first time I took my pup in for a full groom a few months ago, they did a pretty good job. I didn't love the cut, but it wasn't the worst. I took my pup in again for a groom recently and this time it wasn't the greatest. My pup had some dry blood on his paw and had some noticeable bald spots on his chest and by both armpits. I'm not sure what happened to his paw and I'm disappointed with the results. I thought I found the right spot for my little guy, but I will not be going to PetSmart for grooming services anymore.

I used the pet salon for the first time. My dog is a short haired hound mix and didn't need grooming except for a bath and nail trim so my eval is very limited but Alie did a great job and my dog smelled good for 3 days or so!

Staff was very sweet and helped me look for what I wanted, even though it wasnt there. Still walked out with a bunch of presents for my cats.

Always a Fantastic experience! The groomers are the best. They take such good care of my old English Mastiff/St Bernard. She loves going and gets so excited to get to the salon.

Recently got 2 young leopard geckos from this location, They were free because of cosmetic imperfections, both healthy and good eaters, just looks like the smaller one had a bad shed and sight issues. My only concern was that there wasn't any sort of adoption fee, situations like that may lead people to impulse adopt a free pet that they are unable to properly care for. (Lady who helped me was very friendly and checked to make sure I knew what I was doing though, which is great! Not all employees will question you to make sure you know how to care for the animal!)

Manager was super rude! I hope you see this and I hope you think about how you approached me and how you acted today. Very disappointed. Please do better.

Pretty good selection, friendly staff. The cat toy selection wasn't very satisfying, but I also have a cat who is picky about his toys. There's a large toy section, and even I found something. ????

Didn't get e-mail notification that my pickup order was ready. I had to call.

Wide selection of pet supplies including gates and doggie doors as well as bedding and grooming supplies. A few adoptable cats are on site as well. Fish and aquarium supplies too. On site groomer with fairly decent costs. Many different doggie treats and toys to choose from, as well as collars, harness options and leashes. Doggie clothing too. I shop here because they carry my pup's food brand and are the only store in my local area that does: Sience Hills Diet. I'm only giving 4 stars as I feel their non-food supplies are pricey. Dog food prices seem point on. The grooming services are always busy so book in advance

Lack of product you can get other places, strange!

We were looking at a cat and wanted to take it home the manager Megan said she couldn't help with getting paperwork done because she was short staffed and also their was a woman there at the same time that wanted this cat that didn't have a application when she found out we wanted this cat she informed this woman to put in application and state she wanted this cat Cosmo and they would hold cat so we couldn't buy the cat and also she gave us an appointment the next day to purchase at knowing she was waiting for the other woman's application to put cat on hold. Next day cat is on hold we lost Cosmo. This was favoritism and not professional courtesy. PetSmart just lost our business and our family and friends.

The worker was knowledgeable. The store is clean

Their sales prices on their website don't translate to the physical store. Expect to have to prove every sales price from their own website to the store because there's no consistency with the online price and the store price. These poor cashiers have to input every single sale price after seeing proof. Really sketchy price system but nice employees who are patient and try their best to help you. I'd rather go somewhere else than to have to show every can of cat food sale price on my phone to my cashier. Ridiculous, guys.

I drove 25 miles to get here and they're closed! I even called them and the recorded message they have said they were going to be open until 9pm. Today is Memorial Day so that's why I made sure they were going to be open. I'm pretty upset about this and now I can't get any food for my dogs. GREAT.

They are always so busy, don't know how they keep track of everything going on. Service depends on who you get for your groomer.
