Great experience with them! The process was easy but thorough - had no issues getting information or paperwork, and now I have my sweet boy! Would highly recommend working with them to find your new best friend.

Wow. I adopted a pup from here. The guy I worked with was so friendly and helpful. He told me the pup had a runny nose from being cold and to call back if she needed any medicine. When we got home it was quit obvious she was sick and definitely needed something. I called them back, as instructed and the absolutely rudest man answers and starts to yell at me and tell me he will not be giving me medicine and continued to offer no help. I was more confused then upset, but my main concern was to get this pup healthy. So after an emergency visit to the hospital she was given antibodies for an eye infection, ear infection and an upper respiratory infection. I wasn't looking for the owner to "fix" something. I was simply doing what I was told to by the guy we adopted our pup from. The rudeness from the owner was terrible and now judging by the response to this review saying how something must not have went my way shows how incredibly insensitive he really is. I adopted an amazing pup though. So did things go my way? Yes. The owner is just a rude man and that's where the negative review comes from.

Schedule a vet appointment immediately!!! Do not bring a a pet home from here without an outside scheduled vet appointment and lots of extra money for vet bills. My 6-year-old and I brought a dog home whom we instantly fell in love with. She passed away in her sleep just 5 days after bringing her home. She had a sneeze that turned into a cough when we had her but I assumed since she had just seen a vet we were adopting a perfectly healthy dog and she would be fine. Well it got bad on the fourth day we had her and before i could manage to get her into a vet, she passed in her sleep. My daughter and I woke up to a stiff lifeless puppy in our bed. After our very old dog passed away a year ago my daughter had been begging for a new dog so one day I caved and we brought home Adley. We fell in LOVE in love with this dog, in just four days we were head over heels for her. Watching her get sick and then die before we could get her help was traumatizing. It's been a completely devastating experience and I don't see see us ever getting another dog. I never want to go through what I went through with Adley. Now I still have a bunch of amazon packages for her coming in I have to look at. We were so excited, all the toys and things she will never get to use. So I'm not recommending not adopting from here because these pups need a chance, but please, please, bring your pup to an outside vet right away! Don't suffer from ignorance as we have. Don't assume you're adopting a healthy dog. Before she even got sick, I was curious about where she came from. I looked up the vet clinic on the vet record from Kentucky, the place doesn't exist. The KY rescue place is there but the vet doesn't exist. I should have seen this as a sign. For Adley's sake, take your adoptive pup to your regular vet right away.

The food was good. You could tell it was boxed but it tasted good. They were short staffed and the staff that were there did a great job!

This place should absolutely be put out of business. Buyer beware. NEW Pawsibilities your response is a blatant lie. You told us something totally different about Maggie. You left her in urine, claimed untrue things about her and said that you sought back to us regarding a refund because the board had to decide. I told you I would await your response which never came. You're a Disgrace to rescue agencies.

I love New Pawsibilities. I adopted Willow (fka Cinder) from them. We as a family couldn't be happier. She is the sweetest little girl. I highly recommend them. They let me spend as much time as I wanted with her. We bonded quickly and was able to take her home that same day. She is the boss of house.

As we are on a holiday weekend we were very excited as Chase was more than patient with us as we needed to look at a few dogs until the perfect one choose us. We are blessed to have had the time to see how she interacted with us and our children. I would highly recommend it to anyone

Everyone there was very nice, but I'm incredibly disappointed in the care the dog we adopted received prior to being with us. Our puppy was in great spirits when we adopted her because she is young, but she was very sick. She had a very bad upper respiratory infection that was very clearly there. She was sneezing to the point tons of mucus was coming from her nose and coughing really bad. The guy while we were in the visiting room even laughed and said she probably had kennel cough. Why would they not treat her if she's clearly ill? Also, despite being given a dewormer, which I'm not even sure she was, she had bad roundworm. They also told us that she was too young to be given heartworm preventative, which our vet told us was not true. The vet also told us she was given an improper dose of her vaccines and would need to be seen again prior to when they said she was good through. I understand they get a lot of dogs through their rescue, but it makes wonder if they're more concerned about pumping dogs out than they are if the dogs are healthy. We've spent between $500 and $700 in addition to adopting her trying to get her healthy in the first 2 weeks of having her. I would not adopt from them again. -Forgot to mention, she didn't initially have rabies paperwork in her papers. The guy was like, she had to have gotten it. He went into the back for awhile and it magically appeared. No idea how it works, if he had to reprint something or what was going on but I was very sketched out.

I loved how the staff took time out for us. They were very friendly. We looked at a couple chihuahuas there to see if we could place one with our little boy. We spent a little time with each of them. They were very nice dogs and they keep them clean at this place. They wouldnt fit with my little guy but at least we spent a little time with each of them. So happy the staff spent time with us. I was so sad not be able to take a pup home. I prayed that these babies would find a home soon. I also went home and found items to donate to some of the little ones there and money to help out. This truly is the nicest shelter I have been at. I felt at home. Bless your hearts. Keep doing a great job.

Our experience with New Pawsibilities was great. We applied for adoption for a specific dog, but after seeing photos of another, it was love at first sight and we asked if we could meet the other dog instead. In less than 24hrs our application was accepted and we picked our puppy up that afternoon! Staff was courteous and knowledgeable, the environment was welcoming. We did not have a collar or leash for our pup, and though they sell them up front, they did not have one in stock that would fit our little girl, so they generously gave us a donated collar and leash to use. We will be sure to mail it back with a generous donation. Thanks so much for connecting us with our new fur baby!
