My cat is not friendly but she loves it there they have the magic touch !

Our newest mini Schnauzer Sadie is receiving the same excellent care as the 2 before her, she loves going to see Dr.Todd. We have been customers since 1992. Thank you to all the staff for the quality care and service.

The service and care is amazing! But unfortunately the price is pretty high.

Excellent service here! Have 4 dogs and this is the only place they see a vet. Hot spots, cancer, broken dew claws, 2 knee repairs, bite wounds, and probably a few hundred dollars worth of things I can't even remember.

10 year customer here. I was always pleased with this clinic but it has been rapidly declining over the last few months. Rude, incompetent office girls that have trouble reading records or keeping records organized which causes inconvenience for getting prescriptions. Dr. Adam was the only reason we have stayed, but he has now left the clinic and we are following him to Omro.

Nice people and they answered my questions nicely

Put on hold for 20 minutes. My vet Dr Adam has left and gone to omro practice. I am going there from now on

Very expensive, hard to get appointments

As dog and cat parents, we feel safe putting our 'kids' in their hands.

They've always taken great care of my pets. Very caring people. It can get very busy. At times it takes them a little while to answer their phones, but it's worth the wait.????????????

Excellent! I went with a family member with a sick pet dog. The service was great and the entire staff was kind and considerate. You can tell everyone truly cares for animals.

They are very carrying, very professional, we think his is one of. The best animal hospitals in the area.

My poor 3 month old puppy has been displaying symptoms of a UTI. I took her in 2 days ago for a urinalysis. They told me they would have the results back in a day or 2. Not entirely sure why it was going to take so long. Here we are 2 days later and upon calling them to ask about results they said we still don't have them call back tomorrow we may have them then. I have been going to Lakeside for 10 years and have not had so many issues as I have had in the last couple of weeks. Very disappointing.

I've had great experiences both times I've taken the dogs in.

It’s annoying that you can’t make pre appointments and they tell you to call right away in the morning and you can’t get through. I kept hitting the call button and I called 167 times before I got to talk to anyone just to see if they can get him in for an appointment. Some people work all day and can’t just make same day appointments or call forever until they answer. I really like it there for my pets they take good care of them, but thinking of going elsewhere for that reason which sucks.

Good vets and staff and care for our pets with reasonable prices. Also good covid safety. Would highly recommend.

We drive from Appleton because of the compassionit care and professionalism. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Lakeside truly cares about the well being and health of our four-legged friends. We've been going to the clinic with our fur babies for 20 years and will go to Lakeside as long as we have fur babies.

They are always pleasant and competent and knowledgeable. I have been taking my animals there for 25 or more years.

We love all the great people at Lakeside! They are very good at accommodating people and their pets. We missed an appointment that we had with a technician and they got us in the same day we called. Dr. Todd, Dr. Adam, and the entire staff are great with our dogs!

As far as I'm concerned they are the very best vets in town. Always willing to help with an odd need. Friendly vet techs and reasonable pricing for service provided. Extra night hours are a huge help.

They provide amazing service, and go above and beyond. Can say enough good things about them.

Tried to make an appointment for my new adopted cat to be fixed. Due to my other 3 cats being under my boyfriend's name they told me they are not accepting new patients since my cat I used to take there has been longer than 5 years. My cat Mr. Raven was 19 years old I always took him there for 19 years however he past away. So the 3 new cats are under my boyfriend's name. Not happy with how they handled such a loyal customer wether my cats are under my name or his name should not matter. My new car needs a vet also.

Great service; very professional, personable & caring. Our dog started losing the function of his hind legs. The day I called Dr. prescribed some pain meds until we could get him in to be seen the next day. X-rays & blood work didn't find anything serious, diagnosed with arthritis in spine. Pain meds to help calm down inflammation and hopefully lessen pain source over time. Very pleased with care & service we've always received for all our animals from doctors, receptionists and technicians at Lakeside!

The Veternarian, and his staff are exceptional. Kind & compassionate. Very clean and organized. My only issue is with office manager. If you want a compassionate Dr. for your fur-babies, Then go to Oshkosh Veternary Hospital.

I would never suggest this facility to be your vet. This place has been my cats only vet, but now won't see her! No guarantee they will see your animal again. 1* is too much of a rating.
