Very kind and helpful, worth the slightly higher price for quality care. Each visit has been great!

I have a husky mix, in general high energy and vocal. She was a puppy when the pandemic hit so she was under a yr and was going in to the vet alone. The last time I went was for a shots and a nail trim. When they called to say they were bringing her out the vet tech let me know I’d have to start sedating my 8 month old puppy because she was to hyper. I awkwardly laughed only for the vet to tell me she was serious. They had a hard time calming her and wouldn’t be able to see her until she was calmer. I found a new vet the next day. Every since that comment when I book anything I let them know my dog is very hyper. This is the only business that had an issues or shared my dog needed sedation to handle. Groomers, dog walkers, strangers, new vet all say what an amazing dog she is. This vet is also over priced and not very friendly

The staff is amazing and empathetic to you and your pets. They are incredibly kind and gentle. The office is also very clean... You almost wouldn't know it's a vet clinic.

They are very nice to our pup whenever we bring him in. Our dog loves coming here not just for all the attention he gets but also the snacks they give him. They are very knowledgeable and willing to answer and work with you on any questions you might have.

PET OWNERS BEWARE! I have had three visits to this vet, which 2/3 were GREAT! My cat completed his first two initial and basic visits at "Oak Creek Veterinary Care". Needless to say these routine visits were awesome and went fairly smooth; my cat is vaccinated. A couple months later my cat, Orion, now 7 months old. **I had noticed he started acting weird and diagnosed by Myself he had a bottom K9 tooth growing into his upper gum, creating a socket/hole.** Thinking the vet was capable of taking care of my cat, I call and schedule an appointment; During this call I had explained EVERYTHING that was going on with him, including what I HAD SAW (**See Above**). Appointment day arrives; I bring Orion into the vet, get him checked in, call, dr discussion, yada yada. After the Dr's check-up she re-iterates EXACTLY what I detailed to them, saying this location can NOT help any further, only to provide two phone number contacts for other Businesses that would get Orion healed. I'm thinking ok, I just wasted an hour of my day, an additional week of pain for my cat, and I'm back to searching for a care provider; get me outta here. Now I'm anticipating my cat to be released, because this vet did not provide any service for my cat.. NOPE the Manager insists on BILLING me for reviewing what I told them was wrong with Orion. I made an attempt to detail and question getting charged for an animal care/service I didn't receive... Needless to say I stopped debating with them, payed my bill, and left with all Orion's information. Moral of the story, Oak Creek Veterinary Care will waste your time, not provide any service, suggest you see other Veterinary Care providers, and STILL BILL FOR YOUR VISIT. Lastly: This Vet may be convenient for you as well, but please call around and DO YOUR RESEARCH prior to choosing Oak Creek Veterinary Care. I suggest using a Veterinarian / Vet that also provides a dental service. (Thank me later.) I will never return to this vet.

Unfortunately, we had to euthanize our cat. They made the hardest day the best they could. The staff was amazing and very considerate. The room we were in was nice and the time they gave us was perfect. Would highly recommend.

I trust my pets in their vets and technicians capable hands. What I absolutely hate is that they push every test they can on you for your pet. They do explain their reasoning but ultimately it's excessive. They aren't subtle about being a business, their emphasis is on money and how they can make it. It shows in every step of the experience. It's great that they're AAHA certified and can handle pretty much anything and most animals but with that title they can bring that price tag to the top end. It's best to go here if you have a strong backbone, or deep pockets, or both.

Absolutely the most impersonal veterinary experience ever. Also be prepared to have the deepest pocket ever. They are located in a very nice brand new facility that doesn't come cheap! Their willingness to hold an animal's health hostage for $ was disappointing.

This place is my regular vet, when my cat had to be put down they brought us into a nice room with no cold table just two chairs if we wanted them and a table with a box of tissues. You can stay as long as you like, then you push a button to let them know you are ready. They set up the iv opening, then leave, and you can take as long as you want. Then you push the button they come back and do it right on the floor letting you hold and comfort them as much as possible, then if you want they will leave you with the body for as long as you want before taking it and handling cremation and a paw print and hair sample. They have also been perfect for an everyday vet, and when they couldn't see me soon enough, they recommended me to a fantastic ER that was reasonably priced. They have been mailing me my dog's medication since the pandemic started and have always been accomodating.

I had taken my cat there for several years and they could never diagnose him with a brain tumor which he died of. I am very disappointed with this vet. One time i was going in there with my cat which i was very upset what was going on with him. When i was walked in with him, i was talking to the receptionist from afar telling her what was going on with my cat. Then one of the manager woman had yelled at me for yelling at her receptionist. I didnt yell, my voice was hysterical upset about my cats condition. Then brought me in a room that she said she would look at my cat. But in otherwords to calm me down. I was very upset about my pet that i did not want them to see him how they treated me. I was afraid they wouldnt treat him right so i left and i never came back. I wouldnt recommend this vet, their staff is rude and they never gave me a diagnosis of my cats brain tumor after all the blood work they took.

My pets have seen each of the three vets at Oak Creek Veterinary Care and they are all great! The receptionists and technicians are also very caring. They spend substantially more time than other vets do addressing your concerns. I've been to cheaper vets in the area, but they don't seem to be as thorough.

I was absolutely devastated with my experience with them and their cremation “service” called Peaceful Pets. I took my best buddy here and he was in critical condition...it was ultimately decided that he should go in peace. I was heartbroken, but it was his time. I wanted to take him home with me so I paid for their private cremation and remembrance package. 2 days later I got the call that my buddy’s remains were ready. I come home and what do I find? His ashes in a plastic bag and a cardboard box. So I call back for clarification and...that’s the urn. Ok, so, if I decided to go with engraving, were they just going to engrave the box? If that’s not bad enough, after they put my cat to sleep, I was told I had “10 minutes” to grieve. Really? I’m an RN and if I said that to the family member of the recently deceased, I’d be fired. I spoke with someone who, I’m guessing was their “supervisor”, and they said that was the “standard package”... When you read Urn, you picture a beautiful and tasteful metallic container holding the remains of your loved one...not a cardboard box and ashes in A PLASTIC BAG. This is an embarrassment on their part and an insult to my pet’s memory. I strongly advise you do NOT use either one of these entities for any reason. There are plenty of other vets that genuinely care and other cremation services that give what they advertise. I am absolutely devastated by this experience. First I lost my best friend of 12 years, I was told I had “10 minutes to grieve” after they put him to sleep, and now I get his remains in a plastic bag and a box. Absolutely disgusting.

They're a very high tech vet, but in our experience with our dog (she had a spinal injury), they seemed to try and guilt us into things with "it's either spend this coupe thousand dollars or I guess you don't love your pet and we should then put them down."

Facility is extremely nice, but be prepared to spend a small fortune when you arrive. Seems more worried about profit than with the care of the animals. Vaccine costs are outrageous here. If money is not a concern, this may be a great vet. You are paying for the facility here these days.

I was running late because "Stella" saw the cat carrier and hid on me. I called the clinic and were totally understanding. As soon as I fooled her out of hiding, I ran with her like a football. They checked her out right away and all is well. Friendly and fun staff who love our furbabies.
