Terrible service, even worse morals. Run from this "business".

Hidden charges to GET YA, once the treatment is already done. Ridiculous. I signed a “estimate” and requested a $60 treatment be taken off. My bill was STILL HIGHER than the highest price on the “estimate” I feel taken advantage of

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Dr Hillary is quite possibly one of the rudest humans I have ever had an interaction with. The nurse as well. I would highly recommend RUNNING away from this terrible place! Bring your fur babies to a clinic that actually cares about their well-being, not the profit they can make off of them.

We had our 7 month old Lab / Hound mix spayed by Kathleen Blessing, she was phenomenal. We drive 35 minutes to this vet, when we have a vet 5 minutes from our house because of the special attention they give our babies. Caring people at The Animal Wellness Center!!!!

Parking lot was hard to find for a first timer. However they did not overcharge me for the services.

The best place to take your pets and the care is outstanding and the people are very caring towards your pets needs and they take the time to explain everything you need to do and watch out for....even got a follow up call the need morning to see how buddy was doing That's priceless.....

Very detailed care with your pets they do everything they can in emergencies and are very kind

Nice people and good service.

Last visit was in September. Routine checkup and was not able to go into office at all. Not asked about medications or anything else that our dog may need. Charged 200plus dollars for a 15 minute “checkup” no video chat offered. Supposedly blood work was completed at check up all came back ok “apparently”. Tried to order heartworm preventative and was told that I needed to bring dog in for more blood work. Will not return to this vet. All they want is more money….

Very nice vet and staff, they were able to get my Derby in pretty short notice, poor guy tore his ACL. But no surgery needed. Great communication. !

Dr Hillary is by far one of the rudest people to come in contact with not sure if we were profiled as lower class because we are Hispanic but she made sure to point out that she is an advocate for the animals and that we need to seek ways to pay for a surgery since we can not afford it. This has been discussed since day one that we did not want to do surgery so the talk of have a medication lined up would be more effective. Medication was received twice before I had to pay again for my dog to be seen for the same thing only to have this DR talk down to me. I called the office to complain and they transferred me to her after being told by Tammy that I would address a complaint with herself. Dr Hillary did not allow me to talk as usual she told me that my dogs records would be faxed and I have no fax number apparently she is the only doctor at the facility. So I guess that’s means if your of color they will talk and treat you however they like.

Dr. Kathleen Blessing is the best vet. Only person that we trust to treat our dogs.

Great, caring and affordable vetrenarian. When we called and told them our dog had the symptoms of and we were pretty certain she had lymphoma Cancer they made sure to get us in right away that day, we caring, expeditious, made certainly to get all her test result ASAP and we're very good at explaining all possibilities and options. Because of them out very loved German Shepherd is comfortable and has more time with us than she otherwise would have. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely love the staff, especially Dr. Hillery! One of our dogs has been having lots of medical issues but Dr. Hillery takes the time to explain things and makes sure she is well taken care of. Highly recommend!

All employees, from check in to check out really showed true compassion for my pet rat. I immediately felt welcomed by all. Dr. Blessing is truly a vet that loves her job and patients. Reasonable prices too!

LOVE Animal Wellness Center of Oak Creek. Dr Blessing and D.r Hillary have been amazing to my Catahoula Leopard Dog, Sydney. She was having issues with her liver # regulating and turns out she has cancer. Not only did Dr. Blessing call me after hours to explain everything, she shared concern and tears with me over my baby. In my eyes, Dr. Blessing's last name says it all! The vets and staff treat us like family. When I call they know who I am and even ask how Sydney is doing. Every time I go to the office, Sydney is excited to see her friends and is not scared. Without Dr. Blessing and Dr. Hillary taking such good care of Sydney, I am not sure if she would still be around today. If you are looking for caring, educated, professional, dedicated people to care for your vet- Animal Wellness Center of Oak Creek is for you.

It's a disgrace what they've done to the respectible business built by Dr. Frederick Ruhl, DVM. Receptionists lack in customer service and communication skills. Clinicians lack in "bedside manner". Took my business and pet care to another vet in Oak Creek and couldn't be more pleased!

I was coming here for quite a while with my dog Layla. Each time we came in the staff was always very rude and just aggressive in general on small things. Their demeanor was always nasty. I thought it might have been just me and mis-reading them or understanding. Each time I would just brush it off but it just kept happening. Like they were annoyed when you would be inquisitive. I finally shopped around and realized that not only were they providing horrible service but over charging for it as well. No more. Just because your a vet doesn't mean you shouldn't have some sort of manners. Update: 6/3/2019 ***** Feel free to reach out to me as you should have current info on file. I still stand by my review that service is definitely not customer and/or patient centered care. We transferred over to the Greenfield Vet Clinic and I was literally in shock at the service I received in comparison. They kept giggling at me because I kept complimenting them on their kindness and how they treated us like family from the minute we walked in the door. They were so warm and welcoming. This was not at ALL the service I got ever from your clinic. I asked to have my records from your clinic emailed to me and in them were customer notes. I read them to my husband and I was in tears just reading the horrible things your service people would note about me on my account. Shame on you for talking about people. I hope everyone reads this review and they think twice about spending money in a place like this. They do not deserve to be in business!!
