The vets and staff at Brentwood are amazing. We have a cat with chronic urinary problems who has good times but also times of medical crisis. They are fantastic about helping us through the difficult events and always formulating a plan of action to keep him comfortable. They are also wonderful with our other pets as they age and new pet family members who are nervous to be at the vet.

Cannot recommend highly enough! During a pandemic and building a new facility, Brentwood still provides a smooth process and attention to its patients. Friendly staff as always! My first visit with Dr. Christie Bartow was lovely - she has a calm, nurturing demeanor, and provided excellent care to my skittish cat. Vet tech Kayla was excellent, and the office staff made checking in & out a breeze.

Staff friendly, Vet also helpful. But very limited support. When received file back on our pet they Obviously have their Own opinion of how I need to do my personal filing system. All files were pulled apart, their additional copies were left mixed within them. Dates Again were no longer in order. ( I seriously don’t understand the problem with keeping historical files in the correct order. Or at least being respectful of someone’s else’s personal papers you have asked for a copy of when meeting them the first time.) At least have the common courtesy to say yes, I am part of the office staff and have made copies of what I needed. But have disrespectfully left your files a mess, you can figure it out. And here’s your 300.00 bill. No, we won’t we back. Obviously, they don’t like the fact that we changed the name of our rescue dog who had a bad history and wouldn’t even directly respond to that name half the time. Nor, half of the things we had been told about her. I’m all about them having their kennel as a “safe place” but not for 8-10 hrs a day. And this vet supports that! No wonder the poor dog was confused about coming up with a routine bathroom and eating schedule. How Sad. They are pets. Not zoo animals. ????

End of life of a pet is almost as bad as loosing a close family member, Dr Heino and the staff was awesome, very helpful to Kimi and us, we couldn't be in better hands. Thank you very much.

Dr Heino was thorough, informative and helpful. She explained Katos injury exam thoroughly and answered all other questions about his status as well. The young lady assisting Dr. Heino formed an immediate bond with Kato & handled him very nicely.

I have always received the best care for my pets that I have brought to Brentwood for the last 40 some years.. Brad and Brett are the Best along with all their great staff!

Everyone and everything was totally amazing for my two dogs and myself

I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Brett is my normal go to vet. In an emergency I have dealt with a couple other vets there who have been unbelievably kind and responsive to my emergency. The staff is wonderful and they truly care about my animals.

I love Dr. Bartow, she treats my baby just like family!! Best care from a wonderful, caring doctor!!

My dog sees Dr. Christie who is absolutely fabulous!!! I highly recommend her!! She recommended my dog get her teeth cleaned with potential extractions. So I scheduled my dog to have her teeth cleaned. During the procedure she ended up having four teeth pulled. I was quoted a low end/high end price before the procedure. I was sure it was going to cost over the highest quote since more was done during this procedure. I was happily surprised it cost less then the highest quote. Dr. Osgood called to give me updates during and after the procedure. He throughly went over all that was done and explained follow up care. I trusted him and would highly recommend him!!

Everyone there was an absolute sweetheart. They were very patient and willing to make sure my dog was comfortable while treating her.

Although under construction Brentwood animal Hospital did a great job taking care of me and my pet. I’ve never had a bad experience. Staff is courteous and professional and every vet I’ve interacted with have been nothing but phenomenal. Love this place.

Dr. Brad is great! Our dog recently had a bunch of teeth pulled and was well taken care of. They called the next day to check in on the patient. We are very happy with Brentwood.

I needed to get my dog ready for our move to Kenya and Brentwood was super thorough in making sure I had all of the documents I need, the different medications my dog would need for entry requirements and so on. The team was gentle with my boy as he was a bit nervous while there and made sure to answer any questions I had I appreciate the team at Brentwood :)
