Cant get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. You have to play the 30 seconds 8:00 a. m Lottery call to get in urgently. Even with a pet that is currently being treated for an illness by them. To the point that your pet dies.

I’ve been going to Community Vet Clinic for almost 20 years. Dr. Crowley and his staff are very accommodating and have given my pets the best care over the years. We live in Wauwatosa and we feel that it’s worth the drive. I have recommended him to so many of my friends and family. I highly recommend Community Vet Clinic!

They have been really good to work with and they seem to genuinely care about my cat. Dr. Flynn has been great.

They did a great job on Buddy's surgery but was to allow me to pay only $500 on services, then let me pay monthly payments per Carrie to pay balance off. Well they charged me the full price which maxed my card out. So I wasn't happy that it was in the file to go that way, but got home and saw the bill was paid in full. Now I have no card to use, if I have to go back there, which I hope I don't, cause now I can't pay anything.....was disappointed as Carrie was working with me. I got a call back from the owners and they apologized for human error and was willing to adjust the card, our conversation which went well, all has been corrected and we are satisfied with the outcome. Very understanding and polite people to deal with and we are happy to still be going back to them. ????

Dr. Flynn has been our favorite Vet for many years. So glad we found her at your place. She has always been very friendly, caring, professional and taken good care of our dogs.

Dr Amy was great I took my cat Hope in because she was throwing up. They are letting one person in with aminal at this time ! SUPER most others are still curbside their were able to do blood test and xrays nice. Hope responded nicely to them

They've been out family vet for nearly 10 years, and they always take wonderful care of our cats when we take them.

We had the most compassionate experience today when we came in to put our beloved "Harley" to sleep. He crossed the rainbow ???? bridge gently and humanely. Thank You everyone for your years of caring for Harley.

They are horrible. They totally missed seeing a simple problem. I took my dog to another vet as soon as walking in they knew he had a torn tendon in his shoulder. Sad and a waste of my money and time rip off

Great care, supportive and kind staff, reasonably priced and I trust them. I drive into the city because a friend recommended this vet and I'll continue to do that even though so many other vets are closer to me. I recommend.

Great vet clinic! Started going here in 2013. My cat and 2 dogs' vet is Dr Crowley. He is very caring, and I love how he remembers so much about their personalities! Thank you Community Vet for taking great care of my fur babies.

Very fast, friendly and efficient. They pick your pet up from the car, and bring him out when finished. They also trim our cat's nails for the same price as other cats (ours has 3 extra toes).

We’ve been taking our pets to CVC for over a decade because they are simply the BEST! The staff that works the front desk are warm and welcoming. The vet techs are amazing and truly love what they do making for a great experience with our little furry babies. Our most favorite part about CVC is Dr. Heidi! She is not only our favorite Vet but over the years she has become one of our favorite people. She is incredibly talented, takes time to educate and share her knowledge and most of all Dr. Heidi exudes love and compassion for every animal. She’s an absolute gem.

Chose this vet because it has always been close to our rental homes, even when we moved away we still chose to come to this vet even though it was 30 minutes away because we love the vets that work there. We usually see any of them because we trust them completely and have been seeing our dogs for years now. However, I have always had trouble with the secretaries that answer the phone. I’ve had issues with scheduling as well as over-charging for products I did not ask for. It all comes down to communication and these ladies DO NOT listen very well. Today I called for an emergency appointment and I had to leave work and go get my dog for the appointment, I get there and they turned me away for being a few minutes late. There was another day where I scheduled an appointment for one dog, but asked if I could also get both of my dog’s nails clipped as well. Was told I would have to make two separate appointments as they could not accommodate both things in one visit. I said okay, and when I showed up for appointment 1/2 the woman on the phone said that I did not have an appointment - that it was scheduled for the following day - I advised her there other secretary has scheduled it in two parts and I told her why. She laughed (which is rude in itself) and in a very “matter of fact” way said that I did not have two appointments. Why would I want to have two appointments in the first place ? As if that wasn’t already a pain for me.. why would I show up and have a date/time, if the appointment was never scheduled? I will be looking for a new vet. I’m not sure why they’re never this rude to my husband, but at the end of the day I’m the one who always has to deal with them since I’m the one taking them to their appointments so I will be looking for better customer service, integrity, and some transparency in another clinic.

I’ve been to this vet several times in the past few years.I’ve always been pleased with the veterinarians. I made an appt for my two cats and after I drove almost 30 miles to their office they tell me they DO NOT ACCEPT the CareCredit card anymore! If it’s on your site you should probably take it off ASAP. They wouldn’t even offer a payment plan. So I guess I’m off to find a new vets office for my animals .

I had done goofed myself and accidentally set an appointment for my cat at an entirely wrong vet the day of my appt (probably not even in the state lol). Community Vet was here to save the day and was able to squeeze me in (my cat needed his prescription filled so I was desperate). The receptionist were friendly and hilarious and the vet was knowledgeable and quick!

Only place i will take my pittie there always very friendly and professional. Prices are ok but the quality is exceptional.

Very nice place were new her but most of the staff friendly great doctores bad attidue with the gall at the east end of the desk with blonde hair
