Had an appointment booked a month ahead because that was all i could get in for. Actually had to go to the emergency pet hospital as my dog was having a skin issue and couldn’t get in with this establishment. When my appointment came, i had paid a $50 fee for booking and unfortunately i had developed covid symptoms the day of the appointment (which i would test positive for later). Julie would not give me a refund as i did not let them know 12 hours ahead of the appointment. I did not have covid symptoms prior and it appears they would have rather me come into my appointment with covid. Seems as though they don’t really care, and I’m quite upset that i can’t receive a refund for the virus that i couldn’t control.

I am very happy that I switched my pets to American Animal Hospital. Everyone is always polite and very friendly. They also get you an appointment in a very timely manner.

Provides excellent veterinarian care with a heart! Would HIGHLY recommend them for your beloved pet.

We had a great experience here! We recently moved to the area and chose American Animal Hospital to set up care for our cat. We brought him in for a routine check-up and vaccines and I thought the exam was super thorough. Everyone was very kind, super nice, answered all our questions, and did a great job explaining what they were looking for and gave us great tips. Glad we chose this place!

Had a VERY sick cat that needed immediate attention. Called about 8 other places before them and they wouldnt see him. American did! Most likely saved his life!! GREAT place and GREAT staff!!!

My cat was having some health issues and my usual vet couldn't see her. We were able to get in at American Animal Hospital and they cared so much about my cat and made me feel like she was getting the best treatment possible. I decided to switch vets from the service and care we received. My cat is feeling so much better and I'm so grateful.

Absolutely amazing service. From the initial phone call to taking my puppy home it was knowledgeable helpful service from receptionist to doctors. I was working with Heather and she was amazing. Kept me updated with everything in a timely manner and treated my dog like it was her own absolutely amazing. Anyone considering this veterinarian I 10 out of 10 absolutely recommend.

I just want to say I appreciate this place. I just called to make an appointment for my dog and the receptionist was very patient, polite, and answered all my questions. It’s ONLY $50 for a check-up with no additional fees if WANTED... (For new comer also) I love the price, the positive feedbacks from others, and will also leave another review after I get my dog all checked in, but the beginning of the process is stress free and pricing is not TOO much (affordable).

My dog had a routine visit with her vet on Friday 5/14 at her normal vet and what I thought went well didn’t. Today I woke up and my dog was miserable, in tons of pain, shaking, pacing back and fourth, and breathing super heavy. I tried 7 different local vets and they all weren’t accepting new clients or were booked.. I called AAHN and they got her in immediately and started doing her examination with lots of testing. They found lots of issues that my normal vet either ignored or missed and I now am on the right track to getting my baby back to healthy and pain free! I am so thankful for their immediate care, and love they had for Cloe! she is 13 almost 14 years old so I know things can start to get rocky when they get older but they made sure to take the best care of her and get her all the help she needs! They were so kind and I feel so reassured to finally have the answers we needed! I feel comfortable going back to get the continued care she needs from them! Thank you AAHN!

I have been bringing my 2 dogs here for the last year. I have been beyond impressed with the quality of care of both dogs have received. They have been in for not only routine care but also emergent care and the practice has been very accommodating and empathetic. I receive great advice and recommendations and am charged a very fair price for extremely high quality care. Enough can’t be said for the front office staff and what they juggle everyday ( and compassion they have)( you rock Shari & Dori-and I sorry if I spelled your names wrong) as well as the techs who are knowledgeable and genuinely care your for pets. They Doctors are both down to earth and knowledgeable about all different treatments and options available to recommend. Thanks to a great very cohesive team who can care your pet from start to finish!!!!

This is one of the only places I've been able to get my pugs nails clipped without sedation or being put under. She goes nuts when anyone goes near her paws! Thank you Todd & staff(sorry cant remember the others names) for getting the job done!!!

Wow, where do I even start? Best place I've ever been to. I have a senior dog with multiple issues and I just wasn't getting anywhere with any vet previously accept for a couple who were just trying to squeeze my bank account dry without really getting to the bottom of anything. I knew more about my rescue dog, and have more options for his pain relief and everything else than I've had for the last 3 years. I've had a lot of questions about everything and everyone from the tech, to the vet, to the front desk staff have been super informative and kind. We finally found a great vet!! Thank you!

They've been great with my Rottweiler every time she's been in. They know how to work with big animals, and my big ol' scary sweetheart of a Rottie isn't scared when we go there.

I love the newest owner. We initially came with our previous dog when there were different owners, they had hiked their prices and weren't a great fit. We rescued a dog and came back just because we didn't know where else to go. Luckily, we were pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff, technicians, and vets are all awesome. Dr. Bero was amazing when we found out our rescue had heart worms. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Dr. Bero took his time to explain everything and all of our options. He and the staff made us feel very welcome as we came in for his treatments and check ups. We're very happy with having him as our dog's vet! Happy to say we got a negative result on our follow up heart worm test after his treatments!!

We had to put down one of our dogs Sassy we had her for over 14 years. Could not ask for more understanding people very nice. Fair prices very respectful veterinarians

I've been bringing my cats here for years. They've always gone above and beyond in caring for my cats. Even helped out tremendously when I had to rescue a couple from a very unfortunate situation. Can't recommend them enough.
