Dr Beth was professional and kind. She even got to know our other animals, and sent us a handwritten card with all of their names a week after we had to make one of the toughest decisions ever. The whole process was so thoughtful. Highly recommend ❤️

I cannot say enough for the staff with Creature Comfort Care. From the first phone call to the end of my beloved Sammy's life, they have been supportive and kind. We were able to help him cross in a very peacful, loving setting for which I am so grateful.

My family and I just want thank Dr Beth for the wonderful professionalism she displayed at our time of sorrow. She did a great job of not only explaining to our family the procedure for final resting our beloved Ginger. She seemed to be part of our family as well on how she not only engaged with us and Ginger but also with our other dog Kenny and made him feel comfortable through the procedure. Dr Beth was so comforting when I said good bye to my Bugsy. I am so thankful I didn't have to take him to a cold clinic but was able to hold him while he passed peacefully in familiar surroundings. Dr. Beth was just what we needed when had her help our little girl move on in peace. The Dr. took her time and we were not rushed nor did we ever feel that way. If you want your pet/loved one to pass on without anxiety of a cold steel office I highly recommend. Much thanks for making it easier.

Saying goodbye to a loved pet is no where near easy. Dr Beth was very compassionate and understanding of our situation. She took the time to listen to the history of Mr Boots and gave us time to say our goodbye and get our last snuggles in . I have had to make this difficult decision before, and I never really liked saying goodbye to a pet while they are scared and anxious in an unfamiliar place. I love that she came right to the house where Boots was most comfortable and allowed him to cross that rainbow bridge peacfully. Hands down the most caring and compassionate people you could ever ask for during that difficult time. I will for sure use them again in the future !

Going into our second decade with our family dog we noticed a rapid decline in health/ mobility that was becoming increasingly painful for her. It got to the point where I felt that it may be time to let her go peacefully but I was afraid that bringing her to the vet would be not only painful during transportation but stressful once there. I found out that Dr. Beth was able to make a home visit, and when she came she was able to examine our dog and verify our concerns. Dr. Beth was very affectionate with our dog and had her very relaxed and happy before helping her go to sleep. She talked with us about our life with our best pet ever, and made a paw print impression in clay and took hair clippings for keepsakes to place in our memory cabinet. She was very comforting to our pet right to the final breath and didn't leave until my Wife and I were feeling better. A couple days later we received a handwritten sympathy note from Dr. Beth which was very meaningful to us. When the inevitable time comes, dealing with it is made easier with this kind of care.

Dr Beth was so kind and compassionate, as was her business partner, whom I spoke to on the phone. I had to make the heart breaking decision to let my young cat, Molly, cross over the rainbow ???? Bridge. Thanks to the 2 of you for your loving assistance. VS

Our 17 year old cat was diagnosed with a heart tumor and fluid in her lungs that progressed more rapidly than expected; Creature Comfort Care was able to get Dr. Beth to our house on a Sunday on short notice to help her pass. Dr. Beth was very kind and understanding and made sure Bailey passed peacefully at home on her favorite spot, on her favorite blanket, surrounded by her loved ones. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who has to make that difficult final decision.

Dr. Beth was so helpful to us when had to say goodbye to our kitty.❤️ When she arrived, she greeted me with a big hug and told me how sorry she was. She took time to get to know all about our kitties and interact with them, making sure her kitty sister was a part of everything as much as she chose to be. It’s so hard to know for sure when it’s time to say goodbye, and she reassured us that we were making the right decision. And we were so surprised when 2 days later we received a beautiful card from her, expressing her sympathy & saying how she enjoyed some of the stories we told her of our kitties. Dr. Beth truly has a gift for what she does and we feel so grateful that she could help us through a very difficult time. I also want to mention the 2 times I called the clinic, the ladies I spoke with were also very helpful and compassionate. We highly recommend Creature Comfort Care!

Dr. Christina and Dr. Beth are the most wonderful, compassionate, professional veterinarians I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. In one of the most heartbreaking situations, they made us feel at ease and we knew that our Shela girl was crossing the Rainbow Bridge with love and dignity. I can't be more thankful we chose them.

It's been 1 week since saying goodbye to our beloved 15-year-old chihuahua, Ren. Dr. Pat was so incredibly compassionate and patient. He provided reassurance about our decision and guided us through every step of the process. We are so grateful to Creature Comfort Care and Dr. Pat for helping Ren pass peacefully in the comfort of his own home and surrounded by his family.

About four years I used Christina when my kitty was end of life. I was so extremely impressed how much of an angel she was and how she was so comforting. In January my other kitty was in need of her help. I was so worried when they told me Dr. Christina was on maternity leave and I had to go with Dr. Pat. To my surprise, there are TWO amazing angels that were made for this job. He was just as comforting and loving as Christina. I’d give them more stars if allowed. ????

Thank you Creature Comfort Care, Dr Pat came to my house this morning and helped my dog, Shoes go to sleep one last time. It was so peaceful and he was so kind to both me and Shoes. I am scheduled for major surgery on Monday, so this was a terrible weight knowing Shoes was almost 16 and not able to see well and going to a kennel was going to be so hard on him. I felt so blessed to able to hold him in my arms here at our house and let him go. Thank you. Thank you Thank you. Today wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

I would like to give a great big thank you to Dr. Pat for being such a kind, compassionate doctor and making a really sad time easier. Dr. Pat is who came to us for our little snoopy. Snoopy had gotten suddenly over the weekend and we needed help fast. Snoopy was severely suffering and in a great deal of pain. The day I called they were able to see me. Dr. Pat made the entire process much easier than it would’ve been having to take her to a clinic to be put to sleep. I’m very grateful he made sure she was 1000% comfortable and went into a peaceful sleep. Thank you so much.

During the difficult time of having to put a pet down they were so easy to work with and very comforting as we went through the process. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend to anyone who has to make this tough decision.

They completely messed up my pets cremation. I received a box of remains and a certificate for some other animal. They are absolutely incompetent and are clearly unable to ensure the remains of your lost pet will be delivered to you. Worst possible experience.

Everyone was so kind and compassionate, from the first phone call until Dr left my house! I would recommend them to every pet owner! To be able to give our fur babies a stress free goodbye in their home which is what they deserve is just priceless....
