WPC has been just what my pups needed; I have a 12 year old and 1 year old. Ainsley and Ben always take such great care of my Molly and Clyde and send me the best pictures/videos when they visit. Great for a visit while I’m at work or for multiple visits while out of town on a weekend. So glad I found them.

We have used WPC for several years and always have great service. We are fortunate to have the same sitters, Ainsley and Billy, which really helps as are cats are shy with strangers but not with them. They provide updates at each visit so we know our pets are ok. Ainsley has even gone above and beyond to get to the house for scheduled visits during snow storms. Highly recommend!

I use Wisconsin Pet Care whenever I go out of town. Ainsley, Kayt, and Brianna have all taken care of my cat while I am away. They are all great! I receive a picture everyday while I am away. A great service

We’ve been using WPC for over 5 years. They are always dependable and truly care about our cats. They also help bring in mail, packages, garbage cans etc when we’re out of town for a week. Highly recommend.

Wisconsin Pet Care is literally the best place to call if you are going somewhere and you need someone to pet sit. Over the past year, I have used them at least 5 or 6 times, the first time during the holidays 2020. The business has a "small town" feel and I believe they are trustworthy. Wisconsin Pet Care has turned out to be a wonderful alternative to boarding. I like that Wisconsin Pet Care took the time to come and meet me and gave me a welcome packet (included a folder with information and a notebook). The people that stop by the house to visit Sam write notes in the notebook, in addition to sending me a text and pictures every day. They are always available when I need them. Leaving Sam is one of the most difficult things I have to do to check on my elderly mother (lives a substantial distance away from me) and knowing he's ok while I'm gone is really worth it's weight in gold. Thank you so much.

Great, as always. We always use Wisconsin Pet Care to take care of our cat when we are on vacation. He is a very social cat, so we actually schedule 3 visits a day. The rate per visit is very reasonable and the sitters (Ainsley, Billy, Brianna, Jaclyn, Kayt, and Nelly) all give us great peace of mind when we are away from home. We even had a power outage situation on our last trip and they helped with that (checking the circuit breaker box, arranging for a lock box for the other sitters to get into the house- since they usually enter via the keypad through garage which wasn’t working because of the power outage). HIGHLY recommend Wisconsin Pet Care!

We have used Wisconsin Pet Care for years. I was paranoid about leaving my cats before using WPC. From scheduling through the sit itself, it couldn’t be easier. Ainsley did most of our sits and everything was perfect! From the demands of our16year old girl to the crazies of our 2 year old boy it is purrfection. I would and have recommended WPC to family and friends.

Over three years of dog-walking and cat sitting, and I can say they take care of our fur babies like they’re their own!

WPC has done a great job of finding the perfect people to hang out with our cat while we travel. Ainsley and Brianna do a wonderful job of cleaning the litter box, feeding, and playing with our cat. We look forward to their professional level cat photos and videos while we are away missing our girl!

WPC takes such good care of my three quirky dogs. They are reliable and kind, and I'm so grateful for them. They send pictures and detailed updates for each visit and just go above and beyond. My dogs love all of their walkers from WPC, but they really love Brianna, who cares for them as if they were her own!

The Wisconsin pet care team took such great care of our dogs. From weekday visits to long vacations, we always knew our dogs were well cared for. They were willing to work with our not so nice little girl and were especially attentive to our old guy as he declined. Kayt, Billy, and Ainsley are amazing. Billy even captured their personalities in watercolor, works of art we treasure. When both dogs died, the team shared our grief. We have recommended them to many and hope they are available again when we are ready for the next furry family member.

We have been using Wisconsin Pet Care for several years and cannot say enough good things about them. We currently have Ainsley and Brianna as dog walkers and they are fantastic. We trust them completely, they are so easy to work with. They always follow up the visit with a short note and picture(s) of our dog. We have never had any issues with WPC, how many other companies can you say that about these days?

DO NOT RECOMMEND: Disappointed. Apparently Company was sold 2019. We’ve used their services in the past and have had wonderful experiences with the previous owner - Lori. We have used them for several years. I booked our services on 3/8- and received confirmation for an appointment on 3/18 - with a service charge of $80. 3/18 comes and they are a NO CALL / NO SHOW- I messaged on 3/18 when they didn’t show up asking when they would be here- to be told they moved me to 3/19 with out any sort of notification, okay, we made it work with our schedules. I emailed back and requested a timeframe - with out any response back- they showed up at the end of the afternoon Friday 3/19- Monday I had a charge to my card for DOUBLE what I was sent as confirmation of a service fee. When I spoke to the owner “Karen” I was told that there was an error on the fee in their system- that she “doesn’t do scheduling” that wasn’t HER error. And she would not be refunding the funds she OVER charged our card. I do not have ANY correspondence related to a charge of $179 nor have they sent me a receipt showing a description or reason for a charge of $179.00. This company will show up when they want, cancel your confirmed scheduled date with out notification & change the date and the service fee - THEN charge the card you have on file DOUBLE. All with out any sort of communication. I did reach out to Karen via telephone only to be hung up on.

The BEST pet care around! Our animals adore Karyn and get so excited whenever they see her coming. So nice to have dependable pet care with people who clearly love animals. Can't recommend highly enough. Fantastic!

Reliable!!! My 2 dogs are in great hands with WPC. They have been mostly available to adapt to my ever changing schedule. I've been really happy with them.

I highly recommend Wisconsin Pet Care. Traveling as I do for work, I count on their sitters to come daily to refresh water/food, clean out litter, play with the felines, and brush them. The sitters usually stay for an hour and each day, I receive an email with a photo of the girls. I have 100% confidence in WPC and its pet caregivers. I am beyond happy with this business!

So happy to have found Wisconsin Pet Care! I love that they send you pictures of your pets and provide a summary of how the visit went while you're away so you do not have to worry. Highly recommend this great service and wish I had known about it sooner!

I can't say enough good things about Wisconsin Pet Care...Melanie took excellent care of our kitties for about a week when we went on vacation. She kept us updated as often or as little as we preferred. Our kitties are shy with "new" people but they opened up to Melanie within a day. For a company this large and successful, I am still shocked when Lori (owner!) answers the phone for just everyday questions. Lori does an incredible job screening and training her employees. Some things that Lori and her team do exceptionally well: - online scheduling with clear fees, even during holiday times. - excellent availability, even on short notice. - EXCEPTIONAL care. Like the Rolls Royce of pet sitters. The sitters all write detailed emails / texts which include adorable photos of your pets. The sitters contact you if there are any concerns about your pets' behavior. And they write detailed logs in a journal (that you provide for them so you can keep as records). They are all well-trained in medicating animals and caring for special needs pets. We just moved back to Oregon from Wisconsin and the one thing we wished we could have brought back with us is Lori and her team at Wisconsin Pet Care. Truly a one-of-a-kind, easy to work with pet care company. We've had dozens of pet sitters in the past, and these guys stand out as a clear #1. They might seem pricey, but you get what you pay for.
