Had to have our dog put down. They were very nice. They let us say good bye and did not force us to leave.

They got me right in. They chipped my puppy and she just wined a little bit. Very kind and helpful. ????

Very caring staff. I have been bringing my pets here for years. Everyone is nice, and my pets have had several surgeries here over the years. Always turned out well.

we bring my dog to this vet all the time. they don’t care about your feelings or your dogs. first of my dog is terrified to go their before we get there she is crying and doing anything possible to get away!! she is terrified of that doctor. she wines and wines and even hides under the chairs! i have a gut feeling that they have done something to her that has traumatized her. they told us that she was "due" for a blood draw to test for heart worm. when it isn’t even needed because she has taken her heart worm pills ever since she could take them. Also if she was going to be getting the blood drawn they would have to SIDATE her because she is that scared of him. i don’t trust this vet. we are scared that they might not even sidate her and maybe they just put one of those jackets . we are thinking the worst when it comes to them and won’t be coming back!! i advise everyone reading this TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Dr Khan is so very patient and caring, I trust him fully with our fur babies, he's done so much for our babies I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Tiko was obviously thrilled to be there. While on vacation one of the kids called starting he chipped a tooth and was bleeding. I got home and called, they made room to fit us in. Barely any wait time. Staff was courteous. Dr was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He could have raked me over the coals, but instead said to soften his food and take away the bones and just watch him to make sure he’s eating. $40 and we went home. Been going there for years.

Great Vet, questionable staff..great prices

My dog has had this growth on him for YEARS. I had gone to another vet for them to look at it and they said there was no problem with it about a year or so ago and recently it had gotten huge and just oozy 24/7... I came here and they took care of it with some sort of shot i dont remember what it was called but IT GOT RID OF IT COMPLETELY! Its all flat and not oozy anymore and Im just really happy. Got it done for a good price too. My overall experiences here have been great. They take care of my pupper and at good cost and in timely manner. They also call about a week or so later to make sure all is good. Super nice.

Been coming here for sometime now, Dr saved my Granddog's life, (she needed surgery) extremely helpful w the circumstances that was at hand. Also have brought my cat here to be neutered. Great bunch of People. Nice Energy.

I took my kitty cow cow there cause he's losing weight lately to find out he has a possible kidney infection plus. Won't know till Tuesday what's going on, doctor & staff were very nice.

Dr seemed overworked and was not very attentive. Reception staff was wonderful however. Low rating because of dr not staff or facilities. Office was very clean and a dog mess was CV cleaned up immediately

Have used Dr. Khan for eight years for dogs and a cat. He is very calming. No animal l have taken is scared because of demeanor of his staff and him.

My cat started limping one day I called the vet Dr. Shah’s office to see if they could help her I took her in he ended up keeping her overnight she had a mass on her rear leg right leg they called me the next day and told me she would have to stay one more night to get the cells looked at turned out to be cancer I had to put my cat down. I would recommend them to anybody the staff is kind and courteous the doctor is very smart understanding and on point thank you again lake shore veterinarian office God bless you all and I’m sure Dicey felt nothing but love when she was there. Not sure if I’ll ever get another for baby but if I do this is where I would take my pet

initially said it would be $150 then when i began to start asking questions the price tripled. not affordable and not willing to be good to you or your animals
