A "friend" was supposed to be watching my cats while I was on vacation, while I was out of state she informed me that she wouldn't be able to help me. I was SCRAMBLING! After a few attempts with other pet sitters with no luck, Tiffany and WYWOP swooped in and saved my vacation.

Never used a service like this before and was a bit unsure of how it would go, you know, letting someone in your house for a few days. After the initial visit I became much more comfortable. For the price, it's so worth not having to worry about my kitties while on vacation, or have to bug friends to come over every day for a week. I really liked the daily reports through the app. Will use them again for sure.

The initial consultation at my home was great. It made me feel comfortable. So we dropped off our dog at their facility, I gave them a bag with dog food (kibbles) in small ziploc bags all measured, also a jar of peanut butter (to mix a little bit with the kibble). I was told, they usually have dogs with the same temperament together which was nice to hear but that was not the case. The videos they posted online, other dogs around him were more aggressive, were playing really rough, my dog kept trying to hide behind the caregiver but their video was tagged as "being playful". I understand dogs can play rough, I get that but seeing my dog being pushed around by other dogs aggressively while he is trying to hide behind the caregiver bothered me a lot. My dog is very submissive. I was already up north far away, I felt helpless and extremely anxious. I did not like any of the videos they posted at all. When I picked my dog up, he was nervous, didn't have his flea collar on and I was not given the jar of peanut butter back. When I asked about the flea collar, they said that they will locate it and let me know. I got a text saying they found it so I drove 25 minutes to go pick it up then I was told that they don't have it because my dog chewed on it. I asked for the sup to contact me. This upset me very much, as I know my dog, I trained him. The owner or sup apparently looked at the videos and agreed that it was another dog who chewed on it so she bought one and mailed it to my home. Thanks for looking at the videos, you were trying to prove me wrong. I asked for the peanut butter jar, no one knew were it was. Then it was found, so I picked it up, the jar was disgusting as if a dog chewed on it. This is not how I gave it to them. They clearly care more about making profit than your pet, there is no way that one or two people can take care of the amount of dogs they have at their facility at the same time. I was told the employee was fired too. I will not be using this business again. NOTE: Thank you for your response, first, I asked in the initial interview if the food could be mixed with something like cheese or peanut butter and I was told yes. Hence I gave a jar of peanut butter to mix in with the kibbles as my dog will not eat just kibbles.

I've been a customer in the past and the lack of transparency was concerning to me. I understand this is someone's home and you don't necessarily want people touring your house. However, when an employee told a friend of mine when she picked up her dog that a bark collar was used (without her knowledge/consent) that's when I moved on. Perhaps things have changed over time, but I am not interested in finding out.

My babies were loved on the entire time. Received photos everyday They have a HUGE fenced backyard for your babies to run and play with the other dogs. Staff was attentive and caring. They'll work with you to get you their lowest rate. I'll be back with my boys.

I was a client of WYWO for several years. It started with a stay when a friend told me of the house they stay in with no kennels but instead furniture and dog beds for them to use. I then became a regular customer of walks as my dogs aged and needed walks while I was gone. WYWO always went far beyond expectations and were amazing with them (2 big dogs). When there was a very cold time last year my car needed help to work and they went and got Maya and Cody and took them to their house so they’d be ok. When Cody started getting older and having issues during a stay overnight they worked hard to figure out a way to help him. When both dogs passed away (8 months apart) they sent wishes as close friends do and flowers as well knowing the pain we all feel. They are amazing and go far beyond any expectations of a business- they are much more than that to all who work at WYWO. Pam Joy

Very pleased with their cat care on multiple occasions. We have used them on both long and short trips. I love that they post pictures or videos daily- especially when we are gone for a longer time. They also have been wonderful about doing other small things like filling our bird feeder. wonderful care when one of cats was older and needed meds and special attentions. So glad that they are in business

My black lab has been going there for day care and boarding for 3 years. They are his second home and family. If you want socialization and human interaction for your pet, this place is the best!

They are a wonderful place! The staff takes care of my dog as their own. They take pictures of him throughout the day so I can see him while at work. I recommend them to everyone looking for a doggy day care.

This place is amazing! They’re bonded and insured so I feel completely comfortable with them making home visits while I’m traveling. Bonus- they take pictures of my pets during every stop while I’m away so I get to see them everyday! Love love love them!!!!

WYWO cares about each individual pet as if they were their own. My puppy is excited to go to day care, and he is dog tired when I pick him up. It is really nice that they do drop offs and pick ups all day while they are open instead of having scheduled time slots. Also, they don’t kennel dogs that don’t like kenneling. All pets are referred to as friends and I love seeing pics and videos of my guy being happy all day long while I’m busy not being able to play with him. :) thanks you guys!

We have two dachshunds that are very inquisitive and pretty much inseparable. We only trust Tiffany and her staff with our boys!!

WYWOPETS is a fantastic place to board your pets for overnights and for doggie daycare. Tiffany takes care of all of the dogs and cats as if they were her own. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the level of service and care provided for my dog by the whole staff at WYWOPETS.

WYWO watched our cat for two weeks while we travelled. We came home to a happy healthy cat. I would most definately use them again and would recommend these guys to anyone!

We have used While You Were Out Pet Sitting Services twice now for our cat, and we couldn't be happier. They were dependable and loving to our cat. Every day they posted pictures of our cat, Renly, and that was such a comfort to us while we were gone. I can tell that Renly was well loved, because he has been much more patient letting us pet him longer. We are so happy to have found a place where we know Renly will get good care when we go away.

I have 4 dogs and have worked in the dog industry for many years. Those two factors mean that I am VERY picky about who my boys stay with and I need something affordable. While You Were Out is hands down the best in this area. I trust the staff completely with my dogs and am always surprised at the pictures of my boys wrestling with each other. (they never play with each other at home!) Tiffany and her crew bring out the best in my dogs and they always come home tired and happy.
