Playtime Doggy Daycare II Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I LOVE PLAYTIME! They treat my dogs like family and always are so friendly. I have been going to them for three years now, and no longer live very close but still chose them over places in my area. They are hands down the best.

Our new puppy Belle loves this place and the staff... We would be lost without being able to take her to daycare and getting her socialization and giving us and our two cats a bit of a break during the day. Amazing facility and staff and love seeing the pictures they post on Facebook daily from all the pups.

Our dog Juno loves going to playtime! She gets so excited when she realizes where she is going to see all her doggy friends! The staff is great with her and they communicate if anything comes up. Needless to say Juno comes home all tuckered out after her day at playtime!

My dog loves coming to Playtime Doggie Daycare II!! She is so happy when I drop her off and she is tired when I pick her up!! All of the staff members have been very friendly and responsive. Great place!

We love Playtime, and more importantly, our pups love spending a few days a week there! We appreciate that the caretakers remember our dogs’ names and keep notes throughout the day about their behavior/physical wellbeing if needed! My dog (Mabel) loves to come here. She gets excited en route. They do a great job tiring her out and then I get all the calm snuggles when she gets home.

Well by there response I see stories have changed. The owner told me raw paw happens right away. Not on the last day. The pictures tell all. As a small business owner you allow employees barefoot? With pet fecies on it. No liability here. It’s odd, looking at your website. Not allot of water on the cement. You gave me back my dog with bleeding feet. You admit to wrong doing, thank you. But you still took my $110.00.

I have been taking my dog to Playtime Doggy Daycare II for 5 months. She is there 5 days/week. I have also used their grooming and boarding services. Every single employee is kind, welcoming, and professional. My dog is well cared for, and she enjoys her time there. They are flexible and accommodating. I am very particular about who I would trust to care for my dog. I highly recommend this place!

I am a new customer to Playtime and I am very happy. I have tried several daycares and this by far is the best. My dog literally starts getting excited as I am on the driveway and when we get out of the car he is pulling me towards the door. The staff is great.. You can tell they are animal lovers. I love the daily facebook pictures and holiday photo shoots.

I have been bringing my dog, Winnie to Playtime 2 for over three years. We have also utilized their boarding facilities numerous times for up to a week at a time. We have had nothing but amazing experiences with the staff and the care that they provide for Winnie. Over the last two years, there have been many updates to the outdoor play area both for the fun and safety of the dogs. I was most impressed with the upgrade to the outdoor surface that keeps the surface cooler for the pups’ feet. Winnie comes home happy and tired every day that she visits daycare. She loves her “teachers” and is excited to go to her “school” a few days a week. ????❤️????

Ella has gone to Playtime Doggy Daycare II since she was approximately 10 weeks old. She is always excited to see her fur friends as well as her human friends. I could not have picked a more understanding doggy daycare- when I travel I always receive pictures of how she’s doing. Love the staff and so does Ella. Thanks for always being there for us

The whole staff knows my dog by name, & their extensive hours and flexible drop-off/pick-up times make it super easy to get their help when I need it!

First and foremost I love playtime 2. They have always taken such good care of my boys. I take both my big boys here for baths and grooming. My youngest is a show dog and the way they groom him is perfect. He shows most weekends and comes home with the win! I couldn't do it with out playtime 2. Thank you

Absolutely LOVE, LOVE this place and cannot say enough wonderful things about Playtime Doggie Daycare II (PT2)!! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, caring, helpful and has great communication regarding my two fur babies and their time at PT2. We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a high quality, caring, with a top notch staff this doggie daycare/boarding facility...PT2 is definitely the place!!!!! We just love how happy they make our fur babies when they are with them we wouldn't trust them with anyone else!!!

Okay experience, nothing five star. Just thought I should write an honest review since I don't think many of the reviews on here are very honest. Was wondering how they have so many 5 star reviews. There is a sign when you walk in on their front desk that says if you leave a 5 star review they will give you $10 off your next visit. That explains all the 5 star reviews. The workers are all allowed to bring their dogs to work. There were a ton of them when we were there. Makes you wonder if most of their care is going to their own pets during the day when it should be going to yours. Also crowds the resort even more making it more stressful for your pet. Was told to check their Facebook for daily photos. Only saw our dog in the background of one pic the entire stay. Maybe don't tell people to check the pics unless you can guarantee all dogs will be on there. Disappointing when you check everyday and your dog is not there. Probably pics of their personal pets mostly. Just some honest things that I noticed.

I am always impressed with how all of the staff members immediately recognize my dog by name whenever I drop her off. Good prices, and a great, dependable place to take your dog!

I would give this zero stars if I could. I left my dog in care of playtime doggie daycare for overnight care for 10 days. I called every day for a daily update I was told he was “fine”. When I picked him up he had lost two pounds and had a lesion under the chest. I ask the staff why he was in that shape since I brought them a healthy dog happy dog. Now he is sick and may not survive. Beware of this day care.

Absolutely the worst. I drop my dog off on Monday and picked him up on Thursday and his rear paws are rubbed raw and bleeding. They say it’s from the dog playing on the cement. And that I should’ve been told about it and I wasn’t. He can barely walk and no one noticed this? instead they just kept doing it. I spoke with your owners and they had one excuse after another. I drop my dog off in good health nothing wrong I take him home and he can barely walk and that seems to be OK with the owners because it only happens to a small percent of dogs. They were very uncaring and just handed me one excuse after another. My dogCan barely walk. Imagine if this was a child at a daycare there definitely would be repercussion. But they seem to think so because it’s a dog it doesn’t matter and because it’s small percent. I did report them to PETA , The Humane Society, and the Better Business Bureau. Another thing the cement area they play on it’s only partly shaded imagine 90° temperatures in the sun on concrete.

Started taking my dog Dabi here a couple months ago and he loves it! Staff is friendly and takes good care of the dogs. And I love that they post pictures on their Facebook page every day of the pups having fun.

They took such well care of my dog and cleaned her up so nicely! Definitely would recommend. :)

We started taking our pup to Playtime on Layton Ave several months ago. She loves it and always comes homes ready for some rest! I like how they allow lots of time to play but also time to relax. The staff is experienced and comfortable around dogs. They also take cute pictures of the dogs during the day so you can see them on Facebook. We have been very happy with Playtime.

I brought my dog for the first time and he came back with an injured paw and very scared and sensitive.

We moved back from out of state and were looking for a new daycare for our dog Skylr. Playtime has been great. I particularly like that I don't need to schedule for him to come in and that they offer packages to reduce daily cost. Also the staff loves my dog and I feel confident he is well taken care of.

Great place to send your dog for the day as you are busy or working. Also they board dogs for when you have a trip and also have grooming services. Their play area for the dogs outside is nice and big with lots for the dogs to play with. You can tell the staff really cares about the dogs.

The employees are friendly and always smile and say hello when u enter and it's amazing they Remer you and which did is yours ????????????‍????????‍????????‍????♥️♥️
