This was the worst service. All of the negative reviews are correct. DO NOT get your pet euthanized through her, she was absolutely unsympathetic, and she jabbed my cat in the back leg with the first shot while he yelped in pain. She then lifted him up like he was a rag doll and plopped him back down on the towel, leaving the syringe cover in the couch for me to find after he passed. Then argued with me about which paws should be placed in the clay. Completely manhandled my childhood best friend, wanted her out of my house immediately. Would never recommend to anyone ever.

Dr. Rossi was very compassionate, caring, thoughtful and empathetic to our dog's and our needs. She was professional and explained the process to us step by step so we knew what to expect. She showed great care in dealing with our pup after her death. She was also understanding of our needs and followed-up promptly in returning ashes. A follow-up sympathy card and verse were a very kind touch. Wonderful service and the only way to go at such an emotional time.

Over the years Dr Rossi has helped my dogs and recently kitty pass very peacefully at home. Her expertise is unquestionable.

I recommend Dr Rossi to anyone saying goodbye to their pet. She came to our home and was professional and very caring. She made this experience extremely simple, yet personable. Thank you Dr Rossi.

Dr. Rossi is amazing!!! Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. Not to mention she was there for us on short notice. She came to the house and her calm and kind demeanor gave me peace during the passing of my dog and one of the most difficult experiences I’ve ever had.

Dr. Rossi has been my vet for six dogs over a period of thirty years. My trust in her knowledge and compassion is absolute. She has been available to advise in emergencies in evenings and weekends, even saving one of my dog's life with telephone advice at 10 pm. Her honesty was a quality that won me over in the 1980's. With her care, my dogs have lived to their life expectancy and beyond. It is relatively easy to become a dog owner, but she has educated me about the care and responsibilities of being a good dog owner. When it has become the humane thing to do and end my pet's life, Dr. Rossi has been incredibly patient, kind and compassionate.
