The staff here are INCREDIBLE!! They are so kind, considerate and responsive. We had to put our beloved cat of 16 yrs to sleep and Dr. Hoppe was amazing. I've never seen a veternarian so kind towards a cat. He gently petted her before the injections, during the injections and even after she had passed. He treated her as a part of our family. And when we adopted a new older cat, he actually calmed her down by what looked like a body massage. We were dumbfounded by his kitty whisperer talent! I would wholeheartedly recommend Park Pet Hospital!!

Today was a really hard day. I had to put one of my four cats down that I have had since 2011. My female cat ended up having something she couldn’t come back from and Dr Poehlmann was incredibly reassuring and just wonderful (especially with me having a breakdown in the room with a toddler.). I will absolutely be bringing all my other animals to her. This clinic and it’s staff is amazing! Thank you for helping me through such a hard time!!!❤️

I received a reminder postcard in the mail. I called for an appointment and got one the next day. This was even for two dogs at one time. Dr. Jacob was a total gentleman with my girls. They were not afraid of him., before or after their shots. He answered all my questions while keeping social distance. The receptionist was very helpful in information pertaining to flea tick heartworm medications. None of the "patients" ever came in contact with each other. And humans wore masks. I will return as needed.

Doctor Terry and the crew are super professional. Plus they are reasonable and responsible on the care of my dog.

First time I've been here in person. The first time I had my friend Pam take her for me since I just had major surgery and could barely walk. My senior female kitty had an emergency in which she was bleeding everytime she urinated. Can be life threatening. She was promptly seen and treated by Dr. Terry Jacobs. Turns out she had ECOLI which is really bad. He gave her a special medication which cleared up quickly. This happened just before a major holiday so I was happy he took the ti me to save her life. Just brought her back today for a dental cleaning and went very well. I would highly recommend this facility and staff for their loving kindness for any pets and in any situation!

Just moved to the area so I had to get my boy acquainted with a local veterinarian. Super friendly and very helpful with fulfilling his order for brovacto.

Made an appointment here based on a recommendation from a friend. The whole staff was friendly and professional; they immediately put my mind at ease. They were gentle and patient with my cat and asked the kind of questions that assured me that they knew what they were doing and truly cared about animals. I highly recommend Park Pet Hospital if your furry children need expert care.

Dr. Hoppe and the rest of the staff at Park Pet handled my sick cats diagnoses and euthanasia with extreme compassion and care. Dr. Hoppe was very informative without being the least bit pretentious. I was able to be accommodated last minute and their prices are very fair. 10/10 would recommend.

The service here was the very best. I wasn't very happy about what I was charged after only being here 20 - 30 minutes tops. I had a 5:15 pm appointment. I got here a little early maybe 5ish by 5:28 I was in the car headed back home. I had a credit with them from nearly 10 yrs back which they honored. So I paid the bill happily. If the need arises again I'll definitely use then again.
