We've been bringing our fur babies to Norwood for over 20 years. Dr. Ben is as amazing as all the others we've had at Norwood. Top notch! And techs and office staff so easy to work with...love you all. I love your newly renovated office and exam rooms!! By the way, Sadie (our newest addition) told me she loves all of you. She was a little scared when we arrived for her annual this week but after getting such good attention she was calm when we left. Keep up the great work, we can tell you really care about our precious fur babies!!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. The staff is very kind and compassionate. They always take the time to explain everything and let me make choices for myself. They have also been really supportive since my cat was diagnosed with diabetes, taking time to educate me on dosing techniques and making sure my cat is comfortable and updating me with any new information as necessary. I find their prices to be very competitive and they have made great recommendations on the local pet pharmacy.

Dr. Ben and Ella were fantastic with our little puppy! They made it a very pleasant experience for both him and us as first time pawrents. And we learned what treats our little guy goes nuts for!

Angel came to us as a rescue at 5 years old, she is now six. We took her to Norwood for a check up and all her vaccinations. The Dr. and the vet. techs were very kind and gentle and answered all of our questions about Angel. A year later and the team was great with us and Angel. Thank You for all you do for us.

Take our German Shepard here and he loves it! Staff is amazing and isn’t afraid to work with this breed as opposed to other places we have looked to get our GSD in as a puppy. Helpful with questions and scheduling appointments right away! Recommend this place! We have been going here for years. Had our cat go here years before and this is what made us come back with our dog.

I called several vet clinics and got quotes and looked at reviews. I chose to go with Norwood because based on price and the outstanding reviews I found online, they seemed the best. I set the appointment and told the receptionist what we needed, and she gave me a quote based on that. My husband took our dog in and when he came home, I found out bill to be double what I was quoted. They did a test that they told him was required for their facility on all animals. I was not told about this $65 test when I called. People must be told about this requirement and notes should be taken on what an animal is coming in for. Our dog also received two vaccines we did not want or need along with some pills which we did not want. Please be ware the price goes up.

When Miracle came to us she was the only puppy that survive,she back legs were very weak is is 4 months now the Doctor took x-ray and there was no signs of broken or shows no abuse towards her. They gave us bone meds she has she shots but there's more shots coming up. We thank you Dr Pete and Staffing were see you soon.

They are always helpful and great with our cat

My wife recently just got a puppy from her grandson and come to find out that she was the last puppy but the mother ate the other puppies so her name is miracle we got her past Friday and we wanted to make sure everything was fine so we took her to the Northwood animal clinic there was polite gentle that assist me with insurance for my puppy it was kind of costy but as it is what it is but I would recommend Northwood animal clinic to anyone that had a pet did a good job on miracle she got her shots and everything is good

Called to set up an appt for my dog, the earliest appt was a week away. I found another vet who could get my dog in tomorrow because it was an emergency. When I called back to cancel the appt, they hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude. when I called to speak with the office Manger, she was no help and only tried to make excuses that their phones have a lot of buttons on them. Do not use this vet at any cost, a lot of other vets out their with better customer service and professionalism.

Dr.Ben was recommended to us because our dog has seizures. We were told he is very good in this situation. He got down with Brady and was very gentle with him and he answered all my questions.

Dr Ben and entire staff are always professional. The interaction with our new puppy was caring and all our concerns were answered. We have been using Norwood for many years and never had any problems. Our puppy actually had a fun time on his first visit. We have recommended Norwood to a few of our neighbors and have had positive feedback from them.

I was very happy with Norwood since my initial phone call. The woman who took my call was very kind, helpful, and was happy to answer questions with great detail which I appreciate a lot. My dogs first visit went very well, Dr. Ben was very professional, kind, and did a great job in instilling confidence that my dog is healthy. The experience was also very efficient from arrival to check out, and the prices are right on. This experience has made them my go-to vet and I will recommend them to anyone in need. I was also referred by 2 others that had great experiences on more serious visits.

We took our cat Perseus in upon the recommendation of our primary Vet. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was terminal cancer. Everyone we dealt with at North Shore treated us with the highest level of courtesy, kindness and compassion.

All the employees are so wonderful and loving towards the animals. They are taking great precautions for COVID safety and the curbside service is well organized.

I went to 2 other veterinarians in the area which was a waste of time and money, Norwood found the problem immediately and hopefully saved my dogs life.

This was the first time we ever took one of our pets to Norwood. We have had Dr. Dionne visit our home in the past with Cherished Companions, to take care of our pets. The curbside service was the first time for my husband Paul and I. Kitty, our 10 year old, Calico, was in great hands, with Dr . Dionne. The whole examination, vacinnations, and process took 40 minutes, and we were so glad that we were able to change our appointment from a Tuesday morning to a Friday morning. Thank you to everyone:-)

Dr. Ben and Dr. Deon are amazing! The shoke office and atmosphere are great. When bringing your dogs, you know they are always in good care. I would highly recommend Norwood!!

We took our puppy in for her first visit and had a great experience from start to finish! Everything was curbside because of the pandemic, but the staff was so kind and efficient, and the vet took his time to explain everything and offer us choices. I could tell everyone in the clinic has a passion for animals and we were very pleased with our experience! We’ll be back!

Very well organized in these COVID times. Staff was very informative and attentive. Excellent attitudes. Performed all I was looking for with no issues. Pricey? I dont think so.

I will never go back to this vet clinic! They are rude and condescending. Unwilling to help with my dog's perscriptions even during the COVID-19 crisis when there are shipping delays and shortages with certain medications. And then talk to me like i am some pain in the butt they would rather not deal with...speaking to me in their rudest, snippiest tone of voice. There are too many nice vets out there to have to deal with this place. Won't price match but don't mind charging me 70% more for medications than the online stores. My best friend is in pain and these people wont' do a thing to help. I would not call this a clinic or place that cares about your pets.

We've been taking our basset here since she was born. We've seen two doctors and the both have been amazing. It's a bit of a drive for us, but we'd never change. Dr Ben always goes out of his way to make sure she feels calm and helps us feel better about any issues were worried about. The entire team is so nice. Highly recommend.

My cats have been going here since we moved to the area. The nurses and doctors are very thorough and care about my pets. Our cat Dexter has had many health complications and the care he gets at Norwood is amazing. Even though he may not like going to the vet I feel comforted by the staff that they will do everything they can to get him healthy again and back to his normal self.

Norwood, Dr. Ben and the entire staff always takes good care of our dog, Ginger. They saved her earlier this year with surgery but mad sure it was necessary and could be done safely before moving forward. Good people taking care of great pets!

The staff at Norwood is enjoyable and made sure that my girls were well taken care of. Even though I have a cat that is all fangs, claws and growls, they were gentle with her. They were very careful with my other cat who is a timid creature. This is a good clinic with good and gentle people.

I like that they are professional willing to adjust to your schedule patient and caring with your pet. I recommend their clinic to anyone looking for a vet!
