A friend of mine was all set to pick up a pup; papers filled out, money paid and the pup was adopted out to someone else 3 hours before his scheduled pickup time. He was heartbroken. So sad.

I paid and had all paperwork to adopt a dog. Was accepted and told I could pick up the dog on 1/2/2022 after 2. When I called at 2, was told the dog was already adopted. Shady

My friends dog was roaming the streets. M.A.D.A.C.C HAD POSTED A PIC OF HIM ON THEIR WEBSITE. (Awesome) we were allowed to go retrieve him. CON; UNEXPECTEDLY had to pay almost $300 for vaccinations and GPS tracker, microchip idintifier, personalized dog tag with name birthrate and owners cell #. As well as lots of love and attention while he was in their possession. PRO; HE GOT EVERYTHING HE NEEDED IN LESS THEN TWO HOURS IN ONE SPOT. His ne is Midnight. He's is a crossbreed of Pit Bull terrier and Cane Corso ( he's the bigg in the Pic).

I took a newborn (younger than 3 wks)kitten here, that I found abandoned in an alley, it was literally shaking so hard, so I put her under my clothes and hoodie to get warm.. I didn’t have any cat food or other materials that a kitten needs, and I quickly realized that this kitten was younger than I thought and didn’t even know how to eat or drink out a dish/bowl so I took her to this place MADACC….. As soon as I got there, right away someone came up to me and helped me, and after about 2minutes a sweet young lady came up to me and asked if I was ready to say goodbye …. She understood I had grown attached quickly and when she reached for him she gently held kitty to her chest and I was reassured that she was in the best possible place..!!

Adopted a sweet dog here. Great adoption services and fair pricing for the adoption fees.

Animal Rescue? More like a slaughter house, Maddoc is a horrible organization. Would not recommend to anyone, adopt from real rescues that don’t euthanize there animals!

I just recently adopted a 2 year old chihuahua girl from MADACC that I absolutely adore! She’s the absolute sweetest dog I ever had! Potty training has been going smoothly and she’s become a great addition to my family! I cannot thank the staff a MADACC enough for their professionalism and help in finding the right match for me and my family!

Great service is provided by madacc. Took a stray in and ended up adopting it. Neutered, chipped, vaccinated, couldn't ask for more.

I've taken lost dogs and a duck to MADDAC and the staff was great. Although I hate to leave them, I feel confident that they will be properly cared for until they are united with their families. My daughter adopted a cat 3 years ago and she's just as happy and fun loving as now as the day we baught her home

Wonderful staff. A great place to get your dog or cat. Here's a picture of my little guy Casbah. A rescue is good for the pet good for the soul.

My Husband and I recently adopted 4 month old Radley, who is now called Ace. The staff at MADACC were wonderful in helping us through the adoption process. We were told Ace was a Red Heeler Mix, but it turns out he's 100% Australian Cattle Dog! Ace has been healthy and extremly well behaved. I'd recomoned MADACC to anyone looking to add a new fur baby to their home!

I've used the lost cost spay/neuter program as well as the vaccine clinics multiple times and been very happy each time. The employees are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Went to MADACC to get my dog vaccinated. Great experience. They were very efficient and cost effective. You pay in advance of your appointment. When you arrive you fill out a short form and then go directly into a room and the vaccines are administered. I was there no more than 10 minutes tops.

If u are going to put your dog in a shelter I DEFINITELY do not recommend putting them in here they do not know how to handle dogs if u look at any of there socials they are for the most part a cat company and they only hold pets for up to 4 days They told me my dog wasn’t very friendly when my dog is the nicest dog I’ve ever met the only thing he ever does is sometimes jump on people because he likes a lot of attention If they didn’t know how to handle dogs they could have just said so there logo literally is a cat

I have no personal experience with MADACC but my retired co-worker volunteers there & fosters cats from there. She would not be involved with them if she did not believe they a valuable asset to the community. She spares no expense for her pets & loves animals dearly. I know she would not be involved with them if she did not feel she was helping animals in need & making a difference. My neighbor has used their TNR "trap neuter return" program for feral cats she feeds & provides warm housing for in winter (heated cat houses in their garage). MADACC supports her in her efforts to keep feral cats safe & fed without contributing to over-population. MADACC has also treated a couple of feral cats that had returned recently injured. One had to be euthanized. The other brought back to her yard.

I donate pet supplies when I can and clean plastic bags for dog walkers. I get to pet some kitties while I'm there:)

They were great. They recovered our cat and were able to read the chip and return him to us 4 months after he disappeared. They took good care of him until they were able to locate us. These are really good people.
