It look like my dogs been beat both had red marks in they eyes my boy both eyes blood shot red he has cuts under his legs and stomach this was the worst thing I coulda ever done to my puppies is take them here please if u love your animals take them somewhere else my puppies are 6 months and I just had they mom and dad 5 years she didn’t get groomed til age 2years old and this never happened my puppies behavior ain’t even the same don’t know everyone else experience I can only speak on mines my puppies look beat both got marks but bears is beat the worst

My dog was choked and mishandled to the point there is blood in my pups eyes . This has never happened anywhere else . Over priced for this mistreatment. They never even told me he had bald spot or anything , just sent him on his way like everything was fine.

I just recently took my dog there and paid 80 dollars for services that was not preformed on my dog.. When I reached out to Aminah the next day about the situation.. She has not replied.. That’s was my first and last time with her.. she seems well but she clearly juicing people

I bring my poodle here every month and He Loves The People there. They listen very carefully If you Dog Is hurt or is sour in a place. And there nail trimming is only $10 Very cheap compared to other places. And who ever leaves 4 or less stars Clearly is just Grumpy. They do great work. And I always leave with a smile and an awesome looking dog. The would never Hurt any animal. There prices are Very good for the work that there giving you. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!

Been taking my baby pepper here for a couple years now! An i love there service???? Lue-Lue always takes really good care of my baby! She gets you in on short notice if necessary! There prices arent ridiculous & she has & amazing selection of doggy items???? Keep up the great work Lue-Lue! Also her CBD items helped majorly with my back pain & anxiety! Go check them out ppl????????

The owners are very friendly, professional and great dog groomers! Update 8/30/19 .. Now retired with fixed income & can't afford to take my 3 fur babies to Lue-Lue's anymore. They were very understanding when I told them that &, at my request, they educated me on grooming supplies & helped me select them so I can groom them myself. They were nice enough to order them for me & showed & explained to me how to groom them & welcomed me to come back anytime with problems, concerns or need more supplies. This will save me some money over a little time but I REALLY wish I could still afford to continue taking them there. I'll still take my babies there to have their nails trimmed because I'm horrified at the thought of even attempting that! LOL I LOVE LUE-LUE'S & my fur babies do too!

This has been my doggy groomer for 3 years now, you will be so amazed at the excitement that bubble gum shows if you just mentioned the name Lue Lues. Miss Amena has the best customer service, she knows how to treat my baby. Pets are just like children, if they are not being treated properly and cared for as you do, you'll know. Hands down my puppy loves to go here. Example(her recent cut) we arrived early this past Tuesday, the shop hadn't opened yet. Ohhhh boy bubble gum was super disappointed she cried the entire 99 +blocks home. When Amena returned my call I placed too her while departing my early arrival. Bubble was thrilled, when I said "let's go Lue lues ..is open" She nearly went through the front door, seriously???? Bubble gum is a Japanese Chin toy poodle, her intelligence will amaze you. She comprehends very well and I take it from her that this is indeed a great groomer. Yay Lue Lues!!???????? Wonderful customer service you have provided to my puppy..its most assurd greatly appreciated. I've never seen a puppy so excited to go to a groomer. But my bubbles she too knows how to appreciate great service as well. Be Blessed

I wish there were negative stars. 1st and foremost, my dog was matted and they are able to see him the same day. In the past, I’d groom him at home if he were matted. I haven’t had the time or energy. Upon picking my fur baby up, I noticed he was crying and the chain seemed pretty tight compared to the others. In fact, all of the dogs were crying. I figured I was over thinking and was just happy to see my baby dolled up again. I had to request they hand him to me, even after I paid. My baby was soooooo thirsty and seemed odd. Later we noticed a few cuts, I excused that thinking he may have been an accident with the matting. Hours and hours go by and he’s still acting strange. I looked closer and he’s Red all over, cuts and possibly burns. I put Aloe Vera all over him as if it were “lotion for dogs”. He’s even walking in circles as he was on the table. I feel like crying knowing I took him there against my better judgment. I’ve stopped in looking at their knockoff merchandise a few times and I never got the vibe that they were dog people, definitely money people. Well for the past 6 months, my mom has taken her dog there and ALWAYS satisfied. I figured my baby would be the same. I’m not sure how they decide which dog to abuse and which one not to. I do plan on looking into some legal options. I paid $100 for my dog to be mistreated when in reality I was only trying to treat him. Common courtesy would’ve been for them to discuss such injuries. I hope and pray my baby recovers from this traumatic experience. I just keep apologizing and telling him how much I love him.

I had been taking my dog here for a whole year, they do a great job but I stopped taking him here because they charged me 2 fees saying that he was matted in two difderent places which was not true especially since I keep him well groomed. They might have not made enough sales that day not sure but I will not be taking my dog back here.

Took my 3 dogs in for grooming they did a wonderful job

I adopted a dog 2 months ago with very long nails. After warning the groomer that his quicks were out and to only trim a little off he still was trimming over a 1/4 inch at a time. When the back paw was done he moved to front paw and after the third progressively loud yelp, my dog doesn't yelp or bark mind you and him pulling away, I insisted he was cutting to much off. He informed me hes a groomer and his nails weren't bleeding yet so he didnt cut to deep. The groomer then said we could leave without paying. If a customer asks you not cut so deep why is it an issue at all? Careful with your pets here I would stick around to verify treatment. I cant comment about any othef service but the shop part did look well organized and stocked with nice products.

My dog love getting groomed at Lue Lue's. They were very polite and explained every detail to me about the package I picked. Petey had his first grooming with Lue Lue's and they were very understanding, since I had no idea how he would react. Petey love it and he's so relaxed after his doggie spa day!! Thank you for caring for my Prince Petey! LOL Thanks Again!!

Love, love their company and they always take care of my babies! I've been coming back every since. They're very gentle and patient everytime I come in we have like atleast a 10 min conversation talking and catching up lol. Love lue lues!

I took my Yorkie in Yesterday for the FIRST time,,, I am TOTALLY Satisfied with LUE-LUE'S Service with Handling my "BISCUIT" he is SO CUTE with his MOHAWK... I RECOMMEND EVERYBODY to take there Babies to LUE-LUE'S....THEY ARE AWESOME and their PRICES ARE too!!!! I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK..
